This was a wonderful stop on a 4 week road trip through Sicily and southern Italy. It started at the parking area, which is a 300 meter walk from the hotel. As soon as we unloaded our luggage a van appeared ready to take us to the hotel. We had a superior room in the other building. It was a bit small but everything else was excellent. The breakfast area has some beautiful views. The staff was very helpful for the most part. Only ran into an older woman at check out who wasn't helpful, everyone else was great. i recommend this hotel and hope to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Rooms were clean and spacious. Included breakfast was wonderful and very convenient location right in the main town. And free parking was a bonus. Would come back again.

Great location and the use of the terrace with spa was amazing. Staff were ok but they seem to find tourists bothersome. Great views over the sea.

Nice place. Parking couple blocks away but after luggage drop a tuk tuk to take you to car. Lovely location 2 min walk to old town with cut shops and cafes. Very reminiscent of Greece. Food everywhere was delicious and well presented. Hotel dining excellent. Breakfast room is beautifully

This property was great in a great location. Parking was a bit of a walk but nothing outrageous. The breakfast offered was great and it is close to the old town. A bit pricy for what it offers but I would stay again.

Everything excellence. Highly recommended!!!

Hotel location is fantastic - views are superb, but it is a busy tourist town so advance info on how to get to hotel (to avoid roads closed by police due to tourist foot traffic) would have been much appreciated. Also - they have no irons or ironing boards available for the rooms. Crazy!
The poor front office guy (who was very nice) had to borrow one from a staff member so we could go out to dinner looking well dressed not wrinkled up. Seems like one of the most obvious things.... and easy to fix.

The property was lovely and right next to the sea. We stayed in the annex which was easy to access and comfortable/clean. The breakfast was night and the views are incredible.

Just a great place to spend a few nights in Polignano a Mare.

If you want to stay in Polignano, this is the place. Set on the end near the beautiful beach, it’s less crowded than the center of town. Dining is right on the ocean, which makes for a beautiful view. Staff is super accommodating and nice. Parking is definitely a plus in this crowed city.

Excellent location, view of the ocean from the room.

The hotel is absolutely under-rated, it was excellent. The room we had on the 3rd floor with balcony overlooked the ocean (classic room balcony). Room was clean and comfortable. We booked parking which was FREE at a secure lot about 350m away. However the hotel has good access by car so you can stop right in front to drop off or load luggage. From the hotel we could walk to the beach (take stairs on the far side of the bridge not the rocky ramp closest to the Hotel for easier walking) . The old town was a short stroll away from there, Panorama from the bridge and the balcony of the hotel restaurant are postcard level wonderful.
Breakfast in the Hotel was great in grotto style function area with magnificent views. No extra charge for fried or scrambled eggs and coffee, plus the beautiful waitress "Mela" was so sweet and accommodating. Thanks to her and all the hotel staff for a wonderful stay. We would DEFINATELY recommend the hotel and will surely stay there again if the chance comes. Perfect location, facilities and warmth.

This is a top notch hotel with great, personal service. Everyone was attentive, made phone calls for us to find a tailor, arrange restaurant reservations, etc. The hotel is right on the water, if you like hearing the gentle waves breaking against the grotta, if you like to take a coffee on your terrace, and if you don;t mind the less than five minute walk to the center of town, then you will love this place.

Great location. Restaurant and breakfast room have magnificent views of Polignano a Mare and the Adriatic Sea. Rooms are traditional Old European Style but very comfortable and quiet. Staff very pleasant and accommodating throughout. Breakfast very good. Excellent value and would come again if in the area.

Great location, wonderful service, lovely breakfast, free offsite parking (about a 5 minute walk)!
Standard rooms are a bit small, but we spent most of our time exploring the area.

What an amazing hotel right on the lookout of Lama Monchile. The classic rooms with balcony were a great size although the shower was triangular so on the smaller side but perfectly fine for us.
The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The day we arrived we were disappointed we didn't have a view and asked if we could lay for an upgrade. As we were staying 5 nights they didn't have the avail6fir the whole 5 nights but they did for that first night and they offered us 2 different rooms for the night complimentary and we choose the corner panoramic suite and the views were amazing.
Our classic balcony room was on the street side with slight water views and were really quiet, so don't let that put you off.
The rooms and hotel were spotless, well decorated and very modern and new. I'd stay here again.
Breakfast was always fresh with a great assortment and the staff always accommodating to needs. Thank you for a memorable 5 nights

Position was excellent and we were very happy to bebthere after 2 years postponement.
Car parking was great. Breakfasts were of very good quality.
Booking in ..lacking hotel information. We didnt get QR code in room until day 4...or we didnt notice it or understand that hotel information was all via this code.
We were in annexe without a balcony and would have loved access to a shared outside terrace/area and comfortable seating to relax.

Rooms are very small bathrooms are extremely small and antiquated, beds are very uncomfortable place seems very old and rundown. Had to park my car a half a kilometer away and walk back in the rain not what I expected.

Disappointed we didn’t get an upgrade although upgraded rooms were available.
The sheets and blankets in the room we got “panoramic” were really bad- worse than a motel 6.
Breakfast could be improved too.
Good location and nice views if you get a view room. But small and needs upgrading.

The views are simply amazing from this hotel. Breakfast was great, it was very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The bar and restaurant were closed but looked lovely. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
