The staff is nice. Property not bad but still when you go inside the shower it smells (water drainage). Also they should have warmer heater for the pool is so cold.

Excellent. Well kept property 10 mins walked Pharmacy and 2 OXOS. Must bring googles and swimming suits .

Very basic get what you paid for room & hotel. My room specifically had only ONE working light in the bathroom (none in the room).also the restaurant charges for everything (even ice)

I had to go close to Oaxtepec and wanted an economic hotel. I found this one on Expedia and I would recommend it. Well maintained, nice staff. Is not fancy at all. As a matter of fact Oaxtepec is not perceived in Mexico as a fancy destination but more an economic place to have some fun at water parks, etc. Most guests are simple people. Seems family oriented. Ample parking space and well kept gardens.

My experience was good, I travelled with some friends and we needed a triple room, which is kind of difficult to get, but in this case we got a marvelous offer and we decided happily to choose this hotel.We only had a problem, which was a religious group that started to sing since 9 am in a meeting room next to our room.

The room was big and comfortable, even if there was only a fan and not air conditioning, but the bathroom smelled bad. We stayed two nights, but they put toiletries only for the first day. They offer internet in the room but we could never conect, even in the area close to the office,
