Good place, clean and a very comfortable bed. Easy access to the subway with about a 5-7 minute walk. Good breakfast.

The room was clean & quiet and the service was great. We were within walking distance to the subway station, so getting into the city was very easy. The free breakfast was definitely a free for all—very crowded and not worth the hassle. We found a deli down the street that had great breakfast sandwiches! I would stay here again.

Our room was in front of Ice Dispenser machine and it will keep drainning whole night every night. Our room fridge was not plugged for first three nights and we didnt know. Last night, I plugged it and later at night I was wondering where is this griding noise coming from. All night it was a mystery. Next Morning, realized its from the fridge.

We had a family room , unfortunately it wasn’t ready when we arrived so had to wait about 1.5hrs . The room for us was comfy and spacious although the sofa bed wasn’t the greatest and we adapted by putting the cushions under the mattress. The staff were helpful and breakfast was good, although getting a seat was at times difficult,

Have stayed here several times now- every time has been pleasant! Rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate for a hotel, even better since it’s included with stay. I love the location - easy access to Manhattan and JFK airport.

The room space was understandably limited, as is common in New York. However, the dining area and the food options were also very restricted. The dining space was inconvenient, requiring you to hover over other guests just to secure a spot when they left. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

A nice, reasonably priced property in a very convenient location, 3 blocks walking distance from the Queensboro Plaza subway station, and then a short ride to midtown Manhattan. This was the second time I've stayed at this property, and I'll definitely stay again.

Excellent hotel at a great location. Check-in was very helpful as we got to park even before room was ready..In and out parking option is absolutely amazing (Limited Spots - First come first serve) Room was very spacious and clean..all necessary amenities were available. Breakfast was also excellent with different options each day. Breakfast staff was very helpful. Staff was able to happily accomodate omlettes with no meat upon request. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Trains to Manhattan is a short walk away. Overall very satisfied with the stay and will surely consider staying here again.

We had a great time staying here on a recent NYC trip! The hotel was very nicely situated, an easy way to several different subway stops and also many nice restaurants nearby. The breakfast each morning was a nice touch. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future.

Omg I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep this to myself!! Super clean rooms and just enough space to not feel like a sardine(I went with the added couch..worth it!!) Friendly staff, decent enough breakfast(I usually opt for the garb and go stuff..bagels, fruit, etc). Location and perfect and one of the best parking systems I’ve encountered in the greater NYC area! They’ve got about a dozen spots and if you book one with your stay, it’s yours for your entire stay. This is such a relief compared to other places where it’s typically first come first served until the lot is full. In our previous experiences elsewhere, if you’re out late, you probably are not going to have a spot there when you return. The rooms are reasonable enough that even if you don’t need the parking, it’s a safe bet.

Our stay was great. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get us checked in early so we could make it to a baseball game on time. Parking was first come first serve for their small lot so thankfully we got in early enough to get a spot. Breakfast was good but there’s also several places around the block to walk to if you’re wanting something different. Great location with subway and train stations around the block making it super easy to jump on and go anywhere. The room was clean, the couch sleeper sofa made it perfect for our family of 5.
