Windows should be sound proof.
You can hear automobiles passing by.

Location, especially mr Suleymans professionalism and helpfullness has made me enjoy my stay. The rooms were large and warm, the beds were big and soft. I cant make a comment about food since i didnt eat. It is trustable, comftable and vry near the center, i reccomend a stay to everyone

My stay was comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a couple of teething problems with my room, no plug socket or lamp near the bed, gap between bed and wall at the head end, but when I told the staff they accepted my feedback gracefully and are putting this right. Overall I had a restful nights sleep. The location is good, opposite the tube station and plenty of restaurants nearby.

The environment is good, opposite a train and bus station. The room by the train track is noisy. The toilet is clean but small for a best Western hotel. I think this is acceptable in London hotels when compared to hotels in the US where you have big bathroom and toilet. With the kitchenette, i expected a bit of cutleries, and a cooker, not just microwave and fridge with a washing area. Overall I will say that the staff are well mannered and accessible and they listen to your complaint and try to resolve it.
The size of the toilet and bath is basically what i dont like. It is made for a small or short person

Very helpful staff and right across the street from the tube station

good location for visiting Ealing. Trains going by would bother some so do bear that in mind when booking

The double room was small but I paid only £59 (for London) and it was directly opposite the tube station. Very friendly staff, very cost effective. Nothing flashy but for that price I was pretty blown away to be honest. I wondered if there was going to be a catch - there wasn’t!

I've now been staying quite often when down in London for work combining with leisure or transiting through longer trips. This is a perfect location with easy access to tube, buses, affordable parking and a lovely neighbourhood filled with independent shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs/micro brew pubs. The hotel itself has always been just right for all the different reasons I've stayed. Been given a quiet room when requested for working. The family rooms are incredibly spacious and those as well as the superior rooms come with fridge, sink and microwave. Beds are really comfortable and the free wifi is strong. Bathrooms are well equipped and showers have decent water pressure. Front Desk staff are always friendly and solution-focussed. Very accommodating and helpful too. I've never had the breakfast but only because there is just so much to choose from locally. Can't wait for their newly constructed bar/restaurant to open. Delighted with our latest stay as we'd been upgraded because we were regulars. This was very welcome after flight delays. We will be returning and recommending.

The room was very spacious and clean, and the facilities were well-equipped, so I could stay very comfortably. The hotel staff were also very kind, and when I asked them to leave my luggage before check-in, they let me check in early. The hotel is opposite the station, so it is convenient to go to Heathrow Airport and central London (maybe you can hear the trains because the hotel is opposite the station, but that can't be helped). I highly recommend it.

Hotel was easily accessed from the station, polite and friendly staff on arrival at checkin, during the stay and check out, lovely clean room and perfect for what we needed, breakfast was included and was adequate (muffins were a bit stale). My only issue was the bed, it was rock hard like sleeping on concrete. It was so bad I even got up in the night to check we actually had a mattress and it wasn’t just divan base, woke up to numb and painful arms and hips and barely slept. Room 14 I would seriously suggest a new topper or even a new mattress.

This really is a hidden gem in plain sight. The superior room is suitable for family with a kitchenette comprising a sink, microwave and fridge. Basement room with skylight windows giving street light vibes at night and blue sky and cloud light in the day. Very spacious room. Lots of plug abd usb sockets. Very confortable mattress even on spare cot bed. Spacious bathroom with a good mutifunctioning showerhead. Staff are very friendly and super helpful. Can't wait for the restaurant and bar to open. Will be an excellent addition. Always looking to inprove. Superb location opposite a tube station and nearby cafes, restaurants, parks and bars.

Stayed at this Best Western for two nights while attending a music festival near by. Property is very worn (old stained carpets) but bathrooms were clean as were beds. Beds weren’t bad comfort wise- it’s a cheap place to rest your head. Nothing more and nothing less. Affordable option when you will only be in the room to sleep. Not a hotel to hangout at.
Tip- I hear some people complaining about train noises which did not bother me. That said the receptionist advised to request a quiet room.

