I forgot a swimsuit and a brand new coat for my daughter in the room and they never found it back. As I used the swimsuit to swim in the swimming pool in the morning and I had just bought the jacket as a present to my daughter I am 100% sure they were in the room but still they were never found so be very careful.

Fantastic stay at Hotel Molitor. We attended the French Open and the location was spectacular. Staff was superior and hotel amenities really wonderful. Highly recommended this hotel. We will definitely return.

Great swimming pool and super friendly and helpful staff that made us and especially our kids, feel well looked after and welcome. Breakfast was a bit chaotic on some days, but we are all out of practice at holidaying after the last couple of years, so im sure that will get better and better.

This hotel was hands down the nicest hotel and staff I have experienced and I have stayed at many hotels. The hotel was clean, beautiful and great food. I can’t wait to revisit this hotel one day. Also I needed a package shipped to the US and they handled the delivery for me with no problems at all. What a great hotel!

Great stay with very easy access to Paris through metroline 9. The pool in the hotel was great and the rooftop bar was great. Due to covid some things were changed but all important functions worked well. The fitness room was well equipped and the indoor pool was good for swimming.

Incredibly friendly and attentive but never excessively formal staff. The best pool and art collection I've ever seen at any hotel. Loved the spa and the graffiti-covered Rolls Royce convertible in the lobby.

the best pool in Paris, if only it were less crowded. There are about 10 sunbeds total and the rest are just chairs which are all fully occupied as early as 10 am. since the pool is the main attraction of the place, it's a bit frustrating to have to fight to enjoy it.

I would thoroughly recommend the Molitor, we stayed as it was conveniently located near the sports venues and we were attending the arc racing as a present for my husbands 50th, the concierge staff, in particular Helen and Benjamin were extremely helpful and made our trip extra special, the hotel is spotless, bed and pillows extremely comfortable, Clarins toiletries and a nespresso coffee machine are a nice touch too. The staff even left a little (amazingly tasty) cake with a candle, matches, 2 drinks and biscuits as a little birthday treat. The only little thing that lets the Molitor down would be the condition of some of the decor such as scrapes etc on paintwork and legs of furniture/tables which you dont expect in a 5 star establishment - also 18 euros to enjoy 2 small cappuchinos by the pool was a shock.

This hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Don’t be fooled. Its off the peripherique and a good 10 minutes cab ride from civilisation. What annoyed me more than anything though was that we paid £200 for a room only to be told the pool was closed and when I enquired (politely) many weeks ago whether I could move to their same hotel closer to the centre and pay the difference I was simply told ‘no, you booked non refundable’. That may be, but have some customer service skills - particularly when the request is about the same hotel chain!!! Never again. Those sorts of manners are unforgivable.
