The room that my family stayed in was not clean the bathroom did not have a shower curtain the floor was sticky the fridge did not work. The floor had hair and garbage was not sweeped or mopped. We had to change rooms.

Overall it was a decent room with friendly staff. We could tell the appliances and finishes in the room has damages, but nothing that made the stay impossible. For a short stay or a room you'll only use for sleeping, it worked great for us!

I booked to arrive late at night. Received an email that front desk would soon close. This was a problem because I had a car load of belongings to unload because the area is known for auto break ins and thefts. When I called she said they had no doubles, which I had reserved several hours previously but that she didn't have any way to contact me (she could have through Expedia chat). After a conversation, she said she had another reservation which hadn't shown and would give me that. When we arrived, she couldn't find luggage carts. Offered me the bins housekeeping use for dirty laundry. I said I couldn't use those and please cancel my reservation rather than offer me the other person's reservation. She did, but then wouldn't give me anything documenting that they didn't have my room and that they didn't have racks provided for luggage. Of course, then the hotel denied my refund. Expedia tried hard to help resolve this for me. I will also add that this hotel seems also to provide possibly low cost or transitional housing, which may be an important service, but also meant that late at night there were people hanging around the hotel that made me feel possibly unsafe. Not the best area to stay in if you can drive a little further north to Arlington, the crime rates are lower.

Good place for a quick stay. Very loud at night. Music blaring from another floor. Called the desk and it seemed to work. Lots of parking lot activity and smell of weed. It’s whatever. Need some cleaning and upgrades. I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very dirty floors in the room. Not cleaned at all before we came in. Door to the bathroom had holes in it. Dirty sink. Dogs everywhere. I agree with dog friendly hotels but it needs to become human friendly too.

They have you sign something that no weed/pot is allowed and no animals (there seem to be actual tenants staying here monthly too). The moment you step out of the elevator to go to your room...you smell weed and see people taking their pets out for potty time. Don't get me wrong, I love animals, but this place is messy in more ways than one. They need to clean of the reception area because it's a bad look for the place, i.e., food, stuff, etc. Looks very messy. The hallways need vacuuming, cleaning.

DO NOT stay here!! By far the worst stay we have had in WA state! It was too late in the evening for us to change hotels. When we walked through the hallways it reeked of pot. Although it’s advertised as a 100% smoke free facility. It’s a long stay so no breakfast is served. That I understand but the don’t even have pop or an ice machines. Must have been government subsidized housing based on the people either living or staying there. People hanging out in their vehicles drinking in the parking lot. Broken beer bottles & garbage everywhere. The room we were in didn’t have a door on the bathroom. The bathtub had cigarette burn marks all over it. The toilet tank was cracked & held together by white duck tape. The 2 chairs in the room looked like they were from Value Village. The fabric was pealing & destroyed. The was all sorts of “dirt” in the hallways. The person checking us in told me it was the last room they had & apologized for the state of the room. Said she couldn’t give us a refund or discount because we had booked through a 3rd party.

Our ride dropped us at the hotel directly from the airport around 11PM. The parking lot had several people milling about. We checked in and were billed for the entire week-long stay. The room was not at all as advertised - shabby, with missing furniture, scarred walls, stained floors, no dishwasher, etc. We checked out as soon as we arranged a ride a few hours later. Promised a refund, we finally received a credit for $130 less than expected. There was no explanation for the difference. In over 1,000 nights in hotels, this was by far our worst experience. Caveat emptor!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an extended stay hotel, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. The peaceful and well-maintained environment allowed me to relax and enjoy my stay fully. My girlfriend would visit on the weekends, and she enjoyed it just as much when she came down to visit. I feel truly blessed to have had such a positive and memorable experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort and excellent service.

We came to this property on a reservation and they denied us, saying “we don’t rent to you people”. me and the few other people i was with are all people of color. they were terribly rude and borderline racist to us and wouldn’t even let us use the restroom after a 5 hour drive.

This property is BAD. I usually take reviews with a grain of salt but these were pretty well deserved. I will start with saying the front desk gentleman was very pleasant and did the best he good. It appears they are very understaffed. I should have seen it as a red flag when he said that there are no refunds on rooms if you stay for a couple hours then change your mind. When we got in the room it was very sparse and not that clean. The one chair in the room had blue painters tape covering holes. We went back to front desk and got a different room. It turns out the first one “was not finished” being cleaned. Second room was not that much better but was OK. We were not going to be spending much time in the room as we had a concert that night. The bed was very uncomfortable, it was a single mattress on a weird prison like metal frame, no bed skirt. No hangers, iron or ironing board and the curtains were NOT blackout as advertised. The property is very loud as it is right next to I-5 so you hear loud semi trucks all night long. The kicker for the room was in the middle of the night we tried to flush the toilet, after only flushing it 2-3 times since checking in, and the toilet would not flush! My husband opened up the tank to take a look and it was completely empty. No water. So the toilet is clearly broken and they just filled the tank with a bucket of water to hide it apparently, hoping the toilet would not be flushed too many times. Drug use on the property and just dirty!

Stayed for a week. It was fine. Kitchen was not properly stocked with dishwasher and no cleaning product to run the dishwasher. Parking lot was very crowded. Lots of barking dogs. Convenient location but not sure if I would stay again.

Not a lot is inside the room, the floor is not clean with red stain, no coat hangers and paper towel although it does have 2 rolls of toliet paper. Customers service is average (the front desk was pretty helpful and told use the situation of their hotel) they do provide basic support, for example when toilet is clogged they ask us to unclog it rather than lending use a room to use toilet. Do beware if booked online via expedia there may not have rooms available. Front desk told us sometimes their room is full but expedia still shows available.
