I had requested parking well in advance, confirmed through pre-arrival communication, only to find upon arrival that no arrangements had been made. This oversight was both inconvenient and frustrating, especially given my specific advance request.
The reception experience was equally troubling. I overheard staff members making derogatory and offensive remarks in French, under the apparent assumption that I wouldn’t understand. Such unprofessional behavior, particularly at the front desk, is wholly inappropriate and left me with a distinctly negative impression of the hotel’s culture and respect for guests.
Overall, the service at this establishment did not meet even the most basic standards expected from a professional hospitality environment.

Nice experience. The room was quiet, the double bed was comfortable and the bathroom was modern, functional.
The breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy. The BF room was quite crowded, but no need to queue.
Location was nice; a grocery store and a bus stop next to the entrance. The bus to/from airport in 5 mins walking distance. The central railway station also within the walking distance.
4.2
The hotel is conveniently located near the international convention centre Geneva. Not many option to eat at night, so better to grab food in a supermarket before 7 pm when most of the outlets close. Good value for money.

Great location to attend UN meetings. Very friendly personnel.

Hotel did not have air conditioning as they stated in their advertisement. It's very uncomfortable to sleep all sweaty and 85° weather. The room was otherwise very small and with very basic amenities (sa no conditioner, no shampoo, only 1 small pillow per guest, bed was thin and firm).
4.2
The hotel is near Poterie tram station ,there are two markets around the tram station and the hotel.

Genial

Nice hôtel near the train station. The staff was really nice. The room is clean but no AC at the hôtel and it was really hot. The staff explained to me that its prohibed to have AC in geneva. The details of the room in the website of hotel.com should be corrected because its false. We cancelled our last night because it was too hot in the room.
4.2
Hotel was nice and convenient for the city. Bus on one side and tram a couple of streets over. Room was nice and clean and pretty spacious. No kettle but the bar were happy to provide hot water for tea.
4.2
Beds really comfy. Room was good size with good sized bathroom and shower. Clean hotel and clean room with daily housekeeping. Front desk service was great with friendly professional staff. Did not try the breakfast. Nice sheltered terrace with plenty of tables and chairs. Air conditioner wasn’t very effective in hot weather. Overall okay.

Very good and helpful staff

Appreciated that they let us in the room 30’ before arrival time. Much more appreciated that they let us two hours late checkout (free of charge) as our train was leaving late in the afternoon. Lobby is pleasant to sit for a long time. Room is basic without kettle or fridge. We did a very bad sleep because it was hot and the a/c was not cooling. The window opened only partially. Breakfast was basic (poor I would say), but on a good price in comparison with other hotels in Switzerland.
4.2
For the price of this hotel per night the rooms did not have iron, hair dryer and simple amenities for guests to make your stay more comfortable. I would expect a higher standard for that price
4.2
The shower flooded and there was no soap in the shower. I even mentioned this to your desk after my first night and it wasn’t addressed

Wonderful front staff. Wonderful property. Only complaint is I was woken up by a lady knocking at my door claiming to have had the room the day before and left her lap top. She was frantic, and with that it threw the front desk staff into panic and they gave her a key to my room. Thankfully I had the door dead-bolted as well. I would not have been happy had she of came into the room while I was sleeping OR while I was out.. considering the desk gave her a key to access the elevator AND my room without checking to see if it was occupied. The oriental lady did NOT understand boundaries and personal space / awareness of others as she was adamant on entering my room regardless of If said no or not. Perhaps investing in ‘peep holes’ would be beneficial. Or training on how to cope / handle people in distress. I Couldn’t imagine this happening to someone who has PTSD. Other than that incident the hotel and staff were outstanding. (I’m understanding and able to give grace as it was a young gal who made the mistake and probably hasn’t dealt with such situations before)
4.2
Convenient , well appointed room. The only drawback for me was the lack of a coffee maker in the room!
4.2
Nice and clean, good size room/bathroom.
Would be great if have a cabinet or shelves in the bathroom to keep the skin care/make-up stuff.

