Nothing to drink in the room. Even not a kettle or a bottle of water.
No bathrobe (but you can see them on the room's pictures).
Plastic sheet under the bed sheet. It was uncomfortable and kept really warm.
The rooms at Campanile (where I used to go) are better equipped and cheaper.
The only positive point is the buffet breakfast.
But this is definitely not a 4-stars hotel !
Never again.

The Hotel was undergoing considerable reparations both internally and externally, therefore it was not the same experience we had enjoyed before.
Why don’t you advise customers of this so that they are prepared or given the choice to book or not - test the advertised price is still the same per room.

The room was disabled friendly for non wheelchair guests, as requested, though the WC was very low. Breakfast was very good with a broad choice of goodies and very well laid out - our extensive hotel visits proved this positive point of view. Friendly staff and plenty of parking outside. Local (faster foods) eating was available within a short walking distance.

We stayed here twice in July and then again in August driving to and from Nice. Really nice hotel, great staff and safe parking. If like us you arrive a little late there is a nice restaurant and McDonalds across the road. Highly recommended.

This hotel was perfect for us. Driving from Calais to Nice we wanted to stay halfway so the location of the hotel not being in the city was excellent. The young ladies who looked after us both in the evening and following morning were great. We arrived after 9pm so the bar was closed but at the other side of the car park there was a local restaurant and also a McDonalds. If you need a comfy stay in Dijon on a road trip I would recommend this hotel

Wonderful n helpful staff. Should have a refrigerator for those that need to have cool refreshing drinks without having to pay bar prices. The rooms are made up daily with new sheets (not too eco friendly but cant complain)
The bad thing is public transport is not available.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable unpretentious rooms. Wouldn’t stay for a week but perfect for a night or two - trams to Dijon just outside

As usual, very good. Immaculately clean room, comfortable bed and friendly helpful staff with a good command of English when our French fails.
We always stay here going South and sometimes North, to and from Provence and England, ie 2-4 times per year for the last 7/8 years.
Unusually, for the first time- a minor criticism- small faults were a crack in the corner of the shower tray and the basin tap was a little loose. Otherwise, excellent for this bracket of hotel.
Overall it is a perfect location for an overnight stay for us between England and the Côte d’Azur, with decent chain restaurants on the doorstep for evening meals, and a shopping mall very close.
Will definitely stay again!

A very nice hotel, perfect to overnight when travelling in France by car. A very kind woman at the reception welcomed us and gave the keys to our room, which was clean, quiet and nice. But one thing we didn’t understand: Two doors. One to the bathroom and another to the WC, where it didn’t exist any basin to wash the hands. The Internet was free but unfortunately it was not possible to connect to the network by some reason, so we had to use our mobiles as modems. We liked the room as well and also the parking lot in a safe area close to the hotel. The hotel itself has no restaurant open in the evening but close to the hotel you find three different restaurants to visit and a McDonald’s. The breakfast was unfortunately very poor but expensive. If you book the hotel, try to book without breakfast and then, in the morning, check the breakfast buffet and the price. If you don’t find it “OK” for the price you have to pay, go to another place.

Perfect stop on the drive from London to the south of France. Convenient, easy to find, clean and very nice room and bathroom. My only criticism is that the cost of the breakfast, at €13, was a real cheek. I would happily pay that for a proper buffet, but there were 2 types of plastic wrapped cheese, no salad, tomatoes cucumber etc, one type of cheap processed ham and awful sloppy pre made scrambled eggs. Nice bread and that’s really it. Staff were lovely though and would stay again but eat breakfast anywhere else!

Very clean , modern hotel in a quiet location and with very pleasant and helpful staff
The only problem ( which is not the hotel's fault ) is that my satnav didn't register the address because the hotel is very new and is not registered on my 5 year old system !
Free wifi and free secure parking were bonuses .

The Kyriad Prestige Dijon Nord Valmy was a very good hotel which we will definitely use again as one of our stopovers whilst driving through France to our apartment in southern Spain. The staff were very helpful and their breakfast was simply fantastic. 4.5STARS

Nice hotel. Small rooms. Excellent breakfast. More/any gluten free food options would be nice. Near several restaurants. Easy parking. 10 minute taxi ride to the train station. It would be great if hotels offered top sheets for bedding instead of the hot duvets.

Very good hotel. Room is not big, but have everything you need include coffee maker, kettle. Good location if you came by car, free parking, 3 restaurants near hotel. 5 min walk to the tram, 15 min by tram to the center of Dijon. Wi-Fi service was a little slow, sometimes was not connection. Breakfast is just OK, not big selection, we came not early, and some food (ham, salami) was out. So 14 euro for one for that type of breakfast (coffee, juice, and few pastries) was too much.

A stopover enroute to Rome. The hotel has good access from the main roads, with ample parking and restaurants close by, for those not wanting to venture into town.
There is a tram stop within walking distance that takes you into town, for those that want to sampl a piece of local custom/cuisine

Breaking our journey from Provence to the Shuttle, this overnight stop was superb in every detail,

We choose the hotel and were excited that we could get a four star near a major city for that price. This is not a four star hotel. The price of breakfast was exorbitant and the rooms were clean but tight.
That being said we discovered it’s located was a five minute walk to a tramway so we could leave our car and ride into the heart of the city. Also close was a huge shopping mall to grab a quick reasonable breakfast

After we finally found the hotel we were surprised how everything was spot on, room, facilities, comfy bed, friendly staff . The downside was the location as it is in a new development area and it was a little out of town but for an overnight stay its great

We stopped on route between Provence and Calais. Everything about this hotel was perfect for our purpose.

a good hotel with very pleasant staff and good facilities. Their only problem being mice! We sat in the dining room and watched a mouse come from the kitchen to escape through a hole in the wall. Apparently all the staff know about the mice but the manager has been unable to eradicate the problem.

Overnight stop here driving to Calais. Fantastic value for money - bedrooms are spotless clean modern design and comfortable bed. Dining area is full of light with large full length glass on both side of the room - brilliant. Buffet breakfast was great with both cooked and full range of continental choices. Went for a steak across the road - which was excellent and great value for money. I would definitely stop here again when in the area.

We needed a rest from our long journey to south Italy. This Hotel was the perfect choice.
Room was big and clean, staff was very nice.

The staff were pleasant and helpful and the room clean and comfortable. The hotel was a good respite after a busy day sight seeing in Dijon. The shopping mall near by was unexpected but appreciated for purchasing a few groceries and gifts for friends and family. There are restaurants beside the hotel, and not too expensive. Overall, we felt relaxed and "looked after" staying at this hotel, a few days stop-over as we explored different parts of France.

It was easy to find this hotel as we came off the motorway. It lays the outskirt of Dijon close to a big shopping centre-only 2 stops away by tram. There is also a huge Carefour superstore there in which we did our shopping of French wines and cheeses on our way back to England. The town centre easily reachable by a tram which is frequent and punctual. Tickets can be bought from the ticket machine by the tram stop. The hotel facilities were perfect and the staff was very helpful: our television had a small fault and we were offered another room (which we declined). We have stayed in this hotel in two occasions and we could not be more satisfied. There is also a secure (gated) car park at the hotel.
The hotel does not offer diner but there are restaurants next to it: we have tried the Italien which was fine. Alternatively there are a variety of restaurants in the above mentioned shopping centre. We have tried two of them and food was good. We have found Dijon a perfect stop-over on the way to South of France and we would return to this hotel without hesitation.
