You have to carry your luggage 50 steps to go up to the apartment.

The room was great, great AC, convenient to train station. Just hard to take the suitcases up the stairs

Check in BEFORE 7 or u dont get in luckily he made exception for me but gave me a hard time . I dint read all rules prior so my mistake but still... i would rate it higher but there really isnt a balcony with a view.. u have to go upstairs and use another person balcony but DOESNT HAVE THE NICE VIEW ...
Only reason i booked was for the balcony view..
Also crazy amount of stairs ...

Balcony was not attached to property. It says private patio, but you have to go up even more stairs to get to it. Should tell people how many stairs you have to climb to get there. The bed is loft bed. You have to climb up to it. Not good at night. Very little head room clearance. Better options in La Spezia.

This property was right in the center of town, yet far enough away that you don’t hear the bustle of the busy street below. Room was clean and well kept. The AC worked well to keep the room cool. The BEST was the beautiful private terrace that overlooked the harbor, it was beautiful! Make sure the bring bug spray with you, the mosquitos were out. Ladies were lovely and was great to have a complimentary breakfast.

Nice experience for the hardy.

Pros-Great location. Loved the terrace! Cute little apartment setup. Clean and comfortable.
Cons-musty smell, cross-flow air was possible with windows. However, they needed smaller screens to keep mosquitoes out.

Wonderful terrace with the best view of Riomaggiore. It's the terrace that makes the accommodation worth every penny. The room itself has the facilities promised, although the air conditioner and dehumidifier are quite noisy, and the handover of the key was a little awkward but worked. A bit of a hurdle is ok for the happiness of staying overnight in one of the most beautiful villages on earth.

We had an incredible stay and enjoyed the private balcony (and view) immensely. All was exactly as listed and in pristine condition. Highly recommend!

Bed place we stayed in Italy. Would go there again

A very nice apartment in Riomaggiore. Just 2-3 minutes walk from train station and some steps to reach. It was very good that pick up service was arranged at train station. The included simple breakfast in a cafe bar nearby was delicious. I enjoyed the stay.

Everything was great! Location was perfect and the room was very nice

Excellent location for Cinque Terre visit. Great location in middle of town and near train terminal. Rooftop garden offered fantastic views (and lemon trees). Just be aware of steps to get up to property. Room was excellent, comfortable, clean with a small usable kitchen (with a table). Breakfast offered at nearby cafe was ok.

A great location and very clean place. Would stay again.

The pictures are accurate and deceiving all at once! The outdoor terrace was the best part of the property. However it was out the front door and up some 50 steps. The room I think was a basement ( one tiny window that could not open) so we called it a cave. And whatever was the ceiling texture made the floor feel gritty, on the bed too. The owners were nice whom we chatted w on the terrace once. The “hostess” was brief and incomplete. In all the some of the locals don’t appreciate tourism or tourists. So it was luck of the draw as to who would be nice or those that didn’t see you.

Adorable and clean place in the heart of town! The place was perfect for the two of us. Very spacious with a living room/bedroom combo plus the mini kitchen came in handy. The complimentary small breakfast across the street was perfect. The private garden overlooking the city was incredible! One night we sat up there with a bottle of wine & homemade sandwiches and enjoyed the city & sounds of the Sea. The stairs leading up to room were rough with luggage but well worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Room is very spacious and the porch area that you can use has an amazing view of the town and ocean. The bed is a little strange being so high up, but comfortable enough. Riomaggiore and the other towns are absolutely beautiful and a must see in Italy.

The room was perfect for our Riomaggiore stay! The host and manager gave lots of wonderful suggestions!
We arrived at night in the rain, with big luggage, so the stair climb wasn’t easy. But once you get to the room and see the garden view, it makes the climb worth it!!! The coffee maker was great to have!!! Also be careful on the steps in the room, they can be a little slippery. I would definitely stay here again! We enjoyed it!!!!

Very nice room with all equipment. The staff Thea is so helpful and answer my question. Just the location is a bit high if you carry a heavy luggage along. However, it is worth when you sit down at the private terrace and enjoy the sunset or sunrise. Very perfect.

Registration (there wasn't any) was a gong show in the rain. No signs, so finding the place was very difficult. No maid service. TV & safe were incomprehensible. Not recommended to anyone over 40.

A pleasure. The room was so cool with the loft bed. The private garden had the most amazing view. My fiancé and I fell asleep on the hammock just as the sun was setting. Steps away to so many restaurants. Definitely will be coming back!!! Love love loved it!!!!!!!

Sailor's Rest was amazing! The place was comfortable, updated, and clean. Our family slept very well and didn't want to leave the next day. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Definitely recommend this place!
