This was my second stay at SACO and once again I enjoyed it. The location is amazing , staff are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay .

Rooms were nice, loved having a second bathroom. Hotel is walkable to multiple underground stops and bus stops.

Every things was very good. Very happy with everything

We enjoyed this apartment. It was easy to get to the tube or bus and spacious enough to relax in after a long day of walking. There are several excellent dining options nearby as well a grocery within walking distance.

This property is not upscale by any means. Our one bedroom was dirty, smelly, worn out, and the shower covered in mould. The bed linens are nice but the bed was completely worn out. The carpet was filthy, and the place smelled of bodily dirt. The kitchen amenities are sparse and of poor quality. There are two pubs nearby which are quite noisy. The building is not wheelchair accessible and there are no wheelchair accessible units. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I would not stay here again or recommend to anyone. The management wouldn’t respond to any of my communications.

Good spot lots of space carpets need some attention but very convenient location

This was an ideal base for a week long stay in London. It is within easy walk of many underground and overground stations, including St Pancras for regional services. Lamb's Conduit is a very funky street, home to good restaurants such as Noble Rot. The property itself is not exactly flash, but internally it is very comfortable, has excellent facilities for cooking and washing and even basic entertainment. The only issue is that without airconditioning it can be very warm in the apartments, though they did provide a fan. Fine when the temp is in the low 20s, but could be a problem when it gets hotter. Nice and efficient operators. Thoroughly recommended.

The apartment was very comfortable and clean! The staff, especially Andrea and Josiah were extremely helpful and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location
Shabby fit out .
Not enough cleanings agents for a one week stay when having to do own cleaning
Staff on check in very unfriendly
Office not manned during advertised hours

Really like staying here as I love the local area, close to everything and has more room than your standard hotel room. Only issue is the heat and lack air flow. Dont stay here in summer, you wont survive.

Have had a few previous stays here, and enjoyed it. But the property is showing its age, and service standards gone down. A major issue was the total lack of air movement in the hot, stuffy apartment - it was sweltering. Staff did bring electric fans, but SACO needs to update these flats!
They also should revise the policy of garbage pick-up/cleaning only once a week. In warm weather, leaving food garbage for 5-6 days is not okay. During my stay, the lifts also were offline for 2-days - and clients (paying $$$ for their stay) had no assistance to carry luggage up many flights of stairs (I saw one couple had large suitcases to haul to the 5th floor).
The location is excellent, and points to the weekend staff who did try to help.. but the value for money from SACO has diminished at this location. Install air systems, please!

Everything was perfect except the water in the shower didn't run.

Location is great. Is noisy up to 11pm when pubs shut, then quietens down. Be careful though. Kids hospital on opposite side of road, is due for demolishment, so check that before you book. Some amazing eclectic and bespoke shops in Lamb's Conduit St

Super apartments. Good commodities and nice and clean! Very friendly staff. I would stay there again and highly recommend to others. Especially if staying for a long longer period.

The apartment was clean and all the amenities in good shape. The neighborhood is great, with a short walk to bus stops and a 15-minute walk to St Pancras station; the hotel itself is on a pedestrian street, and there are lots of cafes and restaurants close by. The staff was very friendly and helpful—a real pleasure.

Excellent property, helpful staff.

Nice apartment, walking distance to many attractions
Comfortable and well equiped

Noisy, dirty and uncomfortable. Very dissatisfying.

I cannot wait to stay here again. I am a female on a solo trip to London in late October/early November. SACO Holborn sent information before the trip on how to access my key if I arrived out of reception hours, as well as directions from Russell Square tube station.
The flat was immaculate and had everything that I needed: full size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cooker/stove top, microwave, dish washer and washer. They supplied dishwashing/laundry soap as well as soap/shampoo, etc. in the bathroom. The heated towel rack was amazing!
The staff in reception were great and I send a shout out to Jo.
The location cannot be beaten for convenience to the tube and bus transportation. There are groceries/coffee houses/restaurants and cafes on the street. I felt safe and welcome. Thank you SACO Holborn for a wonderful stay.
4.4
Place is a little old but decently maintained. I didnt like it that the access to my room was at the back of the building and outdoors. This could have been specified. While not exactly noisy the units are on a street with a fairly busy restaurant and pub less than 50m away. quaint street w shops n cafes. excellent coffee downstairs

The location is perfect, walkable to underground stations. The place is spacious, well equipped with all necessities.

