This apartment block is located in a great spot in Burleigh. a little a way from the busy centre but a 15 min walk if you wanted to go to restaurants. Coles and Aldi is less than 10 min walk away also. The apartments are clean and new and the view is amazing!

The unit was clean and spacious and just across from the beach. Christine, property manager was very helpful.

Unfortunately the plumbing works were not fantastic as far as the showers were considered. The space of the whole of the apartment was fantastic as we were a family of six. Across the road from the beach was great and the pool was always clean which was great for the kids and also safe. Laundry room was too close to rooms so far too noisey if laundry was done at night as you could not close the door because of fear of alarms going off. We spent more time out of the apartment than in it, so over all not too bad but not worth the money we paid for 11 nights

Staff onsite were very helpful and prompt with communication. Property is in a sensational spot on North Burleigh beach, as it is a fairly older property definitely some upgrades needed. Showers/bathrooms/kitchen etc would be 25-30 years old. Fresh lick of paint required.

Sizable apartment and absolute beachfront, easy walking distance to a number of places to eat and grab essentials (apartment is well equipped to cook and relax without the need to constantly head out) Whilst having a decent number of units it's not as overwhelming as other accommodation in the area, genuinely felt quiet and relaxed to stay at

Lovely managers. Two bedroom unit was roomy and spotless. Comfortable bed and all rooms look over the ocean, with no traffic noise from the highway. Would recommend.

Beautiful view of the beach. Very clean and spacious. Excellent communication with building manager. Comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Downside was the carpet in bedroom... continuation of tiling would be much better and ugly amplimesh security screen across the view through living room sliding door to balcony.

Loved the location, quiet, easy access to shops and restaurants. Staff were amazing. Couldn't thank them enough. Unit (38) was super comfy, clean and spacious. Would definitely return when travelling this way again.

Design and view amazing. Furnishing great, comfortable beds. Need to probably do some maintenance work. Kitchen tap needs to be replaced/screwed down, ensuite vanity is damaged, sliding door leading out to balcony needs work or replacement - door comes off rail, main toilet was continuously running after flush.

We had a great trip to Burleigh. Solnamara was located perfectly to the beach/town. The owners/managers were incredibly friendly and helpful and made you feel like no request was too small. The cleanliness was great and the heated pool was a bonus too!

Located at North Burleigh Heads the apartment location was great for shopping / dining etc at both Burleigh Heads and Miami. The apartment was modern, clean, great size and location with wifi, a heated pool, secure parking and views of the beach. There were a good range of shops and restaurants together with heaps of walking paths. There are two Burleigh surf clubs - we visited and dined at both - excellent value and stunning views.

We were on the 9th floor which had a spectacular view of ocean & hinterland. Apartment was spacious and although it's had some renovation work done it was still tired in a number of areas. All in all it served our purpose well, would go back again.
