Good location, mattress is comfortable.
But having trouble calling the hotel for late check in. Nobody picks up the phone and nobody answer the questions on the apps

Hotel and rooms smell good, location is excellent, right by Ocean Drive, but calm and silent. The only thing I didn’t like it’s that in the site it says there’s parking available, and when we get there we found out that’s actually the next hotel’s and we have to pay extra $40 a day for it. Or use the public parking, that costs $20 per day. They should give this information previously. Also the breakfast is in another hotel, but it doesn’t have any extra charge for it.

Most of the staff here were amazing. They greated you each time you came on pleasantly. Room service staff were friendly and accommodating. Its walking distance to everything. At first i hated to have to walk somewhere else for breakfast (a short distance up) but it was actually nice by the second day. Hotel doesnt have its own dining area. One improvement could be microwave in the room for sure. Overall, it was a good and pleasant stay.

Small but Charming boutique art deco hotel one street from the beach and close to many outstanding restaurants. Great location.

Great walking location to the beach! However, the staff doesn’t clarify the beach chairs/umbrella that are available for guests to use. Chairs are free but there is a $20 umbrella fee to rent. This should be disclosed when checking in

The decor of the hotel was absolutely adorable. The rooms had everything that you needed. After having stated what could be better, they addressed most of those concerns immediately. They did replace the lightbulb in the bathroom however, the bathroom overall is very dark. I want to use a towel on the second day not sure if they just refolded used towels, but one of our washcloths was very crusty? Who knows what was on it. it was nice that there was breakfast included however you had to walk down to the same restaurant each day which was only about two blocks not a big deal but the breakfast selection was limited. Bed was comfortable pillows were hard terrible smell in the hallway as we were walking to the room every day. They tried to cover it with a rag soaked in Fabuloso. The staff was very nice accommodating helpful. It was great having water and coffee in the lobby when needed.

There is no AC in the room. The room stays in 81 degrees in month of August in Miami. We notified the front desk and they sent the technician. The technician came, took out the batteries of the thermostat, put them back and close the lid. That’s all he did, not even replacing new batteries, he said, just wait for 5 minutes and it will cool down. It did not obviously, the room stays over 80 degrees for our entire 4-day trip. It’s miserable. They said the hotel is central AC, it’s old and it’s hard to cool down each individual rooms.
The towels are three sets for our three people in the room. Since we take multiple showers due to beach and staying in the room without AC, we requested two more bath towels. I am surprised to hear the front desk said there is only one towel per person per day limit.
Half of the outlets in the room are not working, we have to take turns to charge our devices. Electrician was sent trying to repair but they still don’t work.
The hotel has no pool, no courtyard, basically no amenities but still charges resort fee. The only reason we stayed there is because it’s close to the beach, we booked late and most of other hotels sold out rooms with two beds.
Stay away from this hotel, we will never come back to this hotel ever again!

Our air condition didn’t work. Was given an attitude about it when I called the front desk until I went down to get the women. She wouldn’t switch our rooms either. Let’s just say the hallway was colder than our room. She provided us with a fan and told me there was nothing she could do until the maintenance man came in the morning. However, no one came and we were sweating our whole stay. The amenity fees are ridiculous which we didn’t even use. You would think they would comp us since we had no AC. There was a huge bug in our shower and make-up on the blanket. Breakfast was two blocks away which I knew about before hand but the portion size was small for only allowing you to choice one of the very few items they had as an option to order from unless you wanted to pay extra. Parking was a few stores away. Getting your car was fast- no issue there. Tulum Mexican Restaurant had the best Birria Tacos ever.

