The staff was absolutely wonderful! So helpful with all kinds of things. The hotel is close to buses, the ferry to Valletta and restaurants and shopping..

The location is great, friendly receptionist. The room was very simple, the shower was pretty inconvenient (hair always get wet if you want to take a shower) , there was always some noise around 6-7 am, so I couldn't sleep well.

A basic, clean and well-run establishment. Very good value for money.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, it’s a perfect budget friendly accommodation. The room and bathroom were big and clean, the breakfast was basic but enjoyable. I would recommend to younger travelers as it seems this is some kind of student accommodation and people can be loud during the night. Considering the price and location, I think it was good value for money.

We've stayed 11 nights and felt very comfortable and welcome. The hotel is central located and the ferry terminal, bus stops, stores and restaurant are just around the corner.

The hotel location is its best asset! Peaceful abd not car congested street, yet walking minutes away from ferry crossing to La Valetta, sightseeing buses departure point as well as cruises.
Convenience stores, supermarkets and all kind of shops nearby.
The fact that the hotel shares the property with an international student resident accommodation, affects a little bit the required tranquility, although both receptionist and security guard, do whatever needed.
Breakfast is ok, a little bit of everything.

It’s pretty basic but is cheap. Could at least do with tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Fortunately the location was fantastic and anything you need is on the doorstep.

Ho, it was great , the size of the room, the area, the conditions of the place, it was very good, we would stay there again if we go back to malta for sure.

Internet slower than any place I ever visited. Several things in room not working: remote to TV, some power sockets, no toiletteries, no free internet in room, problems with shower etc.

Ideal location of hotel and very friendly staff but rooms outdated.Clean towels were an issue, your used/dirty towels were were hung back on the towel rail for you to reuse for about 3days!we were told we had to wait for a clean delivery of towels! Breakfast limited selection.Clean bedding would have been nice too!

Stains and rings on four out of four towels. Try to look backlit. You won't put your face on!
Some towels even with holes.
Dust on the shampoo and gel bags.
The did not replace them. Every day I had to call the reception to get some.
Water consistently dropping out of the AC in the room, making the floor completely slippery, including the corridor. Almost breaking a leg falling down.
Stinky and dusty closet: unusable.
Extremely poor breakfast.
Nobody really caring. Zero accountability.
Do not park in front of the hotel. They said it was not a problem and I got a ticket. Obviously they said they could not do anything with that.
Avoid this place. It's worse than a hostel.

Rooms need mosquito nets. Aircon was dripping on the floor.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and bathrooms. There seem to be some trouble with the air conditioning the day that we visited. The room is small and so is the bathroom, but clean and well appointed. Great location. You can walk to lots of shopping and dining. Just a couple blocks from the water.

It shouldn't be named as a hotel because it doesn't provide a hotel's comforts. Although the staff is genlte and friendly, the services are poor. Poor cleanliness, they didn't change sheets nor towels not even once during our 3 nights staying, the toilet one of the mornings suddenly didn't flush and there wasn't even a refrigerator in the room! They told us that they provide a shared refrigerator at the lobby (so if you are thirsty or hungry during the night, you should leave your room on your pijamas and go 6 floors down with everyone else, wishing that your iced tea is still there...). Moreover, in the bathroom there is no hair dryer and when I ask for it, they ask me a deposit of 20 euros in order to give me one! Well, it sheems that is more a hostel rather than a hotel and we just realised that as the majority of the floors are being used as a student's dormitory.
Well I believe that they mislead visitors by calling this place a hotel.
However, the location in the very centre of Sliema and very near to bus station.

Good basic accommodation with all basic necessities. Good location and close to ferry dock and bus stops.

Great rooftop pool and clean rooms. Only complaints would be the A/C was not very powerful, and it took 40 minutes for the receptionist to get us a taxi, so dont leave it too late for a flight!Otherwise, great hotel in great location.

Reasonable facilities. Two single beds put together to make double but no mattress covers and no suitable bed sheets.

Great shower, clean bathroom, sterile bedroom, paper-thin walls - I could hear conversations both sides. Lots of banging doors. Noisy youngsters coming and going. Reception staff didn't know that I'd prepaid, but friendly all the same.

Great hotel, great value for money. drawbacks: many hard surfaces causes echoing throughout the hotel. You can hear noise coming up the stairwell and from other rooms, from within your room.

When we got in, they did not have room for me and my boyfriend because they didn't know we had a reservation. The staff (Martin) was sweet; he gave us a room that belongs to someone else that hadn't shown up. The room smell awful; the bathroom had mold in it honestly made my skin crawl. Please be advise outside food or drink is not welcome in this facility.

I wonder that we don`t have to pay for the current.

We initially booked this hotel for its location and price. We were definitely surprised by the level of service we received and how easy it was to get around.
One small note, breakfast is supplied but it is a light one - not a bad thing at all- but if you are one of those who really want something large and filling, I would suggest getting something else outside.
Overall, great stay!
