The worst hotel I have ever stayed. Do yourself a favour and do NOT go to this hotel. There was a horrid smell throughout the hotel, the room was dirty (dust and dirt in the corners of the room, dirty walls, disgusting shower).

This hotel is a converted apartment building in a good location but with no on-site parking ($40 across the street as long as you dont have a truck, then good luck because it won't fit and there's no overnight street parking allowed), extremely slow elevator, wall A/C with no remore, no phone in the room, and a huge kind of creepy picture of some Indian guy on the wall as you enter the lobby. For $300, I would definitely stay somewhere else.

There was no hot water for the shower. The coffee machine that they used to have in the room is gone. What is going on? New owners. Very disappointed.

I have a bug bite of some sort on my butt. I only stayed here one night and therefore know it is from this hotel. I have never been bitten by a bug on my butt from a hotel! I am disappointed. There isn’t a fitted sheet on the bed therefore when I woke up I noticed on my mattress how filthy it was with past guest hair all over it!

Great staff, location, convenient parking scheme for LA. Paid about $350/night including parking; great for Bev Hills. Super location. The bad, and I hate to post it but I would want to know this as a potential guest: as I was hopping in bed I noticed several hairs on the sheets. Way, way more than a stray housekeeping hair; like 10+ hairs. Bed was super wrinkled. I concluded that it had not been changed from prior guest. Water and coffee were also not restocked so figured the maid just had a bad day, and did not properly turn the room not a big deal. 10 pm at this point, I went to night manager and got two fresh sheets. He was so nice and apologetic. Anyway when I went to change the sheets: there were dozens (hundreds?) of more hairs of various sizes and types and staining on the mattress. Like an insane amount. I cannot even describe how many. I have pics. Clearly the mattress/cover have not been changed for a loooong time. Sought another room; they had one; but checked that mattress and same issue! Absolutely crazy and so gross. Now it’s 11 pm and the night manager is still so great but he has no ideas to solve this, he is picking hairs off the bed one by one but there are too many; the poor guy is so embarrassed. Anyway I had no option but to throw the fresh sheets on and roll with it and trust the clean sheet to protect me from the hairs and stains. So anyway, heads up. But staff and location are phenomenal.

Our room was dirty, hair on pillows, stain on shower glass. They didn't service the room at all during our 4day stay. There was no shampoo in the room for 2 days. Staff were rude. The water in shower smelled and the shower head was not working well. I will never stay here again.

The staff was kind and friendly.

I did not like it at all there are no restaurants no bars and the issue of the front desk having to let you in and out of the parking area drove me crazy the rooms although nice are very dark

Unpleasant smell throughout the hotel. Very noisy, walls are thin and you can hear people coming and going throughout the night. Room is very small. I was not offered the “free spirit” that is noted upon booking. Only positive is that the staff are very friendly.

Our stay at the SIRTAJ was excellent! The location of the hotel simply can’t be beat, right in the heart of the Beverly Hills shopping District, and a three minute walk from Spago. Every single member of the staff was incredibly welcoming and responsive, and the accommodations were top-notch. Highly recommended!

All good except there $85 a day extra charge

There is no convenient place to park and unload and you are required to have an attendant allow you into a parking structure across the road, cost per day was exorbitant! The day of check in, I was given a key and room only to walk into someone else’s room while they were showering :/. There is breakfast available and beverages, but no onsite Indian restaurant.
The area was under construction during my visit which made navigating with GPS stupid

Excellent location and a little funky but a good choice for Beverly Hills.

Hotel definitely in decline, fab location but no longer offers valet service or dinner, such a shame! And 87 dlrs resort fee is absurd, can only assume it is going to shut soon to be refurbished.
Credit due to Sonny on reception though, cool guy!

Great location and easy parking. Leveled up hotel breakfast. Plush, comfortable bed.

Staff was great but $80 amenity fee? What the heck is that. If your charging me that throw some beers in the mini bar or something. Won't come back for sure

I will stay here again.

Great location by rodeo drive. Full breakfast entree option with juice and coffee. Sunny was a delight. Check in was weird with gold vip status I was supposed to get a bottle of spirits and a room upgrade. They said there wasn’t any available but I saw rooms online. I asked for the bottle of spirits and he said they were out. I said white wine would be fine and he gave me a half drank opened bottle from lounge bar. Odd. Bed and sheets were amazing. Shower could be hotter.

Not what I was expecting for $300 for one night, I’ve had way better for less. Made unauthorized charges to my card for no reason. Only thing you could buy is alcohol, they don’t have anything else. Only convenient for a short stay but not worth the price.

The hotel is conveniently located near Rodeo Drive. Lita receiptionist/front desk especially nice and helpful. Room small but well appointed and with refrigerator. Parking convenient except that hotel staff must open parking gate for entry and exit.

From the moment we walked into the hotel, everything was amazing. Check in was so easy and quick! Check out was just as quick and easy! All staff that sat at the front desk were so attentive to all guests coming and going, greeting everyone. The staff at the front desk were all amazing multitaskers! The hotel was very initiate with only 33 rooms. We only saw one staff member in the lobby, and he/she could do it all! Open the gate for parking, while attending to guests on the phone, and tending to the bar! The hotel was so clean and quiet! It’s set in a beautiful area very close to Rodeo Drive. The surrounding area was just as beautiful, and so clean. If we make it back the the west coast we will 100% stay here again!

The Sirtaj is a lovely, little hotel - more like a European "pension" - on a side street in Beverly Hills just off Wilshire.
Friendly international staff. Quiet. Within very easy walking distance of many good restaurants and shops. No need for a car (but they have a garage).
The included breakfast is good and plentiful - if simple.
Good bed. Heat/cool unit worked well.
The bathroom is small but the shower is great. One negative: the toilet (in 302) had no seat cover. A worry that something would drop in and no place to comfortably sit.
The rooms are not large, but big enough. Good value as a base of operation in an expensive area. 9th time staying here.

Excellent place, clean, good breakfast, quiet, confortable.
The first day I didn’t like the fact that you need help from the front desk in order to get in and out of the parking garage but it wasn’t that bad. 4.9/5

The location was perfect. Walkable to all stores and food. The hotel was exceptional with staff, cleaning, breakfast in the morning, and more. I would recommend staying here!

Great location. Functional facilities. Fair price. Add on Sunny as front of house then perfect for a short stay in LA.

Short staffs, terrible services!

Resort fee and parking fees marks up almost another 100 dollars

The check in was marred by the staffs unfamiliarity with how the hotel interfaced with the parking facilities. I was told to drive into the parking lot but there was no way for the gate to open. Turns out that the staff at the hotel was supposed to raise the gate which irritated the staff at the parking area.
There was also a junk fee of $87.32 added to the bill for each day we were there supposely for a mandatory "breakfast".

We came in from out of state to stay here for my daughter's surgery. The locations was great, we were within walking distance of many things to do and see! The staff there were very kind and resourceful. After my daughter's surgery, the staff made a point to come and check in to see if we needed anything or if they could help us in any way. Amenities such as fresh breakfast, quaint bar area, and nice patio seating indoor and outdoor. Rooms were clean and up to date as well. We can't say anything negative about this place!

Parking process is horrible, 28$ charged but you need hotel person to come and scan card every time. Breakfast options are very limited, you need to order out of few options and then wait for 30-40 mins. Looks like staff shortage as well.
