The hotel is undergoing renovation, and boy does it need it. The carpet in our room was badly stained, the cushions on the couch don't match the couch (clearly from another couch elsewhere), and the room is very basic. There were two front desk staff at the counter when I checked in. One was helping the customer in front of me. I waited for a while and finally asked the second one if she was available, and she begrudgingly checked me in. Her tone was dismissive, and she seemed to be upset that and she my presence made her have to do work. I stated that it would be nice if one could check in without getting an unpleasant attitude, and she rudely responded that it would be nice for her too. You can reno the hotel, but you better also train your staff in customer service if you want to keep customers. This was a real disappointment because we came to this hotel above other less expensive choices to have a nice night and morning after a long travel day.

The shuttle service from the airport was bad. We waited for 45 minutes for the shuttle and ultimately took an Uber to the hotel. Otherwise the state was nice.

No hot water in shower first night. Flooring peeling and uneven. Mehh breakfast offering. Staff was first- rate. No daily newspaper available!

Arrived to check in and it took an unusual amount of time. Kimberly kept going to the back and wasn’t communicating much until she let me know they didn’t have a room for and was going to make accommodations for us elsewhere. I can’t say much about the hotel overall, but if you can’t honor a reservation please let travelers know in advance or communicate with them at the desk early in the process.

Staff is above & beyond professional and accommodating. Appreciate y'all more than I could ever say. They were instantly accommodating to our son, who has quadriplegia. The suite was clean & roomy with all amenities needed. Continental breakfast had a great variety. Although we were not able to imbibe, the happy hour with snacks looked delicious & fun, with a good choice of adult refreshments. Free secure parking with actual off duty police provided extra assurance we chose correctly. Lots shops and restaurants just a tree lined quiet walk away. Super quiet at night as well. I will definitely be returning with my family.

Wonderful hotel, staff was awesome. Mi-Mi the night auditor was great. We had to stay here due to a disrupted flight, and the whole stay was easy. Great breakfast too!

My family of 5 was stranded at the Atlanta airport for the weekend. We were able to obtain a room for the night while we worked out alternate fights. The free shuttle eliminated the worry about getting to and from the airport and added unexpected expenses. The staff was very friendly and helpful during a very busy and stressful weekend. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

We had a great stay. We arrived for a family reunion and a few of us stayed at this hotel. The property and staff were great, you always have that 1 person and we just avoided her :). This hotel will be on our preferred list moving forward.

Our flight was cancelled, so we found this hotel near the airport. Staff was very accommodating and sympathetic to our travel challenges. We had a comfortable stay and are very grateful for doing everything they could to check us in early. Property is clean, comfortable, and safe.

Because of a late flight we arrived at 2am to check in only to find the hotel computer system crashed due to the cyber attack. The two ladies at the front desk did an outstanding job handling everything and my family and I were checked in within 20 minutes. The beds were very comfortable.

The check in was flawless. friendly personnel greeted us and explained everything. first night there they had customer appreciation, free dinner and drinks including wine and beer. which they have every Mon-wed. very tasty. breakfast area was very organized and food was great. room was very comfortable and clean. will definitely stay again.

Best hotel I have stayed at so far! Full size fridge, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher all in the room. Even stocked with silverware, plates, cups. Huge room, big walk in shower. Awesome breakfast, even had food offered for dinner mon-wed. Room was nice and clean and they came in and replaced towels, bedding and even did the dishes. All staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Nice secure gated parking for a decent price.

The reviews in the hotels were not impressive so i chose staybridge because it had the best. My experience was quite surprising. The staff was welcoming & friendly. The hotel was clean and very well tooken care of. I will certainly stay here again.
