This stylish 3bedroom, 2bathroom apartment is an artful fusion of comfort & chic coastal living. Begin your days with the awe-inspiring sunrise from your private balcony and golden hour on the back balcony with views of Glasshouse Mountains. For larger groups, consider booking the adjacent Apartment B, with an additional 3bedrooms & 2bathrooms.
The Space:
Just 400 meters away from the patrolled waters of Kings Beach, this apartment is perfectly positioned for a seaside staycation. Spend your days exploring the rocky headlands, surfing, fishing or swimming before heading downtown to experience Caloundra’s great food and nightlife at the local restaurants and venues.
Complemented by coastal accents, the apartment embodies convenience and comfort with its seamless layout, three sizeable bedrooms, and its generous balcony and outdoor entertaining area. As you enter the apartment, the first thing you will notice is the beautiful ocean view that the kitchen and living space overlook. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and stocked full of utensils and appliances.
Just next to the kitchen you will find a large dining table perfect to gather with friends or family. The living space features a large, smart TV and a comfortable five-seater couch. This area also features a sizeable daybed and a workspace containing a desk to do some work from your new home away from home. The open-plan living and kitchen area further expands to your private balcony fit with an outdoor couch to enjoy a cocktail or two with a view.
From here you can take in the sea breezes from the privacy of your very own balcony and fully immerse yourself in coastal living. Down the hall you will find the first bedroom complete with a comfortable king bed and ocean views from your window. Just next to this room is a bathroom fit with a bathtub, shower and a separate toilet. Across from the bathroom is the laundry complete with a washing machine and dryer. Further down the hall is the second bedroom complete with two single beds and an outlook of the ocean from the window.
The third and final bedroom features a plush king bed and convenient ensuite. This bedroom also features a spacious walk-in-wardrobe that ensures packing light for your holiday is a thing from the past. You can also enjoy ocean views from this bedroom or views off the second private patio found out the back of the apartment. This outdoor space is perfect for entertaining with its large dining table and distant view of the Glass House Mountains.

Kitchen: Plenty of utensils and appliances, an oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and large fridge.
Dining: Indoor dining table seats eight and the outdoor dining table seats six.

Guest Access:
The apartment is accessed via the lift. Guests will have access to the entire apartment along with one space to park in the undercover garage. Please note this park is small, so street parking may be necessary for some vehicles. There is also free street parking available.
This apartment (Apartment A) can also be booked with the apartment next door (Apartment B - 2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom). Please reach out to us if you would like to book both apartments simultaneously.
There is also a shared BBQ and pool area for guests to use.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet street, position and convenience are at your doorstep. With Kings beach just a 7-minute walk away (400 metres), you can enjoy a convenient coastal lifestyle. Within moments you'll be enjoying the café culture along the the esplanade of Bulcock Street, or a short drive will take you to many local beaches such as Moffat, Dicky and Shelley Beach.

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

Overall nice and cleanly presented property.
Only suggestion is that there is no airconditioning in bedrooms which in summer months would be nice. There is a nice breeze through the property but found the bedrooms hot at night even with fans going.
First world issue and overall nice place to stay.

This place was exceptionally executed with simple touches to make our stay comfortable and easy. Had plenty of extra blankets, quality appliances and comfy beds! A great location, lovely views, close to everything and a stones throw to great family parks and swimming beaches. I would definitely recommend to other families.

We had a great time at Kings Beach! This property is close to the both the beach and within walking distance of the shops/cafes on Bulcock Street. The apartment is very spacious with everything you need. We enjoyed the views from both balconies and also the pool. Highly rate this property and would stay again.

Spacious open property with an incredible view. We were lucky to watch a cruise boat sail past in the quiet of the night all lite up.

Positives - Lovely, good vibe unit, Hosts who provided thoughtful little touches to make stay easier, great location, wonderful views, comfortable beds clean-air, living plants in unit, fantastic lap pool, lift, undercover carpark.
Requiring attention - most sliding doors & locks need fixing, both toilets need upgrading and en-suite toilet button jams.

Expansive ocean views gifted us so much beauty as we sat with our morning cuppa or glass of wine in the afternoon.
The place was spacious, fresh, and just perfect for what we were after.
My brother and I desired some quality time with our parents (aged 85 years) - and the place was perfect for it. We played games, did a puzzle, and connected over memories of our childhood.
The lightness of the property simply added to it.
