Very convenient location by the train station. Comfortable, nice shower, fridge, hob & microwave plus cutlery & plates etc. and a pod coffee machine.
Great!

Fantastic location opposite station. Easy walk to centre. Walk through station to get to town and out back of station to get to hotel.
Bus to very windy beach close by hotel.
Great staff at hotel. Compact kitchen with microwave but could benefit from kettle. They expect you to clean kitchen or will charge you for it. Recommended

The Appart’city apartment made for a very practical, no-frills self-catering stay in Perpignan. Its location is very convenient for the railway station and the bus to/from the airport (with €1 tickets) but not so much for the historic centre (maybe consider using the bus again).
The staff were very helpful (available 24 hours) and although the hotel is incredibly stark in decor, everything was well-maintained and clean.

A nice place to stay the night. Everything was a bit worn and dingy.

It is very close to the bus station

The room was very sparse but it was very close to the train station. I

The reception staff were super friendly and nice. The appartment is a little outdated, the beds were uncomfortable and noisy, the size of the appartment is more than enough, which would be great for larger families. The are is a little bit shady, but convenient if you are coming in by train since the hotel is in front of the station.

It was right across the street from the train station. It was extremely handy.

Stay was very good but driving around was quite difficult

The location is perfect, ten minutes walk from the historic center.
The apartment is simple but has a good kitchenette with a dishwasher.
It was clean and good value for money

Good: location opposite bus and train stations yet quiet and safe area with two supermarkets nearby but quite a walk to the old town if you want to eat out.
Bad: Had to pay extra to check in early only to find room wasn’t set up for four people. Two trips down to reception liaising with rude receptionist to get towels and ask how to open the sofa bed so children could have a nap. Really annoying. It’s the little things in a world of so much choice and for this reason won’t stay there again.

We are fairly disappointed at the accommodation we thought would be amazing. The pictures are outdated, the room and carpet were not clean or to a standard of comfort (stains everywhere. Literal cigar homes everywhere in the carpet) I was not impressed.

Lovely property right next to train and bus station. Quiet, had a balconly which was great. Good wifi and aircon would definately recommend.
2.5
Extremely well-located for the train station BUT remember to exit from the rear exit not the main Ville exit!
From the apartments, you go through the station to get into town. There is not much of note around the apartment block but there is a Lidl (relatively short opening hours of 9h - 20h, closed on Sundays) just down the road which, as the apartment has a kitchen, is ideal to pick up an evening meal. There are also some food outlets in the station itself such as Bchef
You may also wish to get food for breakfast - the breakfast offered is quite expensive at 12.90€. Ibis Budget, for example, charge 8.50€ for a superior offering with more choices and pain au chocolate which haven't been squashed flat!
Tv worked fine but channels like Canal+ are encrypted in the evening so unavailable
Wi-fi was good
Their eco credentials are everywhere yet the kitchen sink does not have a plug!
All in all, a good very central place to stay with facilities that a hotel doesn't provide

There was a little kitchen in the room, that is unique.

location was what we needed (central, right by teh station but without normal station grime and crime) and the area was suprisingly pleasant with a reasonable sprinkling of small shops and eating places and a pleasant 10 mins walk to the old centre. Plus kitchenette reasonably well equipped made for an easy few days stay
3.0
Right next to train station which was good. But virtually no restaurants nor groceries stores nearby and about 25 minute walk to the tourist center of town thru tattoo shops, etc. Bed was too damn hard. Otherwise room was a standard Ibis room and adequate space, etc. Breakfast was adequate.
5.0
Large, quiet and not expensive. A 10 minutes walk from Old City.
Be careful that Office closed at 7pm.

Perfectly located across from the train station and the real plus is the washer and dryer for laundry right on the premises. Interesting pay via phone to do it. Didn't look around too far for restaurants. The BChef in the train station was adequate.

Excellent staff very helpful and friendly. Quick check in and out. Very clean room with a useful kitchen area. Extremely convenient for Perpignan train station and bus station. Good security. I stay here every time I travel in France and like it very much.

