About this apartment rental
Summary:
Metro Scottsdale Apartments - we offer 1 and 2bd apartments converted from a former Hilton Homewood Suites. These are interior corridor units and there is a possibility of noise, food and other odors and everything that comes with apartment living:) We have a touchless automated check in process and you will receive all details upon booking.
The Space:
All of our 1bd units are interior corridor meaning they are in a building with a coded secure entrance. Although rare, this also means there may be noise from neighbors, doors shutting, or upstairs noise. Although we are a strictly non smoking property, you may also smell marijuana or cigarette smoke if a guest is breaking the rules (this is a problem statewide after marijuana legalization). You may hear a fire alarm if one unit is triggered (commercial safety code). We strictly enforce a site wide non smoking policy but there have been guests that break those rules in the past. If you are highly sensitive to the remote possibility of smelling smoke, then this may not be the rental for you. We want to be 100% upfront and avoid missed expectations. We promise to do everything we can to make your stay perfect.
Amenities: Our grounds and amenities are unmatched and feature a sparkling pool, built-in BBQ gym, business center, clubhouse and dog park.
Location: We are where you want to be in the Phoenix Metro. Exactly in the middle of highways 101 and 51, you will be10minutes or less from everything including the airport, camelback corridor, downtown, Tempe, and Old Town Scottsdale. Please keep in mind that there may be very slight road noise on the grounds so if you are very sensitive then you may want to consider another option.

When you first walk into the building it smells like air freshener and marijuana. Then the room itself as soon as you open the door stunk so bad couldn't quite explain the odor maybe really old cigarette smoke. The bed seemed clean but nothing else really. There was an inch of grime over one of the outlets next to the bed. The ceiling fans haven't been cleaned i was afraid to turn them on. There was blood on the bathroom wall. We got out of there as soon as we could.

Cleanliness was very good. The picture said exactly what was there, but when you got a closer look the couch, you just about sunk into the floor because it was so old everything was very dinged up very old furniture. The carpet was very stained in many places the neighborhood was very sketchy the whole place stunk of weed, my wife was afraid to go outside without me. Don’t think I will be staying there again very sketchy neighborhood.

Both elevators intermittently won’t go to the 3rd floor.
