Our stay was booked via a mobile app while traveling. The process was smooth. Our room was clean and quiet.

The rooms neither were ready at check in time at 4:00 p.m. there was no apology there was no explanation and when we asked for a time frame they said they didn't have one. After the first room was ready we all waited in there for over 30 minutes and decided to go to dinner and then an hour and a half later I called and they said that the room was ready they had never text me as they were supposed to or anything then when we came to pick up the room keys again there was no apology there was no any sense that they had done anything wrong.

Stairs don’t make it convenient for luggage or stroller to get into lobby. There is a restaurant you have to go through and an elevator for ADA/ stroller/ or heavy luggage. Rooftop bar didn’t open till 4pm

We had a good stay. The staff got us checked in quick. They were able to answer our questions and explained extra services the hotel offered. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The best part is the hotels location in downtown Nashville.

Stayed one night, November 8. We had an early flight and called to see about early check in. We were told we had to come to the hotel and complete pre check in. No problem. We show up at 2:00 and do so. We were told a room wasn’t ready yet and we would receive a text when the room was ready. We told the clerk we would wait in the lobby. Around an hour and 15 minutes later, around 3:15, and after several people that showed up later than us were told their room was ready, I asked if they knew how much longer it might be. I was told my room wasn’t ready and I would receive a text. At 3:50, I went back to the desk and asked if they were even going to have a room at regular check in time of 4:00. Then I was told the room was ready even though I never got any text. The hotel was decent and the location excellent but the customer service SUCKS. Don’t lie to me and tell me early check in is an option and then give rooms to other people who showed up way later than me and tell me my room isn’t ready.

It was an OK hotel. It didn't justify the high cost of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. My only complaint would be that the bed was not the most comfy. It was a little firm for my liking but I survived. I would still come back because the location is great and it’s a nice hotel overall.

Very unique hotel. It is within walking distance of many things. I loved the hotel.

It was really great. The staff was very friendly. Very cute boutique type hotel. Small elevators, but totally fine. I didn't love the hard floors for sound and just less comfortable. We were moved into a larger room because the first room (my sister arrived first) was SUPER SMALL and would have been cramped for two people. They were lovely about helping us find a larger room when they found a cancelation.

We were upgraded when we arrived due to the fact my husband was celebrating his 70th birthday! Our son surprised us with champagne & a sweet cake treat and the hotel presented it beautifully when we entered our hotel room. Love the rooftop pool!! The free pomegranate vodka cocktail in the lobby was such a lovely free surprise. Barista was outstanding in the Cafe! We WILL return.

Really nice place but really disappointed by the amenities fee? It’s not like the price of the hotel isn’t enough to address the convenience of said amenities- like convenience of the bar and restaurant that would also cost additional money the only other one is a pool that I’m certain would not be open at this time of year- kinda seems more like it’s a nice place that takes advantage of people who have money that they can keep squeezing out of you. Not trying to be rude or mean cause it’s a nice vibe just don’t believe you should have to pay an amenities fee of over $20 when they don’t even have a parking lot. That seems like more of a useful amenity than a restaurant that will still cost you money and bar that will also cost money and a pool that may or may not be open.
Anyone who may stay here that is reading this also may want to know you will also need to pay at least $57 tax and all to park across the street to stay at this hotel.
Overall, nice place but the owner truly enjoys money to say the least!

Says we had a concierge but when we inquired there was not. Didn’t know parking was 59 a day.

4 autos were broke into that night. With the price of the rooms ,one would think there would be security in the parking area.
The ac fan was on high so we froze all night even though I raised the temp on the thermastat. Also there wasnt any provisions for soiled clothes bags in the room. Just really not what you would expect with a room rate that high

We came to see a show at the Ryman. It was walking distant to the Ryman and a lot of other stuff to do in Nashville. Definitely would stay there again.

This hotel worked out perfectly for us. It was close to everything that we needed but was off the beaten path enough to be quiet as well. All the staff were very friendly and the room was perfect for what we needed.

It’s a 4-star hotel that uses a parking lot with no cameras. They charge $67 a day for the parking fee. Plus you will have to tip the valet guy. And they charge a $24 destination fee plus your nightly rate. My car was broken into the night I stayed. Not only mine but 8 other guests at that hotel. Asked about cameras and there were no cameras. They did refund my parking fee, but this caused disruption with my travel plans. Asked for a refund for my 1 night stay and was denied a refund. Will not stay at this hotel again. Even though it was a great hotel. I did not like how they handled this situation. If I’m staying at a 4-star hotel I would like to know that my car is safe.

This is a great place to stay right at the top of the Broadway strip, and just far enough to not be right on top of it. Walkable to everything and the staff was great, from the front desk to the bell hops at the door

I thought the hotel was located in a gray place and had a rooftop pool for relaxing, which was amazing. Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly.
