The apartment was nice,big and super clean, the service A+ they even recommended places to eat and visit that were perfect for our family. The location was rigth on the heart of Venice st. Lucia, we couldn't ask for more. Ee are coming back for sure for our anniversary next year.

Communication with Morena was great from day 1 (before arrival) until after our departure was excellent. She was very helpful during the course of our trip. She gave us all the advice needed like restaurants, transportation, etc in Venice. She will reply within 15min with question with text. Thumbs up !!!

We stayed in the property, Carmen, and overall it is a very nice place BUT the location in Venice was not the same as advertised or even on Google maps. Please be warned that it is actually in Castello and NOT close to San Marco/Rialto Bridge. Not a bad walk from the main area, especially if you don't mind walking, and less crowded of an area. Also, please make sure that they give you the correct property on check in. They tried to give us a property that was not as nice until I looked up what we booked because it did not look as nice as it did in the photos. They did fix their "mistake", but given the falsely advertised location and this mistake, I don't know how genuine the mistake was. Good communication via email. They provide a number that you apparently can contact them via WhatsApp, but we were unable to do so. Wifi is good and you can even carry the wifi box with you in order to have internet throughout Venice.

Amazing location right around the Rialto Bridge. Staff was very welcoming and met up with me at the nearby water taxi station to walk me to the apartment; it was my first time in Venice. Apartment was secure, clean, complete with kitchen amenities. Quiet location despite all the attractions nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay! The team is really nice and helpful! The only "issue" if we can call it that is the bed could be more comfortable. The rest is perfect, great location and very nice!

As other guests pointed out, I would not call the apartment "Deluxe", but it is nice and fine in all respects with just a few cons that are by far compensated by the pros. So, here they are: Pros: - position: close to Piazza San Marco and the Rialto bridge. You will appreciate the latter especially if you use an Alilaguna boat to get back to the airport. There is little chance you get aboard at any other stop down (or up?) the Grand Canal which can make the departure a thrilling (or expensive) experience... - condition: renovated, well furnished, clean, WiFi - staff: very friendly and helpful. You will definitely appreciate the pick up service at the boat stop, especially later when you see confused tourists with their luggage trying to find their accommodation using GSM and maps... they also allow you to leave your luggage in the apartment after you check out if your flight is in the afternoon. Cons: - position: even though the street is a blind alley with almost no tourists, there is a restaurant at the corner, and you need no alarm clock in the morning as for some reason they dispose of empty bottles every morning which 100% wakes you up before you plan - condition: without prejudice to the foregoing :-), there could be more convenient pillows, a coffee table in front of the sofa in the living room and better street noise insulation.

Amazing apartment, with all fasilities you need. Big clean rooms and nice furnitures. The landord was very helpful and hospitable. We deffently recommend this place.

Once I booked the stay in a few hours I received a text msg from Morena regarding checking in. The process was super convenient as Sonya met us at the train station at a specific time and we just followed her to water bus and then the apartment therefore we didn’t have to figure out any details how to get there which is great! Apartment itself was super clean with all amenities that you possibly need including a full kitchen and appliances. We would rate a 5 in all categories but a small limitation is due to lack of Air conditioner in the main bedroom but air conditioner from the living room and a fan made it ok. The only other thing is you have to take your own trash out between 6-8am few blocks away from the apartment. Otherwise the location was ideal with 1 min walk to the Bridge and 10 min to main square. Also there are 2 supermarkets that are very near. Another huge plus is elevator in the building! I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to my family!

Location was a 2 minute walk to San Marco Square and tucked away so it was qiuiet at night. We had the entire apartment which was spacious and nicely decorated. Check in went smoothly and Sonia was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and making recommendations.

My boyfriend and I were initially nervous after reading some of the reviews, and when the host did not give us the address of the apartment (google maps doesn’t work very well in Venice so she insists on meeting and taking you there). But we could not have been more wrong and have since recommended the place to our family and friends.The apartment was very clean, large (especially considering the price), and recently renovated (we stayed in 579, San Polo). The host was born in Venice and spent a good hour marking up the map for us with recommendations and booked restaurant reservations for us every night of our stay on request. She suggested what to do and when, how to book, and replied promptly on Whatsapp whenever we had any questions.The apartment was a 1-2 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, in the heart of everything. It’s a nice quiet side street and there is even a lift (very unusual in Venice). She also let us leave our luggage after checking out and we met her before leaving Venice to pick them up. I would give this place a 10 out of 10. I could not recommend it more. Lovely bathroom, comfortable bed, your own large living room and tv, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, pots/pans/cutlery and a breakfast table. The host is extremely welcoming, has a wealth of knowledge on the area/tourist activities, and is more than happy to help.

All we asked was for a change of date on our booking. We know that the booking is nonrefundable, but it did not say nonrebookable. They just wanted the money and don't care about anything else.

My staying was not so good. I left the apartment less than 2 hours after checking in. I'm writing below my messages to the owner, which explain in details what happened. Hi Morena. I'm sorry to say but the apartment was not what I expected. So, I left it few minutes ago. I didnt use anything (towels, bed linen, kitchen, etc.). I left the key at the table as Sonia explained me to do at the checkout. I"m aware that there is no refund, no problem. It's older than what I thought looking at the photos, the toilet was smelling not so good and the mattress was not so comfort. I'm a bit exigent and wanted to give something different to my family. This happens sometimes. It's difficult through internet have a real view of the things. It was my decision to move. It is ok.

The staff was amazing- they took the time to find us to find the hotels while we were lost.

The Fidelo penthouse was booked but we received a simple apartment with a view to other walls of the neighbors. They explained that the meaning of penthouse is to have toiletries!?

The location of the apartment is awesome. A few steps away from st marks basillica. I enjoyed the location the most as it was so conveniant. The apartment is neat and clean. The stairs to the aparrment were a bit dark and tight....but due to thw location i enjoyed my stay here

It was good except WIFI and stairs since no lift and had to carry luggage

Venice Dream House was a nice little apartment, well-located close to the Rialto vaporetto stop and walking distance to St. Mark's. Check-in is somewhat difficult because they do not want you to know the location too far ahead of arrival, so you have to contact the manager, Morena, with your arrival time at the Rialto stop so she can meet you. The exact time is difficult to pin down, but Morena was very accommodating when we arrived 1 1/2 hours earlier than expected. The apartment itself is comfortable, though the air conditioning in the living room doesn't really reach the bedroom well. Also, the showers are INCREDIBLY small - but that's true all over Italy where they waste bathroom space with the bidet that most Americans don't use. I'd rather have the shower be twice the size. I'm a small woman and kept knocking my elbows against the shower walls. Forget shaving your legs in the shower. Wi-Fi also wasn't great - it always seemed to go out at night when I actually wanted it. May have been set that way. Otherwise, the apartment was clean and comfortable, spacious, and quiet.

The location and the apartment were wonderful. Our only complaint is that the Wifi was only working sporadically and only when we used our own phone charger for the router. Other than that it was great.
