The hotel is very nice and in a good location. However the room was very noisy- it felt like the Tram is inside our room.
4.1
Room was very simple and had just what we needed: A bed, bathroom, and a place to relax. We were on a 10 day tour of Germany and were rarely in the room. Check in was easy and hotel staff were very accommodation and were able to answer any questions we had as well as offer suggestions. Being near the Hauptbahnhof was very convenient for our travel schedule. I would stay here again when traveling to Munich.
4.1
We stayed here for 3 nights during Oktoberfest. The location is great, not too far from the station and some good dining options near by as well as a laundromat across the street which was really handy. Check in was good, minded our bags as we were quite early and helpful throughout our stay.
4.1
Close to main station. Noisy area though, we were on the 3rd floor and could hear the tram rumble with window shut (very noisy with window open)
No air con in the room, it was hot when we stayed. There was a fan provided.
4.1
Good location. Train station easy walk, tram stop just outside hotel, close to historic area. Very comfortable family room. Very welcoming hotel
4.1
Great location and a nice room. We're going back there in 5 days.
4.1
Nice place. Would stay again.
4.1
Good hotel. Has some noise from the local teams but a convenient place to stay
4.1
Great location for easy access to trains and trams. Great food across the street at donor deluxe.
Great accommodations for our trip to Munich.
4.1
Our room was nice, just a little smaller than the other 3 hotels we stayed at on our recent trip. The room had a small fridge and a safe which was nice. Location was very good--just a 10 minute walk to the Hbf/central rail and metro stations. Also, close to the museum district.
4.1
Excellent service and cleanliness with good location and reasonable rate
4.1
Nice and friendly staff. Prompt and easy check-in. Room is OK-level, but it's also not the most expensive hotel in Munich. Has everything you need. Great restaurants around the area. Hauptbahnhof station is just few blocks away.
4.1
Nice place overall: great location, but the noise from the trams is not insubstantial. When it is hot weather, you need the window open to cool the room, but then you need earplugs for the noise.
The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms and water pressure is excellent. Overall, I would stay here again because of the value.
4.1
Very friendly staff, good location easy to get to/from the train station. Comfortable rooms.
Only downside is the early morning trams and the noise but that was minor.

This was a good find- we had a family room which was awesome for a family with 2 teens. They had their own adjoining room with 2 beds and a bathroom and we had a room with a bed and a bath too. It was clean and modern and had AC and a small fridge. The tram line runs right next to the hotel, so it is noisy although quieter overnight. We didn’t find it too bad (everyone slept!). The location is great- multiple transit options, in between some famous brew houses and a not bad walk to Marienplatz if you didn’t want transit. Breakfast is okay, if a bit pricy- you might consider eating it out at least some days for some variety.

We really have a good time there.

Don’t stay in a room at the front of the hotel there are street cars going by every minute and they make a real racket all night long. It’s impossible to sleep.

I booked a 3 night stay, but left after one night. The room i got was facing the street, there is a lot of traffic and a tram line going every few minutes, also at night. The problem was, that the balcony door in my room, didn't close tightly shut, it needed to be adjusted, so I could hear everything from the street. I went to the reception in the evening and asked, if I could get another room, maybe the following day, but she said everything was booked, but I could ask the next day. The next morning, after very litlle sleep, I went to the reception again and explained my problem. The guy didn't seem that interested in helping, he just looked at the screen and said everything was booked. I asked if they could maybe fix the door then, but that was not an option. So I decided to leave and booked another hotel. He didn't offer me any refund or compensation, just said he was sorry. Sorry is nice, but dosent help my sleep ;)

Comfortable accommodation within walking distance from Munich HB.
Modern hotel with a really quiet and comfortable room. Perfect for your stay in Munich if you want to be within reach from the city centre.
Very friendly staff, tidy room with everything you might need. Definitely recommend.
4.1
Staff was helpful, room was clean. The tram tracks are right outside and the tram runs all through the night. The bed was fine but I did not sleep well due to the noise from the street.
4.1
excellent value for money and good option in the centre

Thanks to all staff of that hotel. Especially to Emiliano. all of you great people. I hope, to see you again. best regard.
4.1
Great little boutique hotel within a few hundred metres of the Central Train station. I loved it, but be aware the Tram line runs directly past the hotel so some people may find the noise a bit annoying but it didn't bother me at all.
4.1
I highly recommend this hotel.
The room is clean and has tissues and plenty of amenities.
The man at the reception was kind and cheerful, and his explanations were thorough.
It was a great night in Munich.
Danke Schön

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. One of the best things about this hotel was the available parking and its close proximity to tourist attractions.
4.1
We loved our stay at Augusten, it was a five minute walk from Munich Hbf and an easy walk to many popular attractions. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to tourists who enjoy walking and exploring.
4.1
Staff was nice. Great location.
4.1
It was noisy at night from people talking and yelling outside the hotel window. The tram is also rather noisy.
Otherwise the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We did wish that we could have a cip of coffee or tea in the morning.

Great hotel with great location
4.1
Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. Walking distance to train station.
4.1
Great hotel near the central train station. Our room was very modern and clean. The neighborhood is good; outside the touristy area. Access to public transportation via the train station and street bus makes it easy to get around. There aren’t a lot of amenities with the hotel but great place to stay.

A bright compact hotel 5 - 7 minutes walk from the main railway station that appeared clean, neat and tidy throughout.I've been to Munich a few times over the years and of the hotels I've stayed in this is one of only two that I would definitely consider again.
4.1
A nice stay just a little walk away from central station. Hotel was clean and looked really new. Room had everything you need and there was only few things to complain.
One negative side was that there wasn't any AC on the room. It was one of the hottest days of the year during my visit and the room got somewhat hot. Another a bit annoying was the sound that tram produced. But never the less, a good stay.

All was good

Great hotel, great location with parking for small cars via a car elevator. Close proximity to train. Recommend!
4.1
Clean and well maintained hotel near to the main tourist district of Munich. Staff were helpful and the hotel benefits from being close to many public transport and dining options. It is worth noting the tram runs right past the hotel, running periodically all night and there are no tea\coffee making facilities. However the interconnecting rooms we shared with our teenage children had a small ajoining sitting area, the beds were comfortable and the rooms and hotel were very clean.
4.1
The hotel is well positioned, near the Hbf, clean. However, it does not have air conditioning and if one opens the window, the tram is just below the window making disturbing noise when it enters the square and there is lots of noise from bars in the street. With windows closed, it is OK, good noise isolation.
4.1
Well located for the main railway station and walking to central areas, though the lack of air conditioning meant we did not sleep well. It was helpful that there was a fan in the room, but unfortunately given how warm it was when we visited in June it was still uncomfortable at night. Good facilities in the hotel otherwise. Multicultural area, not far from main areas of tourist interest. Great breakfast (cash only) at California Bean just down the road.
4.1
We stayed here for 2 nights. Room is very clean and comfortable. Parking is just beside the hotel, very convenient. A lot restaurants locate at same street and sightseeing places are not far, highly recommend to tourists.
4.1
No AC , very loud tram all night long! It only stops form 1:30AM to 5AM. Being close to the central station, it attracts some shady characters that booze around in the streets all night.
It may be conviniently located close to the central station and 1 mile from Marienplaz but it is simply not possible to have a good night of sleep with the noise and lack of air conditioning . Now , if you sleep like a rock and like the heat or book you trip when the weather is cold is a different story. The bed is nice and the hotel
Installations are modern. I just can’t recommend it !
