Leider nein - nie wieder

Zimmer ohne Zuschlag für Meerblick ( 30€/Tag) gebucht und seitlich Etage -2 mit Blick auf eine Steinwald und komplett im Schatten gewohnt. Was kann man auch für über 150€/Tag erwarten 🙈Zimmer extrem lieblos, kaputt, morsch, kein Terasse Tisch, kein Couchtisch. Wasserflaschen im Schrank geöffnet und bereits daraus getrunken.

chambre niveau piscine trés bien. piscine trés bien. petit déjeuner trés bien. buffet diner bien trés bon accueil à l'arrivée. personnel agréable et disponible

les restaurants dans la ville sont peu nombreux et pas toujours ouverts. Ils sont un peu loin à pied de l'hotel

Top maar dan zonder airco

Locatie - prijs kwaliteit

Onophoudelijk geluid van de airco die niet kan af gezet worden. Op uit stand blijft deze dag en nacht door razen. Zelf wanneer je alle elektriciteit via de deur kaart uit zet blijft deze razen alsof je in een vliegtuig zit. Bij navraag op receptie blijkt dat dit systeem inderdaad niet kan uitgeschakeld worden . Echt zonde want voor de rest een zeer goed hotel met vriendelijk personeel…. Maar wij werden er knettergek van.

An unbeatable location but with the change of management to Occidental Hotels, a deterioration in facilities and restaur

I visited this hotel in July 2021 for a stay of 5 days. It was managed by the company CORDIAL CANARIAS HOTELS & RESORTS S.L. The experience was impeccable, far exceeding my expectations. This August 2023, I repeated a 5-day stay. It is now managed by Occidental Hoteles. The experience was worse. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant service and the breakfast buffet. No local products, no great variety, 5th range pastries, industrial bread, poor quality cold meats, lack of quality local fruit (mango, avocado...) and what was available was of little variety and poor quality. And a lot of menocalidad in food, including dinner service with frozen fish and pasta salad buffet. As for facilities, the jacuzzi was broken in the middle of high season, pool opening hours were limited... all in all a a pity.

The only exception Gema, the woman who attends the pool bar, is still the same charming service, attention and kindness as two years ago. And I would like to thank her personally for her professionalism.

A paradise away from the hustle

The staff was simply exceptional, and so was the room, with direct access to the pool through an expectionally cozy garden. The seafood dinner was super as well!

We're really nitpicking, but the hotel parking is a bit tight and dinners were decent, but nothing exceptional (without counting the seafood one).

Totally recommend if you are planning to chill and relax

I liked absolutely everything! The joy that you get when opening your terrace and you go out directly at the pool 🤩 priceless. The food was great and many things to choose from. I definitely didn't want to leave that place

You definitely need to rent a car to go around ( if you're planning to go around). taxis are just a few and not very walkable area

Staff very friendly, professional and helpful. Nothing to much trouble. I was impressed with the whole team. From the cleaning staff, gardeners, pool man to the restaurant team including the chefs and reception team. So much so, I took time to write some feeds for the manager.

No facilities to have something to eat when arriving late from the airport. Only a vending machine. Maybe to have some light sandwiches and fruit available for late arrivals. Even a little charcuterie’s.

Beautiful hotel

The hotel was very clean. The receptionist, staff, and waiters were really lovely and helpful. Loved my stay there. The thing is the hotel is hidden - sometimes good, especially within gorgeous rocks and beautiful views.. Enjoyed the buffets, rooftop, scenery.. literally everything. I recommend it!

However, the hotel is up north, and if you have activities mainly in the South- transport journey is long.This was a last min change of hotel for me, so can't fault the location. Overall, great!

Amazing views and extremely nice staff

Beautiful location. Nice, clean, spacious room with stunning views. Sunset cocktails in the Rock top bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out to Gema in the pool bar who was really lovely and Ángela in the Buffet restaurant. I’m definitely coming back.

Incredible experience.

The experience was awesome. The staff was incredible. Gema was the sun that made the pool shine, going above and beyond. She is warm, kind, full of live and joy! Call out also to employees like Angela, Laura, Yiza, Rebeca... always with a smile on their faces that makes you feel always welcome. Also to the housekeeping staff, they were also super nice. The Spa staff, Bea and Javi, also a delight.

The pool needs more umbrellas.

A truly relaxing experience.

I loved my room on pool level, it was a delight to wander from the room to the pool. I enjoyed sunset drinks on the roof terrace and the proximity of the hotel to the rock pools. The quiet nature of the hotel and its beautiful setting and excellent facilities will certainly put it top of my list to visit again.

Did not meet expectations.

The staff were exceptional.

We had two suites. We were moved from the first suite after two days because there was no internet connection in our suite. The first suite was very cold and dull. The second suite was pleasant and much warmer. Due to the number of bus tour guests the breakfast was not as good as it should have been. The bus tour guest cleared out many items and they were not readily replaced. Again, due to the number of bus tour guests the noise level during dinner was unacceptable. It was extremely loud, so much so that my husband and I could not hear one another across the table. Very unpleasant dining experience.
