The property is in a safe and quiet location. We stayed here for a few days as part of our South Carolina round trip. Everything was clean and the home has everything you need. Checking in and out was easy. The only con to this apartment is, that it had a musty smell to it. That kind of smell you get from water damage. Other than that I would rent it again.

Is a nice town house clean,spacious , It has a nice coffe maker but isn’t coffe in there. If I back to rock hill for sure I will rent again.

We stayed here while visiting nearby family and this was the perfect spot for resting and taking a break. Very clean and had everything we needed!

Condo was spacious for our family. Didnt hear much noise at night and all of us had plenty of space. We didnt get to the pool but it looks nice on the other end of the complex. Beds were all made and ready for us when we checked in. Unit has a washer and dryer along with full kitchen and the two bathrooms were nice with three daughters.

We enjoyed the rental very much and appreciated the master suite being upstairs with a door to close for privacy at the bottom of the stairs. The decor was beautiful and up to date. Really comfortable beds, which is EVERYTHING when traveling. We appreciated that little details that did not go unnoticed. I hope to be in the area again and will definitely book this place again. Thank you

We picked this location because of the area and the closeness to Carowinds. Very clean, nice pool and great closed-in space for the backyard. I will definitely book this place in the future.

Well equipped and furnished, with all the necessaries. Very quiet neighborhood, very clean property. Newer than many of the rentals available around Rock Hill. We would be happy to stay here again. The only glitch in communication seemed to be from the VRBO app, not the property manager, so not a blame on them.

This was a great home we stayed in. It was like 15 minutes away from where we played ball. The only thing we didn’t like was that only one bedroom had a tv. Other than that the home was great!

The house was perfect. Everything was clean and organized. Easy to find. We didn't use the grill or outside area as it had been raining but it was nice and private. I'd definitely stay there again.

We were in town for a disc golf tournament. This property was perfect in location as it was just 5 minutes from 2 of the courses and 15 from Winthrop. The property itself was well kept and more than suitable for our needs. I highly recommend booking this property.

It was a great location. We could visit family but still have our space. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were “way flat”! TV was confusing as it was all apps and internet! We are “old” school - so used to cable TV! Would definitely stay there again. 😊

This place was immaculate. Very spartan furnishings and zero decorations. Only 1 table lap in whole condo. Would suggest table lamp in each bedroom and maybe luggage rack. It was really perfect and much greater accommodation than a hotel!! I'd stay here again!

This is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in! I do think it would be helpful in the listing to note that it is a two-story unit. My kids are older, but if I had younger kids, I would not have been comfortable sleeping on a different floor than they were. I think adding to the listing that one bedroom is on the second floor and the other two were on the first floor could help families with younger children plan better. I agree with previous reviewers that the kitchen is not super well stocked. We ate out for all but one meal, so for us this was not an issue, but I do think there could be a little more options in the kitchen including some foil and Ziploc bags for leftovers. I loved having a washer and dryer right there, as we did have to use it once to wash a shirt that my son spilled something on. I was disappointed to see that the mattresses and pillows did not have fully encased covers on them. Our family has a summer rental in Ohio, and we put the fully encased covers on all of the mattresses and pillowcases. No matter how clean you keep a rental, there is always a risk of a renter bringing in bedbugs! This would be a simple and inexpensive addition. It would also help when families have little ones that may wet the bed. There were a few stains on the queen size mattress on the second floor. A cover can be replaced or laundered much easier than a mattress can be. Thicker pillows would also be great addition. Otherwise great rental and we would stay again.

Property was very clean but was lacking in other aspects. Beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were cheap and flat. There were not a lot of little touches that rentals seem to have (tissues, alarm clock, fan, extra cooking things, shampoo, etc). Kitchen supplies incredibly limited. Just wasn't a very welcoming feeling unit

Place was so cozy and just as described. In fact seemed more spacious and felt more at home than I was even expecting. There is not much equipment to cook so would recommend bringing kitchen stuff with you or adjusting meals accordingly. Had a lovely visit and would come back in a heartbeat!

We highly recommend this home which has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We were so impressed with this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have ever rented. The property manager is great. Detailed, informative and clear communications were provided. Perfect for a family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Will definitely will go back if ever in the area again. Thanks again for sharing your wonderful and clean home.

My boyfriend and I were in town for a race at the velodrome and this was 3 miles from the race. It was very spacious and clean.

Easy check in process. The home was clean and had all you needed. The neighborhood was very quiet. This townhome was on the end of a row so was nice not having people on both sides. The host was very good about responding back to text messages. Best of all price was good and a lot more room than a hotel.
