You don’t need a car if you stay at this location. The Mercado is a block away.

One hotel has become are go to place. It’s clean, safe, close to downtown “el centro” and reasonable. The staff is great and ready to help. I’ve even had to conduct business here and was able to utilize the conference room at no cost for one hour. We will be back!

Close to downtown Oaxaca. We were allowed to check in early! Clean room, air, tv, All good!

Nice hotel at a great price. Close enough to the city center to walk but far enough to stay away from the traffic and noise. The free breakfast is basic but really good. They had eggs, chilaquiles, beans, fruit, yogurt, granola, a selection of bread individually packed for a quick grab & go option, and orange & apple juice. The coffee and tea are available 24 hours and were very convenient. Rooms are on the smaller side but were perfect to sleep and shower. Air conditioner was also great. Temperatures reached 95° when we were in Oaxaca but the room always got cold pretty quickly. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were ok. The location was ok but a little out of the way.
Breakfast was good and they have the best coffee we have had while traveling around Mexico

Fantastic. The rooms are very clean, the shower is nice and the location is perfect. 8 min walk in a straight line to either Santo Domingo, the bus station, or the Theatre. The breakfast is very tasty and offers a complete buffet and the staff are lovely. The hotel was so pleasant I already booked another stay !

Only bad thing is that the rooms are not sound proof. You can hear everything from the room next door. Other than that it's a great place to stay.

Nice place to stay.

No frills hotel but everything inside is clean, functional and fairly modern. Staff are very attentive. For the location, it’s on the far east side of town but still very walkable to the central part of Oaxaca, and there are some very nice cafes and restaurants nearby.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Well located for local neighborhoods and the center of Oaxaca. The main problem, which was kind of a big one, was that the walls must be paper thin. For two nights, my one neighbor had their media on, not even that loudly, till very late and I heard every word. Another night, on the other wall, another neighbor had their alarm go off at 4:30 and then did not turn it off for about 20 minutes. That same neighbor, around 6am then had a long, loud conversation with their mother some place in the world. Really pretty annoying. Otherwise great hotel but may keep me from going back there without serious earplugs.

Hotel is made too small. I do not recommend for families with kids. Rooms are very tight. Very small space left around the beds. Beds are not queen size, they are smaller. Elevators very small too. Breakfast included was very limited compared to other hotels I’ve been to. And some items were not at right temperature like the milk. Chips provided were all crumbs. When we called for more towels in room because they only had two in the room even with a 4 person reservation, they were not friendly about it. I do not recommend for families with kids or large groups. Very uncomfortable

Very clean & modern hotel. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly. Definitely enjoyed our stay. Location is a short 10-15 min walk from popular downtown area. Cabs are also always available. Rooms are small but make up for it with cleanness & amenities. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel rooms are very small and you can hear conversations from either wall. Noisy! Don’t expect your standard queen size bed either. Overall very disappointed for what I thought was an American hotel.
