Excellent proximity to the Christmas markets, right outside the door as well as horse drawn carriages. Did not do breakfast. Service very friendly rooms were nice no dresser to store clothes in. Would definitely go back

Very comfortable hotel with the perfect location, right on the corner of Marktplatz (The main Christmas Market). Clean and comfortable with a fantastic breakfast, parking available under the hotel at a great rate for a city centre hotel.

Great location with the. Christmas Market right outside the door. We have stayed here before based on the location but this time it was very uncomfortable with pillows that were nearly nonexistent. The room is very small but again the location makes up for what the room lacks. Loved on site parking.

Loved the proximity of the hotel to the Christmas Markets and cleanliness of the hotel. The pillows are so thin it almost makes sleeping unbearable.

Finding the hotel from the nearest train station was easy enough, even with the Christmas markets in full swing on a very rainy day. Check in was simple, and quick. The elevator buttons were a bit finicky, but fine. Some labels for what floor was the lobby would have been good. We dropped our bags and headed right out to the market. When we returned a few hours later, we noticed that the bathroom was a bit dirty. There was either blood or feces on the wall next to the toilet. Once we noticed that, we started to notice other things not quite clean (desk, shelves, walls, sheets had stains). It was late, and we didn’t feel like messing around with calling anyone. If we were staying more than one night I would have called the front desk and asked them to fix it. The location was amazing for the Christmas market, the staff we interacted with were nice. The unclean condition of the room soured our thoughts on this hotel though.

Great hotel, excellent location, just a few meters from the center. Very friendly staff. Large rooms. Should include the breakfast. Offer free coffee and tea but with limited time. The Parking is expensive.

Great location in the old town, fantastic views and really friendly staff. Prices a little costly but that comes at the price of being in the heart of the town. Would love the chance to come back

All in all, this is a great hotel, spacious bathroom, friendly and helpful staff, and awesome location right at Hauptmarkt. My only complaint is regarding the lack of any actual chairs in my room. I like to read and the three short, backless, three-legged stools provided were a disappointmment.

This lovely hotel is across the street from the marketplace and right down the street from 2 of the many Gothic cathedrals. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, one could get a late-evening drink in the bar, and the staff were all friendly and helpful.

Amazing location right in the town’s main square. Very modern and sleek. The Receptionist was lovely and incredibly efficient. Breakfast was really good. An added bonus was the free tea and coffee machine. Highly recommended.

This hotel is centrally located in the heart of Nuremberg old town. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the square, the cathedral and the 14th century fountain, what a view! The room was modern and very clean. The bathroom had all amenities needed. Great shower. Comfortable bed. One thing to upgrade would be pillows, which were as flat as pancakes, but by now this seems as a norm in German hotels. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit the Nuremberg city centre.

Wonderful hotel! The staff and reception were incredibly kind and caring, always aiding to our needs (answering questions, providing additional towels, calling taxis). It’s in a great location right in one of the main town squares. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. It’s important to note that there are no mini fridges/freezers in the rooms. Air conditioning was okay, but minimal. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety! They provide you with free still water bottles in the morning until the end of breakfast. I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the heart of Nuremberg!

Perfect 3-day stay before a river cruise. Very clean, delicious breakfast, and friendly service. It was hot outside, and the air conditioning worked beautifully. Location couldn’t be better. Taxi from airport was €35 for a van. (Actually,mit may have been €33.) There is a taxi line right outside baggage claim. Easy. The hotel also called two taxi vans to take us to the port. (There were eight of us with a bunch of luggage.) Same price as from the airport.
