Check in was easy. Shower in the cabin didn't work but fortunately the community showers were recently renovated and were very efficient. The cabin itself was an older unit but it served its purpose well. A tip: If you need to do laundry, do it BEFORE or AFTER you get to Broken Arrow. Whether with the tourist park or the laundromat in the city centre, prepare to pay at least $12 to wash and dry ONE LOAD. That's double what I've paid anywhere else in Australia OR New Zealand!

Nice place to stay for a few days while exploring the surrounding areas. Quiet, playground and jumping pillow for the kids (they loved it). Our cabin’s bathroom looked like it has just been renovated.

We liked because it was budget friendly. We had 3 star accommodation… you get what you pay for and we were very happy with basic & clean facilities and the friendly staff.

The staff were very obliging and helpful. My cabin was in a great spot, peaceful and quiet. Inside was very well laid out, the bed very comfortable. The only thing I could comment on is the taps in the shower were very difficult to turn on and off

Loved it was quiet and would definitely go back easy transport with bus outside the park

I was put in a cabin right next to the highway, where huge trucks (and other traffic) run day and night, many frequently making a very loud noise. So I had very disturbed nights.
It is a 50km zone along there, but a lot of cars and trucks were speeding. As a noise bonus there is a courier company directly across the road that unloads trucks with a fork lift running back and forth before 7am. The cabin was very basic, like something you would see in a remote mining camp. If you had to stay there, then get a cabin at the back of the area, not next to the highway.

The check in was great, with helpful staff and assistance to make our stay welcoming. The cabin is well set out, well presented and included the amenities and kitchen with toaster, kettle, fridge and stove. Small and compact with access to the parks other amenities and attractions for the playground and pool all within easy walking from our cabin.

Was very disappointed with the cabin, it was not as clean as it should be, the stove was disgraceful. The window sills had built up dirt in the corners and along the edges. The bed itself was awful, very noisey and very uncomfortable.

We really loved staying here, and ended up here twice within two weeks. It's a great place for families - lovely little pool, good playground, jumping pillow, close to everything in Broken Hill, and good cabins. The people at reception were very friendly and offered some great suggestions for dining. They do NOT offer a continental breakfast, as it says here on wotif.

Excellent place for my Broken Hill stopover on my way from WA to QLD.

We stayed in a two bedroom cabin, it was clean and quite comfortable. The caravan park is within a reasonable walking distance to a shopping centre, the pool and BBQ are was clean and appealing.
On this day, Broken Hill was experiencing power outages. We were kept informed of this via text but it didn’t really affect us too much.
We did however receive a couple of text messages warning us about theft in the area, the first one was useful the second one kind of made us worry a bit about our rental car and possessions in the car. Maybe if the property has this issue then maybe security or security gates might be a good idea.
A small cafe table on the veranda would be nice too when sitting outside after a long days drive having a bight to eat and a glass of wine.

Directions were awful, key was left but my name was not on it, difficult to access and dishes were not very clean. Also was not advised that there was no bathroom and had to walk outside to a toilet block

Noisy traffic including many trucks through the night. Cabins on edge of road and this is the main road through Broken Hill to Adelaide. Cabin tired and old. Someone had been smoking in it. Furniture basic and needs replacing.