Very courteous and helpful staff.
Would be nice to have had a kettle and toaster since we had the small kitchen but understand that hotel wants to promote the breakfast they provide. All in all, great value for amount paid and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Excellent location and a very reasonable price.

Exactly what I needed, inexpensive, and I will stay again.
I’d flown into Barcelona on a hideous nightmare of an AA flight and immediately taken the TGV to Perpignan. Loooong day of travel, one of the worst of my life. This apartment hotel is literally directly in front of the train station. All I had to do was drag my bag across the street and collapse in the hotel room.
The train station has an awesome, hilarious G20 grocery in the basement where you can buy 40 cent baguettes, 1.85 euro bottles of table wine, cheap salads and heat-up meals of all kinds, 3 euro Spanish chorizo fort, jars of boles de picolat and ouillade — all absurdly cheap. Then take it all right back to your room where you have a microwave, fridge & hot plates. Not gourmet stuff, but perfectly edible.
The regional bus depot is on the south end of the train station, so also right at your doorstep. You can go pretty much anywhere in the region from there by bus for *one freakin euro.* Unbelievable.
If you’re on your honeymoon or have odd romantic delusions about France, this hotel is probably not what you’re looking for. But if you’re just trying to get where you’re going… this place is a gem. The rooms are perfectly clean. Yes, the carpets and baseboards may be permanently stained with wine and red pimento, but they ARE actually clean. Yes, local color may be hanging out in the area, but 99-1 they won’t bother you. Just smile, shrug and walk past them if they do.

Right next to the station, comfortable bed, large bathroom, fridge, sink and hob. Clean but some stains on carpet.

We often stay at this hotel given liking its proximity to the train station. The last time we were given a newly renovated room and it was excellent. This time we got a room that smelled of old cigarette smoke and burns on the furniture and carpet to match.
Staff are very friendly and helpful despite clearly being overworked, especially in the breakfast room.
We will be back but only if the stay is no more than one day.

Booked a room with a balcony but didn’t get offered one. The room needs upgrading. Carpets not clean. Kitchenette not practical, the microwave and cupboard with crockery were not accessible to anyone under 6ft tall. Same thing in the bathroom, the mirror was too high on the wall. For an apartment, there were inadequate cooking facilities. We stayed 7 nights and only had 1 days room service. When we queried why the towels were not being replaced on a daily basis, we were told we had to pay 2 euros per day for clean towels. Breakfast was limited but adequate for us. Not enough guest information on arrival. The location of the hotel is excellent for the railway station.

Had a great experience. It's right by a train station and a bus stop that take you to the beach. The room was comfy and had a seperate living room/kitchen from the bedroom. The staff were very helpful, especially one that helped me get a taxi (didn't get her name).
Only thing to mention is that on Sunday the number 6 bus to airport didn't come- Apparently your meant to call the bus company and ask them to cover that route?
Nothing to do with Hotel that but may help a traveller.

Wouldn’t recommend. The room was not at all like photos. It was very run down and not clean. I ended up spending my first evening and morning cleaning. There were even crumbs from the previous occupant on the carpet so I’m not sure it was even vacuumed. The carpet has so many stains and just looks gross — really they should just put some kind of solid flooring down. The curtains were greasy to the touch. The bed sheets had stains. The kitchen smelled. The fridge was so loud that it woke me up frequently. The staff however were all kind and friendly and I suspect the issues with cleanliness are due to management’s unrealistic expectations of the cleaning staff (not giving their staff enough time and resources to clean properly). Again, would not recommend and won’t stay here again.

While not in the most interesting part of town, this is a very convenient place to stay... right across from the Perpignan and train station. A great place to rest between Catalan adventures.
Clean. Decent breakfast. And a basic kitchen that more than met our needs. Close to a grocery store as well as good restaurants. (Ask for recommendations for ones off the main tourist track.).
We have stayed here many times-- it likely wont wow you like some other hotels in the area but it is very reliable.
