The guesthouse is a beautiful old building with new modern facilities. Beds comfortable, shower excellent spacious room with 2 chairs. Very clean. Good ample breakfast. What stands out is the accommodating, friendly staff. The parking is limited and tight at the hotel but there are other places to park close by

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in room 1 here. It was a very clean and spacious room with a very good ensuite shower room. Lots of thought had obviously gone into what guests require in their rooms: plent of storage, hanging space, little extras and a good sized mini fridge as well as a good tv with different channels and excellent wifi coverage. The breakfast each morning was excellent: freshly cooked and plentiful. We would certainly recommend this guest house most highly. Our thanks to Fred for his welcome and for looking after us so well.

My lower scores dont detract from the enjoyment of our stay.The Guest house suited our needs in regards to location and handiness to main transport links.Although the Dean Park is obviously still a work in progres and some areas a bit dated,the place is clean and tidy and has enough for me to recommend for a short stay.Where Dean Park scores highly is in its welcome and the attention of its host and owner Fred,one of the nicest Hosts we have ever met,and im sure if needed any forthcoming help would be on hand if required.Breakfast is Superb,cooked and served by Fred himself.Great quality ingredients and perfect poached eggs.Keep up the good work Fred and im sure you will reap the rewards.Thankyou.

This well maintained old home with its lovely garden is a quiet oasis within walking distance of the heretage center, Dean castle and park and many ding and shopping options. Great home base for us.

We had a wonderful 5 night stay at Dean Park Guest House. It was very comfortable and clean. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was huge and delicious. I recommend this charming Guest House. Barbara Anderson

Guest House has been recently refurbed. Was spotlessly clean, good room facilities with great shower. Owner was very friendly and accommodating and the breakfast was just what I needed after a night out Very centrally situated in Kilmarnock but quiet enough to be away from the main drag. I would recommend it.

The property was extremely clean. Host was very friendly. Lovely bright room with modern en suite. Room hD fridge and microwave as well as tea making, Tv,Wi-fi etc. Really comfortable bed. Lovely home cooked full breakfast. Parking right at the door. Beautiful property. I couldn't fault it at all. Would definitely go back😁😁

Very good size room with all the comfort Very friendly and helpful staff Very good breakfast Price / quality is perfect Small negative points: We had a room on ground level. You here the small alarm every time when the front door and back door opens. Point for improvement: it is possible you have to share your breakfast table with other people. Luckily we didn’t have that problem , but it can be an issue for others.

Only stayed one night and wasnt at the guest long only really slept there. However in my little time there i never had any issues, check in went well, comfortable bed never made it down to breakfast but have heard its really nice.

Great location. Lovely curb appeal. Wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast.My only complaint is the bathroom. It was dated and very small, so being in there was a bit of a challenge.

A welcoming Victoria-style place to stay with a nice garden. The space is a bit cramped by North American standards but you can not beat how you are treated throughout your stay. It is close to the train station so it was convient for our arrival from Glasgow and for taking day trips by rail

Stayed for one night but would happily book this for a longer term stay, Lovely guest house very close to the town centre and within a 2 or 3 minutes of the train station. Friendly owners and very clean and comfortable. Next time im in Kilmarnock ill almost certainly book here again.

Met all expectations. Room as described. Hard to find parking area on arrival but figured it out. Fred was prepared and very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was more than we could eat. Geeat insight from fred prior to our drive to inverness.

We would definitely recommend this friendly well run B&B. The staff were helpful and informative and breakfast was prepared by a professional chef. The hotel is close to the station and has on-site parking. Overall good choice.
