This is an extra service and a surcharge applies. Start-up supplies are provided and will be restocked if you request our optional daily or mid-stay hotel-style cleaning service. We provide 1 set bath linen per person max occupancy; extra sets are available at a surcharge.
BEACH ESSENTIALS:
We provide beach chairs (6), beach towels and a cooler. We do not provide snorkeling equipment or umbrellas.
CONCIERGE SERVICE:
Our Guest Relations Team can assist with making arrangements for transportation, private chefs, yachts, and other vacation activities.

The outside and pool area are AMAZING & contributed almost entirely to our vacation being peaceful and relaxing. Third time in Aruba and this was our favorite place to stay.
Just a few minor annoyances but nothing that we didn’t easily overcome. Here’s the feedback I would give to the owners for future renters:
Dishwasher didn’t work - emailed property co & they are waiting on a part.
Oven didn’t work - it was our last night & later when they came to look at it. We had already eaten so we turned them away.
Coffee maker didn’t work so we bought an inexpensive one at CMart.
Need more rugs - inside and out. This is easily fixable. We had to use the beach towels and the patio where the chairs sit outside is EXTREMELY slippery so be very careful. We had an elderly lady with us and she was very cautious but could definitely use some rugs.
The water pressure in the master bath was not great but other family member said the other showers were fine.
TVs - could t get onto Netflix on any except the master bedroom TV. Could’ve been user error.
I would guess that the bulk of the funds to build this house were put into the structure & outside.
However, it’s beautiful, cool and very clean. I would ABSOLUTELY come & stay there again.
Recommend renting a car because this is NOT close to the beach. For us the view and peaceful outdoor area were more important to us.
The pool was absolutely fabulous and we spent most of our days and nights in and around it listening to music.

Great location for avoiding crowds. We love our down time! Beautiful views and the breeze was much appreciated. The sunsets were amazing! Check in/out and communication with manager was excellent. We had private chef preparing dinner before our arrival. Thank you Julia for the extra effort in helping with this.
Dogs next door are up early with the roosters, luckily we were too!
We would definitely book this lovely home again.

Gorgeous property, but the master shower did not have hot water, the neighbors 4 dogs barked all hours of the night waking us. Also the security gate did not work, it had to be manually closed which did not provide the security we were told we would have.

This property was wonderful. The view, pool and home were perfect for a family vacation.

The house is very nice, we enjoyed the pool very much. You can view the sunset from the terrace. The garden is also lovely with lots of green. In the surroundings are a couple of other houses. A perfect place to enjoy, away from the bussy touristic spots. With a car it’s a short drive to the airport and Oranjestad. Also the beaches are only 15-20 minutes away.
The kitchen is equipped with everything. We called because the gass stove wasn’t working and very soon a maintenance guy arrived to change the gass tank.
We would definitely book again.

We loved this house in Santa Cruz! It was perfect for the seven of us: four adults, 1 teen, and 2 kids. The pool was perfect for morning swims and afternoon dips after a day at the beach…the sun stays on the porch until you watch it set each evening. Great kitchen and great washer & dryer. Comfortable beds. Very private home. We could have done with less barking neighborhood dogs, but overall a wonderful spot for a family vacation.
Mundo Nobo market a great easy stop for groceries, but you can find almost everything at Super Food. Don’t use Groceries to Go at this address…too far off from their usual route it seemed.

This beautiful home is located in the rustic interiors of Aruba (~20 minutes from airport). So you actually feel like you are in Aruba with the natives, unlike the curated, touristy locations by palm beach. It’s a safe area and a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable house with four spacious bedrooms (one in the outhouse). Equipped with Kitchen appliances, utensils, washing machine etc.
The best part of the house is the pool with a gorgeous view of mountains and great outdoor seating. We spent hours just sitting and watching sunsets.
The hosts are very communicative. We had called them on one occasion (gate issue) and they responded within the hour to take care of the issue.

This property was amazing! It was off the beaten track which we wanted; however, since it was located in the middle of the island, it was quick and easy to access beaches and restaurants. The house is gorgeous, private, and had amazing sunset views. We all loved hanging out in the huge pool as well. We would love to stay there again. A wonderful experience on one happy island,

The pictures were spot-on for this amazing property. We were two families with 2 kids each and this house suited us extremely well. The layout was great and the outside space was amazing. Property management company was very responsive and helpful. Five stars!!

The house was fantastic, so much so that we spent most of our time on the large deck or in the pool (which is also great for doing laps). The beds/bedrooms were very comfortable with two in the main house and a separate bed/bath building adjacent to the pool. There were a few minor things that needed to be fixed and I just emailed or sent a note via VBRO and they were on it and resolved the issue that day. Everyone we interacted with at Casiolo properties was super friendly, professional, and very responsive. Although the house is not near any of the main areas and tucked away a bit (a little hard to find, use their map once you get to the area and don't trust your GPS), it wasn't too hard to get to the beaches, markets (tip: go to Cmart), etc.
