The worst place ever smelled bad and what’s up with the pillow cases, sink would not drain, curtains falling off and expensive, seriously could not wait to leave

Gets the job done. Had an unexpected re-route overnight through Paris and needed a last minute hotel near the airport to catch a few hours sleep. This place was clean, simple and got the job done. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. A few key points to note:
-shuttle service stops from the airport at 11:30. It is at Terminal 2B outside. If you arrive after that just get an Uber.
-triple check your address if you get a ride!!! There are multiple Premiere Classe-CDG airport hotels and I made the mistake of plugging in the wrong one. This is my bad but just wanted to pass along the info.
-the airport shuttles for the morning need to be reserved. They fill up. They offered to book us a taxi, which wound up being a cash only driver and it cost literally 2x as much as the Uber ride. Moral of the story—get an Uber.
This place is a great no frills option that feels clean and 100% beats trying to sleep in the airport.

The staff at the hotel were very efficient regarding check in. The room was small and comfortable for my 1 night stay. I really enjoyed talking to the staff. They made me feel right at home!

Hotel was clean

The rooms are small, just enough for an overnight stay before you fly out. They do not provide soap, shampoo and gave us only 2 towels. No staff at night. Our bathroom shower stall did not drain well and overflowed, flooding the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the receptionist Marlena, was very helpful.

Ok

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed. The Olympic games didn't give us much choice of hotel but I regret not researching a little more. The rooms are small with a feel of dubious cleanliness, the tv size looks more like a small computer screen, no phone to call out, bed side table is a 10 inch wide box. The bathroom was just as despicable, no bathroom mat so the floor was dangerously slippery when coming out of the shower,no hand soap,no hand tower, the sink didn't drain, and forget having a hair dryer. The room a/c didn't work. We were 2 people but we could not get 2 keys because they told us "other people may need them". It's called First Class and that's the biggest joke. Never again. On a positive note it is nest door to the Campanile hotel who is associated to the First Class(hahaha), and it had a pretty good restaurant. The first class (hahaha) advertise restaurant and bar but in effect it is their neighbor hotel that has those amenities.

Very near to the airport and nice personnel and accomodations.

Clean, practical overnight option near airport. We accessed it by bus 2101 from Roissypole. Hairdryer available on request. Basic but satisfactory French breakfast at a good price. Good air conditioning in room. Superb buffet restaurant in Le Campanile: the quality and range was outstanding and service was very good too.

The hotel website says that the shuttle can be used outside Terminal 2. Airport staff disagreed. I tried calling the hotel for instructions and no one picked up the phone. I had to catch a taxi from the airport to the hotel.
On the way back to the airport, I was told that I could catch the shuttle at the shuttle stop in front of hotel Campanile. The shuttle never stopped there at the designated time and again I had to catch a cab to the airport.

Excellent

Good service

It was a good stay

The staff was very friendly. The only problem I had was the hotel is closed after 10 PM and you have to go to the sister hotel across the street. It was dark with only a few lights but other than that the room was quiet and clean and I went there for layover, which was perfect, I also could not the shuttle to get there is a barcode and so I had to take a taxi 30 American dollars for a nine minute drive that was kind of expensive . they should let people know in the advertisement that you need to get the shuttle hours in advance before you need it.
3.7
Staff was nice but the AC in our room did not work and the lights didn’t work either.
3.7
Bedsheet had a dirty mark on it so questionable if it had been cleaned properly and half of the curtain hanging off the curtain pole
3.7
Poor checkin process. Had to wait at a desk in neighboring hotel. No glasses . No Kleenex...rooms poorly outfitted. Shuttle arrangement for complicated
3.7
The property was very basic. For a night and close to the airport, it worked out.
3.7
Terrible
3.7
Adress confused with another place. Google map took me 2km away! Had to backtrack
Got no answer on the phone when i tried to get better directions.
3.7
Room inexpensive, comfortable and clean. surprised that room had no soap or plastic glasses in bathroom( only soap in dispenser in shower). Bit of a walk from terminal 2E until 2B where there is hotel shuttle stop. Signs are often difficult to find when walking to Terminal 2B and to locate actual stop. Instructions from hotel should be more precise.
3.7
Nothing was good around there
3.7
Good place to stay, close to the airports, However, is located in a very lonely area!
3.7
No toiletries in the rooms at all
3.7
Absolutely shocking hotel, and rude staff. False advertising about Air con. No air con in the room, and the room was hot, with no help of a solution from the staff
3.7
It was nice that it was very close to the airport. One thing I didn’t like was that it has the same name as a nearby hotel and I went to wrong one. That was confusing. Maybe let your guests know that there are multiple locations before they arrive. I booked my Uber thinking it was fine but it was about 15 minutes away from the actual location. I ended up being late for an event.

Rooms were very tiny bit good for one night

I stayed at this hotel for transit and the room was reasonably spacious and clean. The front desk was friendly. It was a pity that there was no hairdryer. I took a cab from CDG to this hotel, but the driver pretended to be lost and charged me 16 euros perhaps because he didn't make much money unlike those going to Paris city center. It doesn’t have restaurant, but the Campanile Roissy hotel next door has one, so that was not a problem. The shuttle bus (van) is about 10 euros, so if you don't have a lot of luggage, it is better to wait for the shuttle bus at CDG. The front desk closes at 9 p.m., but after that you can go to the Campanile next door. In the morning, between 6:30 and 9:30 a.m., a van to CDG departs every 30 minutes from in front of the Campanile. You can buy a ticket at the front desk and reserve a time to get on the van, but you might want to do it early because the van seats 6 people and Campanile guests also get on. The hotel is a good place to stay for transit, but not for sightseeing as it is far from Paris city center.

Worth the nominal price.
3.7
Bad smell coming from bathroom no bins provide in room. Bad smell from towels as well
3.7
Convenient. Close to airport
3.7
This was a great choice for the night before an early flight out of Paris. What we found unusual was that while the hotel advertised a shuttle to the airport so we got on the shuttle from the airport to get tot the hotel they did not tell us it would be 7 euros each and then 7 euros back to the airport in the morning. This added on almost 50 euros to our stay. I don't mind the price but I feel it would be better to advertise this on the hotels.com page for the hotel so one is not surprised
3.7
No soap room is too small than the picture
3.7
Will stay here again - Great service and Nice staff
3.7
Address is wrong, map link is wrong. Even the name of the hotel is confusing. Price is the only good thing
3.7
There is a very rude and arrogant gentlemean at the restaurant. Besides the one ecounter with him eveyone was pleasant and helpful.
3.7
Great place to stay for one night. If you are transiting in Paris, so this place is a good choice. Clean room, but small and lacks some features like iron, phone, mini refrigerator, coffeemaker.
3.7
My stay was wonderful because it was real able to bus station
3.7
Stayed for a night before our flight, this was perfect for this purpose. Highly recommend. Clean, spacious, and perfectly served its purpose.
3.7
Got there after hours around 12pm for a single night stay in order to catch our morning departing flight. Showed up to a sign directing us to hotel next door since the counter at ours was closed for the night. We were issued a wheelchair accessible room (not requested), which made it awkward when showering as the whole bathroom floor got wet. The room seemed a bit run down, but can’t complain too much because of the price. It was a decent stay for its purpose.
