About this villa rental

The owner does not charge any cancellation fees up to 28 days before arrival for the travel year 2023.

The wonderful, imposing new building in modern finca style is surrounded by a pine forest just a few minutes' drive from Felanitx and Portocolom. The spacious rooms are very stylish and modern, and next to the pool there is a very well-equipped and practical summer kitchen. This is a perfect house close to the sea!

First floor:
Here you will find the living room with fireplace, the large dining room and the kitchen. There is direct access to the terrace from all three rooms. There is a bedroom with two single beds (110 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower as well as an additional guest WC with shower. The rooms are very comfortably furnished, nothing is missing. The bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning.

Second floor:
There are three bedrooms here, one of which is a suite with a small living room, sofa bed (140 cm x 180 cm), a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The other two rooms each have two single beds (110 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom en suite with shower. All three rooms have access to the large balcony, from which you can even see the sea on clear days. Villa Pins offers a stylish ambience wherever you look. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Extension:
There is a further bedroom with air conditioning in the annex. It is equipped with two single beds (110 cm x 200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. A large panoramic window offers a fantastic view of the Sant Salvador monastery mountain.

Outdoor area:
A beautiful pine forest provides plenty of shade in the outdoor area. There is a large terrace with dining table right next to the house and the pool area is about 25 m from the house with a beautiful, covered summer kitchen, which is very well equipped with a fridge, barbecue, hot and cold water, gas barbecue and dishwasher. The plot is 28,000 square meters.

Pool:
10 m x 4 m, depth 90 cm - 170 cm, stair access. The pool contains natural salt water and is usually cleaned without any chlorine (except in very hot weather).

Arrival and minimum stay:
Check-in from 4 pm, check-out until 10 am. Luggage can be left from 12 noon on request. The minimum stay is 7 nights. There is a surcharge for bookings under the minimum stay.

Additional costs:
There is no deposit.1st baby set (crib & high chair) is free of charge, baby: 0-24 months. Additional baby sets can be provided on request (8€/set/night).

Cleaning:
