Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now.

Absolutely charming and sincere staff. Not the slick professional “nice” of many hotels but a delightful group of young people who made our stay memorable. Beautiful views

Great hotel with super service. Nice and clean. Breakfast very good. Location ok. A bit far from lifts but it was not a problem due to very helpful shuttle service.

Very nice experience at the Experimental. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was yummy, the room was spacious, and it’s right by the center of Verbier so super convenient to get around.

Extremely friendly staff and great location!

Everything else was super nice, the hotel has it’s charm, very nice bed and sheets and big plus for the sauna. The only disapointment was the breakfast. Basically one cheese, one ham, musli and bread. If you want some eggs, you must pay for them separetly. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Fantastic across the board: food, bar, spa, service, comfort and cleanliness.

Stunning hotel, with lovely staff, lovely decor in the lounge, restaurant and bar, great spa area. The quality of food and beverage was outstanding. The bedrooms were however disappointingly small: classic rooms are clearly not value for money.

The hotel team were fantastic. Breakfast each day spot on. The private car to and from the ski lifts was simply the best. This is an all round great chalet.

Great stay overall - friendly reception and especially housekeeping staff, but there are some things to consider if staying for a longer period:
- There is a nightclub in the same building and some rooms are just above it. And it's not just a sound of music, but loud people outside and constantly slamming doors.. It's a shame that none of receptionists made us aware of that.
- Breakfast was very limited. You won't even get ANY fresh veggies (except cabbage salad) even if you ask.
- Showers are fitted in a wrong position, so every time you take a shower, you're flooding the whole bathroom.
Although we did enjoy our stay, the room was very spacious, clean and bright with a wonderful view to the Apls. Hotel is also in a great location - 5-10 walking distance from the cable cars and the main shops/restaurants.

The rooms are very well decorated, and the bed was super comfortable.
Moreover the staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was very good and served until 11am.
Clean and relaxing spa with an outside jacuzzi.
We can only recommend that place and would love to come back!

Great location just a hair away the main drag, in the best way. Quite a value considering the area. Nice bar, really wonderful front desk staff and spa. Wish I would have known about the jacuzzi availability/hours when I checked in! Only drawback is that instead of looking into the gorgeous valley below, the balcony of the upper floor rooms looks into a children’s trampoline park. For less than half the price of the W, is definitely stay here again. Full review: https://macaronsandmayhem.com/2019/08/19/experimental-chalet-verbier/

Friendly and attentive service from Jean-Philippe and the rest of the team this summer. The cocktail bar was nice for a post-Verbier Festival nightcap. It is a breath of fresh air to see a hotel design concept like this in the Alps.

Loved our stay at Experimental Chalet! All the staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great in the morning, and the drivers to help you get around and to the slopes. Matt the driver in particular was wonderful and gave us brilliant recommendations.

The hotel itself is stunning - the interior is done with attention to details. Ecery

Great hotel! Location is convenient, free breakfast is delicious, shuttle service was awesome for getting around and to/from the slopes with our gear, service was excellent, and staff are super helpful and friendly! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Recently refurbished hotel that has everything you need for an excellent stay in Verbier. The staff is absolutely wonderful and they will help you throughout your stay. Matt and Paul are the drivers and they gave us excellent restaurant recommendations and dropped us off at the lifts and everywhere else that we needed to go. The hotel’s cocktail bar is nice as well and the cocktails were delicious but it does close a bit early. The only minor caveat was that I found the breakfast service was slow because mostly only one person would be handling the whole breakfast service and there were not many good breakfast options.

Lovely hotel with a decent central location. It looks very swish as you walk in, however the rooms are small with little space to move around. The service is definitely not 4 star. Breakfast could be nice but very little food is out and not replenished so needs asking for. Reception are less than helpful whether it’s advice, the need for a driver or taxi or just the simple things like how was your stay and do you need anything. It was end of season, however there was no room service and the bar was shut so it felt like everything was too much trouble. Disappointing as this could be different

Wonderful stay at this relaxed, friendly hotel in Verbier. Above all else the staff were amazing going out of their way to help us find a late night restaurant on the day of our arrival (after delayed flights) and ensuring that a driver was always available to take us to and and from the ski slopes with minimum hassle.

Hotel was great, staff friendly and very accommodating. The only complaint I have is that you could hear the music from the nightclub from 12 - 4am.

Having booked a 3 day stay at the Nevai that sells itself as a 4 star hotel what we experienced was a long way from being a 4 star hotel. After book I tried to move my hotel room by one day to accommodate some business meetings moving the stay from Thursday to Sunday instead of Friday to Monday - I was told this was not possible as minimum booking of 3 days over the weekend. However I thought Sunday is a weekend so I have no idea why the Nevai were so inflexible, especially when the hotel wasnt even full this weekend! Arrived to a hotel that lacks character, despite being a design hotel apparently. They have zero sustainability program. When requesting bottles of water they advised there is no water available we only had 6 bottles!Booked the pick up service to collect us from the main lifts, to be told they would be 5 minutes. 20 mins later rang back to be told, sorry but busy for next 30 mins and get a bus instead!!Gave feedback to the hotel on the bad experience - staff didnt care. I explained I usually stay in their sister hotel and they blankly said well thats a superior hotel so it will be better!!! Not great feedback to hear as a customer!

The staff is friendly and helpful. Location is close to supermarket and restaurants!