It was fine, we used tesco vouchers so didn't cost alot of money, i wouldn't pay full price though for the room, parking easy at the Christian Centre next door and the tube is across the road

The bed, blankets sheets and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The carpet throughout the whole building was stained, not very appealing. The appearance of the hotel is weird and needs an update. Too expensive for the quality. On The plus’s side it was opposite the train station. The reviews were very deceiving.

Excellent location directly opposite the train station. It must of been office blocks in the past because that’s what it looks like. At first glance I didn’t think it was a hotel. It was very clean staff were very friendly. The only negative were that the walls were must of been paper thin. On either side of my room I could hear people having conversations and they were not particularly shouting, and the same thing in terms of noise when people were walking in the corridors. I also couldn’t sit up in my bed as there was no headboard and due to other factors the head of the bed could not be put up against the wall.

A little gem at such a fair price by London standards and the staff couldn’t do enough to ensure your stay went well. We had a superior king kitchenette on 3rd floor with balcony - perfect! We’ll be back !

I had a basic, single room but it was clean & comfortable and quiet so I had a really good nights sleep. Across the road from the Tube Station so easy access into Central London.

This property has excellent knowledgeable staff that helped us navigate transportation and a laundromat. The room was fine but the bathroom was super tiny and all the floors creak when you walk on them. It was expensive for parking the car.

It was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. Lovely comfortable bed.
Definitely on my list to revisit.

Not the experience I think Best Western hotels are about. Not impressed with the phone call from reception before 8. They rang the wrong room!

Hotel is fine for the airport. Has seen better days. Single room small but clean. Hotel itself is quiet but the environs make it noisy ie the road and the trains.

It is run down and not in good condition. The jug leaked and is dangerous. The carpet is old and dirty

Perfectly located opposite a Zone 3 tube station with a mini supermarket and coffee shop a few feet away. Standard Room on first floor a decent size with a good size bathroom. Very comfortable. Room well equipped with enough storage space for bags, clothes and shoes. Plug & USB sockets next to both sides of the bed which was very comfortable with extra pillows and cushions. Good walk-in shower with good water pressure and heat. Friendly reception staff willing to help in any way. Great location with buses and tubes a few feet away.

on arrival i found cigarette butt ends in the draws , i did tell the lady on reception but she did nothing about it apart from " i will let house keeping know" so not very helpfull or professional, she seemed to be too busy on her mobile to want to help.

The hotel is not perfect, it is comfortable and the staff is very nice. I enjoyed my time there. The location is convenient.

While this is a basic three star hotel the accommodation was extremely clean and comfortable and the staff unbelievably helpful and pleasant.

On arrival, -5 Hrs. earlier than check in. Front counter lady try to accommodate us best possible at a rate of 10 pounds per hour (3 Hrs. before checking in). Considering that we have patronized "Best Western" worldwide. I expected a little better than that...
Thank you for what you were able to help us with. A courtesy watter bottle would be great next time...

Basic clean, easy commute into central London.

Used this hotel for 2 nights around a business trip to London. Very well placed - with excellent access to the Underground at Northfields. A good selection of eating/drinking places within a few minutes walk.
Our room was on the top floor and surprisingly had a balcony. Well fitted out, clean and comfortable. The common areas are looking a little worn - but nothing that impacted our stay. The front desk staff and concierge were really helpful.
Limited car parking available, but we were able to find a slot at the place next door (ECC) for one night and a staff slit at the hotel for the other.

This is my first time to stay here. The staff is nice, and I added £7 for breakfast, it does not have too much choice. Room is clean with a mini bar corner, no freezer to store the drink.

Thankfully we had a quiet side to the property, a road to the front, train tracks to the side and then a car park on the other side. We found an old takeaway complete with contents on the window sill, nice. Not cleaned properly.

The receptionist was nice however the room itself was not clean nor was the building itself. After checking in we ended up booking a different hotel because we couldn’t stay in that room. Staff are nice but the hotel itself isn’t clean
8.0 / 10.0
We stayed here because it's right across the street from the Northfields Tube station which is about a 20 minute Tube ride from Heathrow Airport. It's not a luxury hotel or one with a lot of character, but it was comfortable and Patrick, at the front desk, was wonderfully helpful. We were undisturbed by trains running on the tracks just below our room--some noise, but not a problem for us.

Outside of hotel of hotel doesnt look great but inside is great. Very clean, easy parking
