Towels had nasty stains, the staff are extremely rude as if they hate working there, the bed had what appeared to mold in the frame, the blankets smelled weird, they say they have a breakfast in the morning but all we had were cold eggs and the smallest arepa in the world, horrible utensils our coffee was served in the smallest cups imaginable, when we asked for something they would acknowledge us and never come back to bring it and completely forgot. For what this hotel is charging it’s a real scam and you’re much better wasting your money in a different hotel.

This a great hotel! We stayed for 18 days and I highly recommend it. The people are very friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable with nice quality sheets. This was the cleanest room I’ve ever stayed in. There were no stray hairs in corners, dust on top of the tv, etc. Really tidy. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but a nice selection and well cooked and well presented. The b-fast staff goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need. The mall is across the street and has some nice restaurants and shopping, including a huge grocery store. We cooked a few simple meals in our room on nights we didn’t feel like going out. There is another mall and shopping within walking distance. The cons: water pressure could be better. Crossing the busy street out front was an adventure each day but doable with patience. No seating on our terrace. Not a huge deal, we just carried the inside chairs outside. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and will return again!

I have stayed in this area many times.. I like the big rooms. Staff was always kind and accommodating. Only thing that I would say is the water pressure was very low… But, we managed… I would stay here again…

I always like to stay in Usaquen area. This hotel is perfectly located close to everything, yet just 1 street behind all the husle and busle. Love it

Excellent property in a great part of town. Lots of space for two teenagers and two adults, loved the hammock. Walking distance to Usaquen’s great restaurants.

The hotel was just good for the price and the person manning the front desk during the day was a very nice person. Also, it is in a very nice area of Bogota, with a big shopping mall close by. My main complaint was the noise - the windows could not keep out the noise of the cars driving by on the large street.

This place was so nice and calm. Breakfast is free. We loved the balcony in our room. Angel and Daniela from Reception were very helpful all the time and any problem that we had, it was resolved by them in a faster and smooth way. They are a great asset for the hotel. We definitely will come back and I recommend this place.

They treated me with the up most respect, offered any kind of service within their power. The breakfast was amazing every morning. 10/10 in my book. Would definitely stay there again if I ever go back to Colombia

Very easy check-in and checkout process. The staff was very accommodating, friendly and prompt. Good quality and tasty breakfast. I would recommend for 1-3 day stay.

Firstly, not sure why there was a shortage on room keys but I had to be escorted to my room for them to open the door everytime I needed to enter my room because they didn't have enough room keys. I don't love the idea of the hotel staff always knowing about when I'm coming and going, especially as a female single traveler. The breakfast consisted of fruit, ham and cheese, breads, and eggs which seemed very limited, to say the least. I paid for a room with a hammock and was told when I arrived that there was only one room with a hammock and it was occupied so I felt shafted. The photos online makes it look like a lot of rooms have hammocks. It was part of the reason why I stayed here because of the novelty of having a hammock in my room. Anyhow, the hotel is otherwise VERY basic. The staff are short tempered and should become better versed in fixing the problem instead of putting a band-aid on every issue that arises.

This Viaggio hotel is very well located and with easy access to most places in the north of the city. The small studio/apartment format is actually quite interesting and well thought. I personally liked it a lot, but have to say the room I got (fourth floor) was a bit hot and since in Bogota some hotels do not have AC, it was a bit unbearable. I had to open the balcony (nice, spacious and great view!) but the car noise in the morning wasn´t that good...The breakfast was good and as I said, design and location were quite convenient.I guess Id stay there again.

The noise is annoying, not from outside but from the corridors. The doors are not properly installed and there are 0.5 cm holes that let the noise enter the room and you can even see inside. I requested a room change immediately after arriving but the full house excuse was brought up by the receptionist.The shower floor is always with 1cm of water because the flooring was not properly installed. It is not pleasant to keep your feet on a pond at a hotel shower.

Nice clean, apart-hotel in a good area. Limited facilities in the hotel and only way to get shirts ironed for a business traveler is to send to laundry which takes a full day.The room I stayed in had no way a ventilation so was on the sauna feeling when you came in after a day.

It was a great hotel, new, clean, and with very friendly staff. Breakfast was perfect, good variety and fresh food. The room was very clean and comfortable, with enough room to move around and a good size balcony.The only bad thing was the lighting on the Street outside. The lights were out which made it unconfortable to be out at night. The rest was perfect, totally recomended.

Staff Members were exceptionally awesome! Especially Adriana! She made my stay at the hotel easy and pleasant. Hotel is located near two shopping malls and where taxis are abundant. Walls are slight thin and hotel is situated near a busy street. Every inch hotel is renovated and updated, for most part hotel was extemely clean and quiet.