Overall:4/5 stay
There’s an underground valet parking garage literally right next door, $40 a night, in and out privileges, cash only.
Check in was easy and the lobby is beautiful! There was a $40ish per person resort fee that pays for towels, chairs at the beach, breakfast at a hotel 2 blocks up the road & a few other things that we didn’t use.
The room itself is bright, minimal counter space in both the room and bathroom. There’s a dresser and two nightstands, a small closet that’s half shelving, half mini fridge & safe. The bed was comfortable and pillows were squishy, but the metal headboard and footboard was not our favorite choice.
The bathroom was quite spacious, but the glass for the walk-in shower is not wide enough to actually keep you warm/covered. The shelving for the shower is on the other side, meaning you have to walk out of the water to access the shelves. It is a rainfall shower head, just wanted a bit more coverage from the glass! It’s got a pedestal sink with a ledge over it, and a rolling cart for towels and toilet paper.
The television worked… if you connected your own streaming accounts. The wifi was fine on your phone, but the TV/laptop was significantly lagging.
Breakfast was at a hotel about two blocks away, easy & flat walk, can be sat indoors or outdoors. Portion sizes were average, with coffee, tea, water as the beverage choices. Tons of food choices around!
Would love to stay again, just wish I knew everything beforehand!

The hotel is a small cute hotel near the beach. Walls are extremely thin so you can hear neighbors conversations and the hotel room doors slam shut all day and all night. You can hear everyone talking and walking in the halls. The floors in our room weren’t swept or mopped. But overall the staff is friendly, easily accessible to all sort so restaurants, beach, walking/running paths. The complimentary beach loungers were nice.

Great attention, easy check in and check out, security deposit of 200 - still waiting for that refund. At check-in we were told that everything in the mini fridge was free to consume when we got into the room… There was a Gingerale and a cookie. I thought that was cheap but breakfast is included every day of your stay, which was convenient and the food was really good.

My room 104 is close to the cleaning stuff stock I believe. Cleaners talk loud at 7AM in there. They must be informed there are guests sleeping

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Staff offered to store one's luggage as check out is at 11:00AM. Breakfast is served at a sister hotel a few blocks away on Ocean Drive. There is water, tea and coffee available throughout the day.
My concerns about my stay related to the temperature of the room which was too cold and one could not adjust thermostat, which was on the wall, but it did nothing to affect the overall temperature of the room. Added to that, the maximum temperature for the hot water was much too low, although there was very hot water in the sink but did not transfer to the shower. The television in the room was difficult to operate with the remote and we could not figure out how to change the channel on the cable. The YouTube option was a functional substitute.

Staff were friendly, it was a great location close to Ocean Drive and the beach. Only issue we had was the TV did not work for more then one minute after being turned on. They called a service man, but he saw that it turned on and walked out. I tried to explain that it worked for one minute then the picture would blank. I believe there was another review that complained about the TV not working. Maybe the same room and they didn't replace the TV?? It was also kind of loud at night as there is a alley that goes next to the hotel. We could hear people outside until midnight. Bring ear plugs or a sound machine if you are a light sleeper.

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels in South Beach and this was one of the nicer hotels for us. We always stay in Art Deco hotels. The only major issue we had was that we had no air-conditioning for the first two nights. We got a fan for the second night, and they finally moved us to a room after two nights without air-conditioning, thank God this wasn’t in the summer

Location. Breakfast. Very clean place & friendly employees. Only thing I wish they had was a more useful sitting or utility chair in the room.

Great property to stay at, the only downfall was I was "VIP silver" and didn't get the perks with it. They stated they didn't have any VIP wine left and I was like okay theres a liquor store 1 block away. Was one of the reasons I choose that establishment but other then that it was great. The breakfast was a block walk but WAY better then most "continental" with mushy eggs and questionable sausage or bacon. I went with the Cavalier all my breakfast and it was fantastic. Plus the beach is like 100 yards out back so you can't go wrong with that plus they provide towels/chairs through Estabans Place. I would choose this hotel again as it wasn't super pricey compared to most South Beach establishments.

Great stay. Rooms are very nice and newly remodeled. Only issue was there was not much hot water in the evening, but fine in the morning. Also, the room AC did not blow cold enough for my liking. Not unbearable, I just like it a tad colder, but would definitely still stay here again.

The hotel is 1 min walk from the beach. Very good location for shopping and dining. Staff is very good. Want to give a shout out to Michael on the front desk for his friendly behaviour and help. The hotel also provides complimentary breakfast that is served at another restaurant on ocean drive.

Beautiful, cute and very convenient to the beach. Will definitely go to this hotel again
