We had such a great experience with check-in and the room was so clean and kept up nicely. Very comfortable bedding and since it’s tucked away it was very quiet.

We have stayed here a number of times when we are visiting our son at college. The bed is always comfortable and the room is clean. However this visit we were placed in the middle of a group of very rude people. I had to call the front desk at 1 am to complain about them playing loud music, banging on doors, and yelling loudly in their rooms and hallways. Then they continued again 8am the next morning. I understand there isn't too much the hotel can do about other people's rudeness, however if you know there is a large group of people staying in the hotel why would you put my husband and I right in the middle of them? They should have had their own floor if you ask me. They were SO RUDE...no concept of others. We're really not sure if we will stay here again.

Gotta tell you guys that Tamica is a Gem. Right away she rushed to get my mom an onsite wheelchair when she noticed my mom struggling, and as a caretaker that meant alot to me. She was so friendly, that if someone walked up to our conversation, they would have thought we had been knowing each other's for years. She was very chill. The whole staff at the hotel was very friendly, but the Manager Tamica stood out to me most. I will certainly be back. See you guys soon

Pros - The breakfast food was very good. - The beds were very comfy. - It seemed like a very nice hotel. - The guest service staff was very friendly and helpful. Cons - Skimpy on towels - The breakfast was $12.50, if we didnt get complimentary coupons we wouldve had to pay for it. - My room had roaches - I personally killed 2. They claim no infestation but where there are 1 or 2, I know there are more. - Weird gas like odor on the lobby level only, that the staff has no idea why its there. They just know its not a gas leak.

Was in town for a tennis tournament. Property was nicely appointed. Checked in late with Ed, at the front desk. Very nice gentleman. Room was fine but the hotel is adjacent to a highway so road noise can be an issue depending on your room. Ear plugs recommended. Overall a pleasant stay and will be my go-to accommodation the next time I’m in town.

House keeping didn’t show, I had to ask for it at front desk. Clerk was rude. I brought my bags of garbage down and left it by the front desk. Didn’t change bed linens or clean. They just dropped a couple towels. Service was terrible.

room was very clean and comfortable. The room darkening drapes were great. Loved the pillows!! Becky and Cole at the front desk went out of their way to help me resolve problems. Housekeeping was wonderful. Pool was comfortably warm.I felt very secure. It was a wonderful hotel!!!!!

I love this hotel - it’s got a great buffet in the morning and a great hamburger restaurant in the evening. Lovely open lobby; friendly staff. Our shower water pressure was pretty weak, but that was the only criticism I have.

Surprisingly in great condition. The outside paint is a bit worn but the inside was very satisfying. All staff were great. Breakfast at the Burger Theory (on site) was plentiful and tasteful. Will look to stay here again in the future.
