We didn’t get the room like show on pictures, the apartment is to old

The condo itself is very old and outdated. The pull out sofa mattress was disgusting, I don’t understand how they haven’t bothered to replace this. For a place that can sleep up to 4 people they should be able to provide that amount of towels. Only 2 towels provided so we were short all weekend. The worse part was all the amenities, also no additional towels provided at the clubhouse for when you get out of the pool, the heated pool was still kinda cold and the hot tubs were all out of order. No working sauna either ph and the worst part is we at least tried to use the pool because my kids wanted to go swimming and they had a power outlet running and connected to something so the door right by the pool was left cracked and wouldn’t close all the way. The temps are below freezing so that little gap let cold air come in while swimming and made the experience that much sorry. Never again staying here, just not worth it for the price either.

Condo is tired and needs a refresh. Door didn't lock properly. Hot water was not on and had to be re-lit. Outlets are loose.

Town was awesome love frisco

Nice property and great building and amenities. The place was a little small and quite dated, but very clean and the WIFI worked great. Close to some nice hiking trails and close to Main St. too.

This was a nicely appointed mountain condo. The master bedroom was in an open second floor loft. We were two couples with two small children. The accommodations were tight for us. Our adult son tried to sleep on the sleeper sofa but it was quite uncomfortable . The next night he bailed and slept with friends that had an extra bed. This is a great option for sleeping 4 people but maybe opt for a bigger unit if you are a family of six.

My family stayed in Unit G136 for two nights over spring break, because it was close to several ski resorts and we love the town of Frisco. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, location was close to town, and view off the back deck was beautiful! Only downside was that the pool and hot tubs were unavailable due to Covid restrictions.

Quiet low traffic area, spacious underground parking out of the elements, TV with Netflix and YouTube, fully stocked kitchen, gas fireplace that turned on with a turn of a switch and a short drive to Copper Mountain and Breckenridge ski resort

The condo was really comforting. It had a home away from home type of feeling. The location was great, not too far from local stores and shops. Will rebook this condo for all future stays.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving at the condo. The place was updated and provided everything we needed. We would definitely go back and use this condo in the future.

Great view from the deck and access to the bike trail. Convenient parking. Great getaway.

The apartment itself was alright, the bottom door knob did not work and it was outdated. Unfortunately we forgot my sons iPad in the apartment - I put the pull out couch away and set it on the end table. I asked Kristin if she would mind mailing it to us, and it didn't need to be over nighted because he hardly plays on it. I never heard back from her for two weeks, when I finally tried calling her on the phone, (this was even after 10 days I asked for a tracking number through email which she never responded), she said she was going to ship it the next day. Great! Then I get a bill for $62.00. Ugh okay? I get the package and it says the shipping cost was $9.90.. So I ask what I was charged extra for and she stated she charged me $45 for one hour worth of work, which included her (THREE?) trips to the post office, because they were "giving her a hard time", the bubble wrap she found to put in the box, and the maids 1 hour of searching for the iPad??? It was clean and tidy when I left - even put all the dirty towels in the sink for easy collection. My son has not asked for the iPad once since we've been home three weeks and I would've just suggested she keep it for $62. I could've gotten him a newer one for Christmas for not much more than that. Next time someone forgets something in your apartments, you should at least warn them the extra $ for shipping. We enjoyed the location tho, wasn't there much so the smallness wasn't too bad (except the bathroom - AWFUL size!!!)

The condo was nicely appointed, clean and as expected. Great location.
After settling in, we tried to locate the fob for the clubhouse. I contacted mgmt to let them know it wasn't where they said it would be, only to find out the clubhouse, including laundry facilities, was closed. The second bedroom beds were not made up when we arrived, another call to mgmt to be sure they would be taken care of in time for bedtime. When they arrived with the freshly laundered bedding, they asked if we wanted them to make up the beds... Yes please.
One of the requirements is to load and run the dishwasher upon check out. With 6 people in the condo, of course we needed to run it multiple times during our 3 night stay. However, once it was loaded and ready to run, we discovered the dishwasher didn't work... contact mgmt, owners were aware, but booked us there anyway. We had to unload and hand wash dishes for 6 everyday. Not difficult, but not what i go on vacation to do. The multiple contacts with mgmt, were too much, they took away from the relaxation factor.

Our stay was very comfortable. The office had great communication.

Terrible stay....the place was dusty, the air was so dry. The pillows are old (got a cold from sleeping with them), and the bed was lumpy (too soft) that I had to sleep on the floor. The toilet in the master bedroom is so low - kid's height. The upstairs loft was too hot while the downstairs stayed cold. The fireplace did not work during the entire stay despite repeated calls to the front desk requesting a repair. When we checked into the place, we received only two towels for a place that accommodates 6 people?!! We had to go drive a couple of miles to the front desk to pick them up ourselves - make sure to get extra towels if you plan to visit the community center (pool and hot tub) because they are none available there either. Also, the hot tubs were OK - the water was not hot enough and the jets did not work. Disappointing stay for the price paid.
On a positive note, the place has lots of hooks for hanging jackets, towels, etc. The kitchen was well-stocked with basics including spices, oil, wine opener, and stuff for coffee. They had covered garage parking so we didn't have to worry about cleaning the cars before skiing.

Beautiful location and view. Condo was clean and comfortable. Club house pool and hot tubs were awesome. Thank you.

The property, itself, was nice. The room is dated; electrical outlets are loose so cords to iron, etc., fall out, interior doors are hollow wood, doors stick, no a/c (had to open windows and heard parties outside), shower water smelled like sulfur. Crumbs and debris in sofa and behind dresser. The queen sofa sleeper was actually comfortable. End room so not a lot of noise from other rooms. Lots of parking spaces.

Great location for skiing near Frisco and eating and walking around Frisco. Condo was clean and spacious and we thought it was a good deal for the area.

It was a nice place with a friendly staff

I really liked the central location of the condos to Main St. in Frisco. The condo itself was pretty dated. The position of the main bedroom, in the front of the condo off the porch is not good, makes sleep very difficult if there are noisy people on the stairs/patio area. The condo was a bit drafty too in the living room. Overall, a decent little condo.

The Ten Mile Condominiums were in a great location just 1 block from Main St. There was some construction going on in the area though. There were some things with the unit that could've been checked before it was reserved. However, the rental office called the property manager and he came and addressed everything the next day. The rest of our stay was great!

conveniently located, bathroom upstairs needs an update, condo was clean and neatly appointed. While I understand is very common that mountain units not have AC, it would be helpful to have that clearly noted in the rental review process

The accomadations were all good except it had no A/C. We asked Expedia several times if this condo had an A/C and we were repeatedly told yes. Upon arrival to the condo there was no A/C. Fortunately it did cool off at night but not so much during the day. All other aspects of this stay was comfortable and the ladies at CRMR were very pleasant, friendly and helpful.
