My friend and I stayed for 3 days, we loved the hotel. Very nice restoration of an older building with a sweet and small plunge pool. There was a sauna and spa downstairs. Nice toiletries too. The staff were lovely and accommodating, the (english) lady was especially helpful with recommendations and arranging taxis etc. Would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay as a couple traveling with no kids. We were blown away by the service. Rooms are nice but on the smaller side (normal for Europe). The location was great and easily walkable to the center of Palma.

Check-in process was incredibly smooth with very kind staff that made you feel instantly at home. Very central location. Hotel staff provided recommendations and booked our taxi to the airport as well. This is now our go-to spot in Palma.

We stayed here last year and liked it so much we booked again. Everything was fine this time, but we noticed that that the staff whilst friendly and professional were not as good as last year, nor was the breakfast or the room.

The location of the hotel is great for exploring the Old Town, along with great restaurants nearby and some beautiful boutiques. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable and the breakfast is amazing. Very quiet at the weekends, a little bit more noisy during the week as located near to a school, but this is mainly during the morning arrival time.

A really beautiful property that has been thoughtfully renovated. We loved our stay and found the staff to be super helpful. An on-site bar and restaurant (other than breakfast only) would make things better. The walls are also a little thin so take it easy at night! Overall, very good - highly recommended.

This is a gem of a place - five stars and lives up to the name! Very clean, luxe, and the staff is extremely generous with their time and helpful with anything you may need. Summum is a boutique hotel with only 18 rooms so you really feel like you’re the only person in the hotel. The pool on the rooftop is more like a Jacuzzi and has to be reserved in advance. This ensures you have the entire rooftop to yourself. If you’re looking for a calm & peaceful place to stay then this is it! My best friend and I loved our stay here - so much so, we stayed an extra night. 10/10 would stay here again. Big thanks to Tim, Manuel, Emma, Flora, Maria, Cindy, Pedro, and the rest of the staff for making our trip in Mallorca remarkable.

Exclusive stay in the centre of Palma but at the same time a peaceful place to have a relaxing time. Clean and comfortable room with all the facilities you could ask for. Excellent and very tasteful breakfast. The most outstanding was however the attention and the friendly treatment from every member in the staff from arrival to check out.

This is seriously one of the absolute best boutique hotel in Palma. Service is amazing and very personal. The interior is tasteful, light and sophisticated. The lovely fragrance in the hotel makes you feel calm and pampered. Great location if you want to enjoy the best restaurants and shopping in Palma.

Position was great in the middle of Palma. Decor was good as were the facilities. Reception staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and their dinner suggestions were reliable. Nothing adverse to report.

Hotel is beautiful, but it has a specific smell inside. There is no swimming pool, but it looks like jacuzzi. There is no fitness inside!

Staff were absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked through the doors we felt looked after, such a beautiful hotel and in a great location. I can't recommend this place enough. We were given places to visit and eat, they also have us beautiful bottle of cava and strawberries in our room because it was our honeymoon. If we are ever back in Palma we will definitely be staying there again 😁

This is the best hotel in Palma 5**+ Outstanding staff - genuinely attentive and friendly Rooms - stunningly designed and thoughtfully executed Breakfast is remarkable - best freshly pressed orange juice in the world. Feels like you are welcomed into your dearest fabulously opeulent aunt and uncles home for the weekend. Something about this hotel feels fabulously familiar, yet cool and romantic. An artist in all mediums available would be challenged to express the magic.

Great location, quiet lovely staff. The room I was in was 308 and there was absolutely nowhere to put things including clothes. Also it was awkward with the toilet and then having to walk round to the sink area. The shower was huge but I would of preferred more space round the sink area. Our friends stayed in room 303 which was a much better design.

The hotel is only 1.5 years old, everything is in pristine condition and service is top notch. Staff is super friendly (shout out to Emma!) and happy to accommodate any request. Location is in a great area, so easy to walk to and from and explore the city.
