Posizione, accoglienza

Perfect location. Very helpful staff, we returned following a stay last year.
We arrived after the kitchen had closed at lunchtime, we were late due to traffic. But they still managed to serve a cold lunch at the restaurant overlooking the beach which was so kind.

Everything was fantastic. Great location.
What I liked was the location and the stuff especially Andrea

We loved the location and the terrace restaurants. Also the staff were amazing- so friendly and hospitable.
The rooms were tired and the bathroom was very small - insufficient for a family. Also the private beach was not private and was very dirty with rubbish.

This hotel is a must!! Location, helpful staff, the beach is a lifetime experience!!!
The bathroom I do not like, it should be nicer..

Cute little hotel perched along the sea front, slightly out of the center of town. Please note, this was in no way a drawback. Exterior of the hotel and location are very pretty. The property has it's own little lido with bar up along side the small public beach. The staff was really excellent, especially housekeeping which was right on top of changing out used towels, etc.
As mentioned, the exterior is very well kept but the interior, including lobby, room furnishings, bathroom etc....do need to be updated. Also, it is possibly the only hotel I have ever been in, which did not provide complimentary drinking water! Lastly, the breakfast was just OK. Overall, I liked it but did not consider it a good value for money, given how crazy expensive it was.

Amazing location and beautiful private beach.
Rooms should be upgraded as we found our suite to be dysfunctional and dated. The hotel would be perfect with a luxury room feel!
5.0
Location, staff, breakfast, but most of all, the view from our room. Fabulous!
as the name implies, it is a small hotel with small rooms, functional but small.

The place.
Waiter remarks. There were just two tables taken. At the end of the breakfast period, when we arrived to have breakfast.
I chose a table and the waiter came saying it it is a tble for three, not for two. I was unpleasantly surprised when it was obvious that no one else will come and that there were a lot of tables not taken.
Not a great welcome.
Another issue when leaving they bright the car to a small parking close to the hotel but the valet left and the othe staff couldnt find the car key for over 30 min.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Portofino bay. The room was quite big with a terrace and wonderful view to the sea. The hotel has a beautiful private beach with small areas to rest and enjoy a bar, which is active during the summer. Breakfast was very good, there are menus on each table with a selection of omelets they serve
Parking cost - 40 Euros per night

The outside is beautiful and the views are what you would expect , but ......
You get inside and its unbelievably scruffy , The floors haven't been polished in 50 years and the walls are painted gloss Black & Red , looks like a RT66 Motel from the 60s , worn out . I am not even going to mention the restaurant .
There was also a domestic incident on the 26th December 2022 with a couple at 3.00 am that went to 4.30 am . it went from inside the Hotel to outside in the street ending with the male banging on our door for some reason , scaring my wife and i to death . When we confronted the front desk they said they had them removed by the police , we were watching from our Balcony , no Police showed up !!!!
We ended up having to put a chair up against the door to stop the guy busting in . This spoilt our hole stay , we were glad to get up and get out early every day .
We want our money back as we left 5 day early on Wednesday 28th December , No chance of that probably ?. Absolute disgrace . Don't even think of staying here , stay in Rapollo its just down the road and an easy Bus ride into Portofino
Talking with some locals , as they asked us where we were staying , they said its famous for just being expensive .
4.0
location and views. staff was very nice too
a bit older and not so well taken care of in terms of furniture maintenance.

Position
The parking and that we have to let the car key to the reception . Nobody told us that is a fee for parking, even the hotel has their own Parking and there were free parking places all day long. At the end of our stay, they charged us with 40 Eur for parking. When we asked about daily fee for parking, the receptionist told us that this is the invoice and we have to pay!!!!

Friendly staff, great location
