Great place to relax after working all day do a little gambling. And they even had horse races going on yesterday afternoon.

Dirty.

I had to change rooms three times during my weekend stay. The first room they gave me was a dirty room that someone had just left from. Second room smelled like sewer or gas that was unbearable to even stay in. The third room was good.

great stay. Loved options having something in hotel to do(bar and casino) only downfall was lot of smoking in casino.

No issues

Rooms smell horrible, was lied to over the phone about there being a pool in the hotel. When asked about the pool, was told there was no pool because it takes away from the attraction of the casino.

So, First off The hotel and the people in the hotel were super delightful, helpful, and friendly. The casino and the restaurant are a different stories. Unfortunately is not permitted to drink alcohol on the gaming floor in New Mexico. With that said, they directed me to the bar and the restaurant. After ordering food. The bartender was very delightful but they were out of desserts. Unfortunately that's what I. So after having a meal that was good went upstairs to my room. Then came back down and was going to go on the gaming floor . Unfortunately I was stopped before getting on the floor by the doorman. I guess they are and told just step aside. He was going to have somebody come down and check and see if I was alcoholically impaired. Because I have a limp on the left side of my body. Makes me walk funny. I'm not one to argue or try to debate the minute. The gentleman pulled me aside and told me he was going to have somebody come down and check if I was impaired. I felt very violated and I was not going to let them embarrass me in front of my friend like that. So with that said I told him that I was a guest to the hotel and I will go back up to my room and just stay there. Which makes this whole adventure. Very disappointing cuz it was my friend's first time at a casino which we were never able to get into. After directed to go to the bar and drink. I will not visit this casino ever again. I drove from Houston, Texas to New Mexico to go to this Casino.

Water in shower will not turn off. It was late so we just closed the door so we could not hear it. Told front desk at check out.
