Great potential to be used, but for now, the experience is average

Good location, close to wineries. Parking available for cars. The property is really nice and has great potential, but it’s not well taken care of. A better approach to guests, fixing up the tennis court, and refreshing the hotel’s amenities would make a big difference.

The manager greeted us by saying that if our dogs weren’t calm or if they got on the beds, we’d be kicked out. This was his first sentence after saying hello. Our dogs were calm during the entire stay, and we had already informed them we were bringing pets. I understand addressing potential problems, but this could have been said in a much nicer way. It left a bad impression. In the evening, we found many ants in the bathroom. We were given insect spray, but the smell was so strong it made everyone cough.

Exceptional

Andreas took very good care of us. We got wet on the way and arrived at the accommodation with completely dirty motorbikes. Andreas was kind enough to lend us a hose to wash the motorbikes. Throughout the stay he asked if everything was ok and if we had everything. The accommodation was very pleasant, the breakfast met my expectations - absolutely luxurious eggs by the way ;-) thank you for nice accommodation 👋

NEVER AGAIN

Plants around the building

Hotel Staff - socialism & state of mind Repressive hotel regulations - commands, prohibitions, penalties and surcharges Every day the same breakfast and low quality food. Dirty room, don't move your bed away or you'll be scared No insect net on the windows Broken electrical sockets in the walls They don't change towels The refrigerator hardly chills, the kettle does not work If you want anything, it will be for an additional fee The pool is dirty, not cleaned and cold water (not much sun)

Hotel Staff - unfriendly They treat the client like a thief At breakfast, they look how much you load on your plate. Breakfast every day the same and low quality products. Low standard and you pay extra for the basic equipment, even parking - than you go out more expensive than in a quality hotel They will not let the client even feel like a winner

Horrible place

The room was big enough

The place was dirty. Everything was old and many things were broken. The staff was terrible and impolite. We were there with the dog and we found rat poison under the bed. The bathroom was awful and ugly. Don't go there.

Superb

Perfect accommodation, delicious breakfast, nothing was a problem. We were a bigger group and everyone was completely satisfied. When the light bulb broke, it was immediately replaced. The best accommodation in Hungary we've had so far.

There's nothing we don't like. Perhaps only if the pools opened earlier than eight o'clock, but that's just a little something.

Nice vacations.

Landlord was helpful, breakfast fine, rooms clean. Place is a little bit far from city centre. Local transport is helpful...

Pleasant

Very nice host and the breakfast was very good and extensive. It was also a very green property, which we liked.

The shower did not work properly and it could have been cleaner. Maybe it could have been fixed, but we only stayed there for two days.

Cosy room with noisy bed.

The location of the apartments was great, close to the wineries. The area is very green with various sport facilities, like table tennis, tennis, swimming pool etc.

The only negative part in the room was the bed. It was an ikea bed which had an annoying sound when someone is moving. If you are a bad sleeper it can be an issue. Otherwise, the room was cosy and clean.

Our stay at Appartementhaus 5. Jahreszeits' cozy room was very pleasant. The staff was a very nice who made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, with very nice gestures. Communication was outstanding too. Highly recommended.

Good for the price

Staff was really kind and helpful, pools were clean, other facilities were well-maintained. There was a bunch of activities to do even in the accommodation's garden. Breakfast was excellent😍

There was no air condition or ventillation in the room so we needed to open the window to cool it down. However, our neighbours were extremely loud so we couldn't sleep well. A small fridge would have been good. Double bed was two small beds together.
