Relax with your family in this recently-updated 1800-square-foot property with a 3-season sunroom overlooking a beautiful water feature (seasonal). The condo has a spacious living room with a 55-inch TV, beautiful kitchen with granite counter tops, and a separate dining room. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and bathroom. The main floor bedrooms have king beds. There is a queen bed in the open loft bedroom as well as 2 roll-away beds. This is a great area for kids! Additionally, the upstairs bedroom has a dedicated work space consisting of a writing desk with an office chair and desk lamp. There is also a rocker/glider, highchair, baby gate, and pack "n play for the little ones. Spend time as a family playing with the provided board games, enjoy morning coffee in the sunroom, or curl up with one of the provided books on the sofa! The unit is well-stocked with the essentials required for your stay, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap/shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, dish soap, and more! The unit is a second-story unit that requires going up a flight of stairs.

Pointe Royale is a gated golf community with beautifully kept grounds and Lake Taneycomo access. Enjoy fishing with artificial lures right from the property grounds. The Club House is a short walk right across the street! There, you will find a restaurant, Pro Shop, large outdoor and indoor pools (outdoor pool open Memorial Day through Labor Day), an outdoor hot tub, tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, and a workout room. Boat parking is available across the street at Branson Self Storage for a fee. We are conveniently located approximately 5 miles from the 76 Strip, 8 miles from Silver Dollar City, and 5 miles from State Park Marina on Table Rock Lake. You will never be far from any of the fun that Branson has to offer! This is a 2nd floor unit.

We were in Branson for our granddaughter’s dance competition. This is our 2nd time staying in this condo and it is perfect for our family group, we had 3 generations staying there. Olivia is very easy to work with. The kitchen is well-stocked with essential items. A big plus for this property is that it is located within walking distance to the clubhouse and the pool. Our favorite spot to relax was the screened in balcony. It is an upstairs unit so there are a few stairs, but overall just an awesome place to stay while in Branson! I would highly recommend it!

We plan to book here again next year and make it our regular. Olivia has been the best I have ever worked with. She answered every question promptly. She gave great directions too. We loved how much space we had for my family of 6. We didn’t feel we were on top of each other. We loved the patio and just the pool being right across the streeet. We loved it! Thanks again for having us.

This condo was beautiful. With 2 comfy king size beds and a queen bed we were all comfortable. Each bedroom had a bathroom. Living room had great leather couches. We were right across the street from the large indoor heated pool. We enjoyed it immensely. We would definitely rent this again. The only negative was the outdoor stairs. If you can’t do stairs this is not for you.

We were so happy with this spacious, well appointed condo. It was perfect for what my family wanted/needed. We loved the indoor pool and pickleball courts. My kids loved the river within walking distance. Close to town but far enough away that you're not in the middle of crowd. This was the perfect place for our getaway.

Great communication - check-in and check-out was super easy. The condo was clean, very spacious, and provided some essentials (fans, paper towels, salt/pepper, coffee) that other places we have stayed don't include. Condo is conveniently located across from pools and courts. We also enjoyed fishing down at the lake. Wish we could have stayed longer!

This condo is in a gated community across the street from the golf club house, pool, exercise room and tennis courts. Lake access is just around the corner and down the hill. I’ve played golf at this course on other trips and it is challenging and fun to play. The condo provided the space and beds we needed for 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 11 year old. If you plan to have 3 couples staying here take note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft and sound carries to the living room below.

Our trip to Branson was awesome. The property was immaculate condition with every amenity any family would need. The 3 bedrooms and baths were perfect for our crew. The grounds were excellently maintained. So much so, that my wife and I are possibly looking to purchase a place over there. Olivia did not disappoint. My family wanted a few days of vacation to go to SDC. We were a larger group and didn’t want to do hotel. Having found this VRBO we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. It is a nice resort with pools, golf and river frontage of the Lake Taneycomo for trout fishing. We found the condo very clean, convenient, and beautiful. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone and have already decided that I will be back.

Beautiful neighborhood for walking. Property was nice, clean and quiet and had everything we needed. The golf club grill was right across the street. Close to Branson attractions, but far enough away from all the traffic and noise. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, well equipped. Only wish is that tvs have clear instructions. I just figured we could turn on the tvs in the other rooms. None worked. Not a game changer, because we spent so little time on tv. The other amenities MORE than made up for that. The owners are so friendly and accommodating!

Overall it was a nice place to stay and a wonderful location! We were 15 min or less from everything we wanted to do in Branson. The pull out beds are more sized for kids so if you have grown children and need another bed we brought a queen sized air mattress and there was plenty of room for it!

Great location convenient to everything. Loved the pool and pickle ball on Day 1 and found we were close to so many adventures at Table Rock lake, Branson Landing shopping and Restaurants. Host responded quickly to minor lock issue and resolved.

This condo was perfect for our family group, 4 adults and 2 children. It was very clean and well-stocked with everything we needed. It is located very close to the pool and clubhouse which was a big plus for the kids. The sunroom was a favorite spot to relax with the sound of the water below. The condo was exactly as pictured in the listing. Pointe Royale is a very beautiful, gated community. We would definitely recommend this condo, especially for families, it worked perfect for our 3 generation family group!

We took a girls get away to Branson to see Queen Esther at Sight and Sound Theater. This particular property allowed us to schedule a one night stay. The property is in a very quiet secure area. The property was very clean, the beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. The only issue that we had with the property is that there are stairs. We are a, lets say, more mature group and after a long day of shopping, dragging our bags etc. up the stairs was a bit of a challenge!

The condo is well put together and ready for guests. Our teens loved having the loft as a separate space. Wonderful space in the three seasons room!

This condo in Pointe Royale was perfect for our three couple family. Not was clean, decorated nicely, and the managers were great to work with! We couldn’t figure out the heat system, but they communicated quickly and helped us fix it! We had a great weekend!!

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas! A last minute surprise trip for our 5 kids and we couldn’t have a picked a better place to accommodate our family of 7. Each child had their own space and having 3 bathrooms a positive! The hosts had comfortable and plentiful accommodations. A very spacious condo (tons of closet space and large rooms) in a gated community with easy access. We enjoyed the heated pool on Christmas Day! As a fellow VRBO owner, I feel Olivia has done a great job with her rental and her cleaners are top notch! Would definitely visit again.

This property was very clean, great location and beds were very comfortable. The only negative was so many steps to climb to get to unit which were hard for the men in our party who have back problem and recovering from hip replacement. Other than that I would highly recommend this condo!

We’re so happy we found this listing on VRBO. This spacious condo was extremely clean (of great importance to me) and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable with newer, clean bedding. There were ample bath towels and washcloths. The kitchen was well appointed and had every pot, pan, and utensil we needed. Olivia, our host, was great at communicating. We were involved in the train derailment at Silver Dollar City last night and the company is compensating us with some freebies to go back to the park. We will definitely consider staying here again when that happens. We’ll also be sharing with others about our positive experience staying at this condo. Olivia, as a new owner you’re doing everything right!
