We booked there because the rate was reasonable anr the Expedia rating was 8.2. We were duped. There is NO WAY the hotel deserves an 8.2. It was noisy from airplane traffic and and busy roadway traffic. No elevator, very narrow stairway and no air conditioning. We will NEVER stay there again an it is NOT recommended.

My flight arrived late. And they waited for me . He was so nice and understanding.

Friendly owner greeted me and assigned my room, offered advice to schedule airport taxi next day. Departure to Heathrow was under 15 minutes at 6 AM on a unbusy National Holiday. Arrival from Heathrow terminal is a short bus ride and very short walk. Very basic room was comfortable, clean, odor free. No AC, but window can safely provide ventilation. Two restaurants in same block. Great value choice.

Excellent venue, very friendly owner, very helpful and we would recommend Airport Guest House anytime.

Lovely place, great host/owner, great rates; a shame about the lack of wifi.

Came to London as a family with a 20 year old to watch Red Hot Chili Peppers. Everywhere fully booked in London so looked further, booked here as it, was limited options. Not meant to check in until 2pm but we arrived early and although we couldn't put stuff in the room we were given a key and a fob for the gate to allow entry which was all we wanted really. We got back early hours of the morning, used fob for gate and this was really easy and convenient. It was a very basic room with 3 single beds but it had a kettle and tea/coffee. We stopped at the garage opposite (M&S) picked up some snacks and extra tea bags and cookies and milk. Had a really good night sleep and also a shower is in the bathroom. This was all we really needed to be honest.

Friendly hosts - very accommodating - told us where to go in the evening for food etc. Accommodation is basic but it is one of the only properties where you have value for money - free parking and en-suite. Host also provide free tea and coffee facility in room. Close to airport.

Me and mu Kids have stayed for 2 nights and we have really loved it!
The Owner Sasha was very nice to as and very helpful.
We have really felt like being at home, because of the extra mile Sasha went to in order to keep us happy and all the efforts he put in to make sure that we had a nice time at his Guest House.
He is the best hotel owner I have ever stayed with!
I will definitely go there with my Kids again and I do recommend you to visit the Airport Guest House, if you need to stay in the area or somewhere around Heathrow Airport.
Thank you Sasha, for the "Personal Touch and the special treatment you have given us.
See you again soon!

Booked a stay as it stated a 24 hour check-in. I arrived at 23:00 and was told 'you're lucky we still have a room for you'. I stated that I had booked/paid online but was again told that I was lucky to get a room at this time of night?! The room wasn't actually in the guest house, but in the 'annexe', 200m away. I was told that the parking was behind the annexe, and the access was so narrow that I'd have to 'tuck in my wing mirrors' to get down there. Arriving at the annexe I attempted to drive down this narrow gap, but could not fit. I then had to blindly reverse back into the road - luckily no traffic collided with me as I did so. I drove back to the guest house, where I was told 'we get much longer vehicles than yours down there' - I explained that it was a width issue, and was met with a blank stare. It was then suggested that I could actually just park in front of the guest house, and walk the 200m back to the annexe...
After walking back with my luggage, i opened the front door and noticed that the hallway floor was just sections of carpet laid down, with bare concrete showing through in places. I opened the door to my room I was met with a musky, pungent aroma, making me think the cleaning was not particularly elaborate. This was confirmed by the stained sheets, layer of dust on the surfaces, and collection of cobwebs and dead spiders. The shower was stuck on boiling hot and the wall light didn't work. A screaming baby kept me awake due to the awful sound insulation.

Dingy dated dodgy looking place. Stained and ripped bedding.
Noisy industrial environment. Nightclub next door. Neighbours with constantly barking dog. No breakfast available and minimal breakfast amenities nearby but take away only.
Not for family or children. More of a young single person type place. Owner was friendly but didn't help much with matters.
One bed was poky and very uncomfortable with a very thin mattress as in the picture. Family room was quite small.
Very over priced.

This may not be the fanciest of accommodations, however the owners were so friendly and gracious, the room was just what we needed especially for my disabled elderly mother and for the price.... you can't go wrong. Thank you

It took ages for anyone to acknowledge that we were waiting outside to be let in to sign in. Then when we got to the the hotel room we were impressed with the comfy beds and the use of a smart TV and free WiFi. However we were disappointed to find that there was a dry and crusty poo on the toilet seat and someone had left a bag full of pooey nappies in the corridor which didnt smell to pleasent.

Not a worry! A good place to stay. The neighborhood doesn't look great at first blush, but really nice place - family run, good service.

My stay was pleasant and quiet. The owner was very helpful and went out of his way to make my stay very comfortable. The only thing is I wish my room had a chair.
