The staff are friendly and ready to assist. The house is equipped with digital security system, has floor heating, and most importantly, it's clean with well-maintained appliances. I would highly recommend this place to friends and relatives visiting Nagano.

Great property. Close to ski resorts and easy to get around

We had the Misorano chalet. A bit remote from the ski-slopes, but walking distance from restaurants and bars. The staff organize free rides on request with their mini van
Very much recommended accommodation

The service is good, and the room is clean and comfortable

Great chalet with excellent service. Lifts to and from the snow each day, and Morino staff provided good tips on everything from restaurants to our return travel to Tokyo. Recommended for a family group seeking some privacy and comfort.
4.3
The good points-the chalet was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the drivers were all courteous and helpful.
The bad
1. this chalet is in the middle of nowhere (this is why they do not provide the location on their website).
2. this chalet is cold-there is no heating in the bathroom and the floor was freezing all the time.
3. this chalet is tiny-there is no hanging space in the bedrooms and nowhere to dry ski gear after a day on the slopes.
4. the reception staff are nice, but ill-informed. there is no benefit in buying multiple day lift passes ahead of time, it is easy and no more expensive to buy lift tickets each morning
5. they charge a 3.5% fee for using a card
6. if we asked for a cheap and cheerful restaurant reservation it needs to be close by so there is not an expensive taxi ride home
7. the constant refrain of we are really busy is no excuse-if you charge top rates over busy periods make sure you have the staff to manage this.
8. Our room was not ready by the check in time of 3pm on our day of arrival but we were not permitted to stay 45 minutes past the 10 am time for checkout on the day of departure

It was a nice and cosy little chalet, which we liked very much.

Good setting for the furniture and all equipments are arranged before check-in. By the way, Toothbrush should be prepared in house

Would go back there in a heartbeat! The chalet was simply divine. Rustic and cozy and just a really lovely feel to it. The kids did not want to leave. The staff namely Aaron was so accommodating. He was waiting to drop us off to the chalet at 1.30 in the morning Incase our Chuo driver couldn’t find the place then even offered to drop into the convenience store so we had supplies in the morning and got in touch in the morning to help sort out brekkie and ski gear hire. Very impressed with the whole experience. They obviously have a working relationship with the ski hire and ski company and From not knowing how we were going to get around, we were transported everywhere with no fee so was definitely pleasantly suprised. Worth the experience and would love to come back
