This open-concept apartment with a king-sized private sleeping nook boasts a full kitchen (no micro) to cook or grill your fare while you feel the mountain breeze flow through your space. Enjoy meals inside by the fire or outside on your spacious deck (with BBQ grill) perched directly overlooking Carbondale's Main Street. Your beautiful bathroom sits down the hallway with a washer/dryer and storage area for your belongings. On the other side of your studio you'll find your sitting/living area and dining space. A luxurious king-sized bed is tucked behind the sitting area to give you privacy. You'll love opening the large french doors for an inside/outside feel and to invite the outside air in during your stay.
Stroll from your doorstep to of all the charm of downtown Carbondale - this studio makes you feel like you're in the middle of it all while also tucked inside a private, modern roost. This pied-à-terre is the perfect space for you to hang your hat and enjoy the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond.

PLEASE NOTE:
- To enter this space you will need to walk through a yard shared with the attached veterinary clinic. There may be supervised dogs in the yard occasionally.
- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $100 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $500 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!

- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.
- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.
- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