We stayed here on business for 2 nights and unfortunately wouldn’t return. There were only 3 sockets in the room (2 French and 1 Euro) and they were situated no where near the bed which made it difficult to charge anything without having to get up and down!
The breakfast (19 Swiss francs each) was awful, cold scrambled egg, not enough choice and coffee machine wasn’t working properly (left for the day hungry). Whilst it is a clean hotel and location is ok (still a fair walk to the centre) the beds and pillows were so uncomfortable I did not sleep well at all on either night. If we return to Geneva this wouldn’t be my first choice of hotel.

Provide tea and water change dirty linen

There was little or no service offered. No offer of help. Staff was harried therefore rude in responses.
4.2
The room was too small, however, beds were comfortable. On the last day left my earpods to be charged in the reception area, came back after few hours and it was gone.
Asked the the reception if they seen them or someone handed to them but unfortunately couldn't find them and that was a bit disappointing.
4.2
Budget style and central to major attractions in Geneva. Highly recommended for solo travelers and couples
4.2
This is a very pleasant, unpretentious hotel in a great location, near the train station, the lake, and a reasonable walk to the World Health Organization. The rooms are modest in scale but nicely designed and fully functional. There can be a bit of street noise with the windows open. The restaurant is good, and there are abundant nearby amenities (restaurants, groceries, etc.). It's a very nice place to stay and I would return if I visit again.
4.2
Advertised that they provide a city travel pass but they do not. The room was outdated with no usb points, very noisy from neighbouring rooms and warm as it was 22 degrees as the air con did not work.
4.2
Convenient enough, a short walk away from city centre. Nice lobby area with a bar and restaurant. Staff at reception was helpful.
Overall a good stay.

This is a great hotel which was within easy walking distance from the train station (8 mins). It was very clean, secure and the all of the staff were absolutely brilliant!
4.2
Gem in Geneva with the perfect mix of luxury and effective cost, staff with amazing staff and comfortable rooms

One night in Geneva to sightsee was really nice at this hotel. Staff was friendly and hotel was nice. There are several hubs for transportation including a bus stop right outside.

Breakfast should get an upgrade

Very nice front desk staff! Nice lobby area, good to work in. Bedrooms very basic.

Very good hotel for businesses travel. Breakfast has a lot of delicious options, the people is very kind and the location is very convenient, 5 minutes from Gare Conarvin and to the International Convention Center.

Close to UN and shopping areas

The hotel is well located with the bus line 8 just steps away. Dined both at the hotel (which was fair) and nearby Vietnamese restaurant (which was excellent). Room was fine, with a couple exceptions. My blinds were not operable so room was consistently dark. Also, room was seldom serviced. No service on day 2, only towel change days 3 and 4, full cleaning day 5. Part of the problem was the installed bottle of body/hair wash was nearly empty from my arrival and ran out quickly, forcing me to find an alternative. (Bottle was filled on day 5 during full service.). Irons are only available in designated rooms on floors 1 and 8 and the front desk gave me the incorrect location. Overall well priced for Geneva, clean and safe so cannot complain too much.

Clean and good location

When we arrived at the hotel, they were in the process of dealing with a fire alarm. After the check-in, which went very smoothly, the elevator was still not in operation. It seemed to take , whomever was in charge, too long to get the elevators working. People who were checking in before us & people that were checking out, were inconvenienced & the person in charge was not thoughtful enough to say, go have a free drink at the bar until I fix this or some other type of meaningful comp. The hotel is very basic, no kettle, cups, tea, coffee etc., however we were able to get hot water at the bar for our own tea & coffee. There was only 1 bath towel per person & no hand towels. Face cloths don't seem to exist anywhere in Europe. There was a microwave near the bar in the lobby for heating & not cooking food. On the positive side, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was awesome, the hot water was instantaneous, the air conditioner worked fine & we had a buffet breakfast there, which had some hot food even though when asked, the desk clerk said it was only continental.
4.2
It’s a nice place, with good location, very close to the public transportation and walking distance to the city center. Not much places to eat in the surroundings. The hotel is comfortable, good breakfast and comfortable room. People at reception are nice and open to support as you need. Early check in has a fix rate of 30.