I have stayed here before but I have now decided that SACO Holborn is my favourite place to stay in London. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, and at the end of a two-week trip elsewhere, the washer and dryer were a godsend. It's a 2-minute walk along the street to the stunning Noble Rot restaurant, or to the magnificent Victorian pub, The Lamb. And since my last visit to London there is now open and nicely restored at the top of the street a Victorian subterranean public toilet, WC Bloomsbury--WC now standing for Wine and Charcuterie! It was closed down and derelict for about 50 years but is now bustling with diners and tipplers. The apartment's kitchen has every appliance for you to fix your own meals, and you are less than a 10-minute walk from a large Waitrose supermarket, Boots the Chemist, and many other shops. Russell Square underground station is equally close by. Excellent, fast WiFi in the apartment, too.

The location (for us) was perfect.

We are a family of 4 with two teenagers and stayed here for 12 nights. It was just a perfect place for us I could say. The apartment was so spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, even a balcony. And they provided lots of things like dish washer, microwave, oven, washing machine, and dryer. It made us feel home away from home.
There was certain things that needed to be repaired or replaced - shower head and knob, door seal gasket of washing machine, and couple of doors to the balcony. But I am sure the staffs will take care of them once they check on this review because the staffs were real hidden gems of this place. They were all nice and friendly, always willing to help us out.
There is waitrose and sainsbury, tesco nearby, I recommend waitrose. Also, underground stations are nearby such as russel square, kings cross, euston, as well as bus stops. The British Museum is in walking distance.
I bet you will never get a decent place like this to stay in central London with such a reasonable price. Its location, condition, and the staffs...I would say this is the one. If you are looking up this place don't hesitate. You will not regret it. I and my family would definately go back if we visit London again.

Nice apartment in a convenient location. Staff were friendly. Apartment was a bit stuffy without AC but the staff were able to lend us a fan.
4.4
The staff was so kinda and wonderful. A great value for the wonderful area it is in.
4.4
My daughter and friend stayed here while attending a class. The property was clean and well maintained, and it was great for them to have an apartment with a washer/dryer and kitchen. It is really centrally located in London, in a very nice neighborhood. However, what really stood out was the professionalism of staff. They have an excellent system for communications and whenever there was an issue, they were very helpful.
4.4
We booked an apartment with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We were upgraded to a penthouse with a large terrace, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Everything was excellent, except that the dishwasher did not work (the soap brick dispenser did not work), so we had to wash up by hand. Location was a short walk to busses and there were a large supermarked (Waitrose) close by. Also a small park and locally pubs and a few restaurants and shops made the area cosy. Accomodation in London is expense especially in high season, but we could not find anything cheaper with the same distance to SOHO/Convent Garden and with two bedrooms, so that is a general condition.

It was a great sized apartment for our family and great home base for exploring London
4.4
Great location and friendly staff! I would stay there again!
Some stains on the sofa that could be cleaned off.
4.4
We 1.5 hrs arrived early but our room was ready! The 1-bdrm was really perfect for us as our base. The kitchen had all the necessities to make simple meals and a roomy enough fridge for drinks and a few days of food. The staff were friendly as well. I felt safe in the building and area. It gets a little noisy at in the front but the bedroom faced back so bc all was good.
I would definitely stay here again.

Good location if you want to be near Holborn.

The front desk person was very kind.

I'm pretty happy with the apartment generally, but when I arrived in my apartment, bang on time. I was SHOCKED to see the toilet had been used as it was not flushed. Not sure if the cleaners didn't bother to clean it, which seems unlikely or the cleaners used it and didn't flush, which is grossly unprofessional. I wish I'd taken a picture but I was desperate and didn't have time.
4.4
Location was great, access was good, really helpful staff, easy check in and checkout, apartment was clean with good facilities, great shower. Apartment paintwork could use a touch up.
4.4
Close to three walkable Tube Stations

Overall we had a lovely stay and the apartments are in a superb location on Lambs Conduit Street.
We were able to check in very early which was definitely a bonus, although I was surprised to have to pay £10 for this despite the room being ready anyway. Also, for the money you pay, I would expect things like Netflix and Prime to be available on the TV. And whilst the bathroom and shower were great, not being able to turn off the radiator in the bathroom was frustrating. It was incredibly hot and made the whole apartment very warm. Not too much of an issue in November, but it certainly would be in the summer.
4.4
It was a comfortable stay for our family of five.
