Room was noisy

Couldn’t find a single thing wrong with this room, this hotel, or the staff we encountered. Would choose this again for sure!

It was great except they did not have any phone service. Had to go to the front desk when I needed room service.

This hotel is conveniently located right downtown. It is clean and the rooms are modestly decorated. The only issue is it is noisy. We have stayed here 4 times in the past 4 months and every time it has been loud. Whether it is people talking loudly in the hall overnight or the staff getting things started around 6 am or people running in their rooms, a truly goodnight’s sleep is hard to come by.
4.5
One of the rooms we reserved did not have a shower curtain and dirty wash cloth was left in shower which cleaning staff obviously missed. The bedding protector beneath the sheets did not fit snugly and kept sliding off which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.

We love the location of this hotel. Walking distance to downtown, parks & near our son's college house. The hotel is clean, but this trip the other patrons were very noisy at night. It's also strange that you never really see staff. You have to ring a bell to get help at the front desk.
We love the coffee bar in the hall & the free breakfast has lots of options. A place to get ice water would be a wonderful addition. We had to search for ice - finally found it one the 4th floor.

Very nice!

Upon check in I requested housekeeping services, each day of my three day stay. Day one when I returned no housekeeping for my room, so I had to ask for additional towels. Second day, again no housekeeping, even as I saw rooms being cleaned on my floor. It appears the hotel doesn’t have sufficient staff. The only staff person I talked to or saw, expressed frustration with me even asking for room service and was very unfriendly. I’ve stayed at this hotel at least 4-5 times for 2-3 nights. For the rate paid I expect housekeeping and a welcoming front desk staff. That was not what I experienced.

Great place, the hotel & people, I plan on staying here each time I visit my daughter at Stevens point, Loved the bar, (& bartender) restaurant & breakfast.

Such a mixed bag. Some rooms feel fairly modern and clean others are like something out of the 90s with plastic couches. So weird! Our latest stay we had stained sheets and gum on the ceiling. Disappointing to say the least.

Homeless people near parking.

Great location. Great breakfast, modern and clean

Is a very clean hotel and the staff was very friendly. The only thing I would suggest is don’t take room 117 because you hear the door constantly as people go in and out of the hotel.

I'm still waiting for a receipt to be emailed to me.

While the Cobblestone property was clean and amenable, the price, especially for this small town area, seems extremely high. I only had one option for my son and I, and had to pay for two adults through Orbitz because when I swapped it to one adult and one child, all of the results available disappeared. We wound up in a King bed suite with a full kitchen full of mismatched silverware, random pots and pans, and plates that didn't allow the cupboards to close. While I appreciate the items, it was way overkill for what we needed. I would have preferred as standard room with a mini-fridge if it would have cut the costs. The shower only had a curtain, and no liner, so the floor was constantly wet. There was a sign stating no room service would happen without asking, however on our 4th day someone did come in and swap towels and take trash, which I didn't know was going to happen. The area around the hotel does not have enough parking that isn't overnight charged by the city, so I wound up parking along the curb in front of the entrance each night. The lobby is very small, and while nice, we opted to use the side door as much as we could because there were several loud families sitting there each night. The continental breakfast was ok. The chocolate waffle mix tasted like it was no sugar, and the boiled packet eggs were frozen and inedible. For $200 a night I will look at other options in Stevens Point next time, even if it means looking on the west side or in Plover.

Our room was clean, but nothing special.
The hostess at the restuant in the hotel was not exactly professional. When we walked in, she asked, what do you need? I said dinner, she asked if we had a reservation, i said no, (didn't know we needed one) but we were seated. Our server was great! Knowledgeable and polite.

Hotel was very clean and quiet. The "downtown" area is walking distance from the hotel but unfortunately there wasn't much there and what was there wasn't open. We were there in June, maybe shops are mostly open during the school year, not sure. Very happy with the hotel though.

The room looked very nice, the bed was very uncomfortable, the sheets kept coming off of the top corners. The mattress had a water proof cover on it and we coukd see dark stains on the mattress under the cover.
There was alit of traffic noise, we were on the 2nd floor and could hear people talking as they walked by on the sidewalk below.
The room overall was nice, appeared clean except for that creepy mattress. The furniture in the room was pleather? So sitting on it with short, was a bit cold. It had an actual full size refrigerator which was very nice, it did make a bit of noise when it kicked on and off.

The Cobblestone has an ideal location in downtown Point. Walking distance to downtown restaurants and bars.
My only complaint was how loud it was. As a newer hotel I would figure that the sound proofing would be really good but it was not. We had 3 rooms of family members in various areas of the hotel and we all could hear people walking and/or running in the rooms above us. Doors slamming was also loud.
Make sure you ask for a refund on the safe charge upon check out if you did not use the safe. I think they put it on the bill hoping people don’t read the little sign by the front desk explaining that you need to ask to have it removed.

Wish the handicap room had a walk in shower. Breakfast was just ok. Staff was very nice

Liked the property. The price was too high

This hotel is very clean, great amenities and location. Although central to downtown it’s very quiet.

Slow check in, overall nice property.

Could hear the person in the next room snoring and every move they made.

Great location in downtown Stevens Point a short walk away from the square. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was just what we needed to start the day. The always-available coffee/tea station was a nice touch. We will return when we are in town.

Wonderful hotel! Great restaurant.
4.5
Breakfast could be better but everything else was good.
4.5
All fine except for less than lukewarm water in shower.
Not good.

The room was only ok, i hade to remake the bed as the sheets had fallen off, the shower was bairly hanging on. The free breakfast was sad, microwaved frozen eggs and luke warm sausages, even the napkins were just the bathroom hand drying one. Onerall not a great experience, especially for the price..

Everything was great except the pool was more the size of a hot tub.

My son and I had a great stay with only a few minor quibbles. Some of the outlets in the room were finicky, and there was no way to turn the fan on in the bathroom. Putting those aside though and it was very pleasant!
4.5
I saw someone when I got there. Each of the next 4 times I stopped at the front desk there was no one there.
