This grand building was once the Pentecostal Church, with quite a complex history dating all the way back to 1703 where there are the first records of a church on this site, over time it was extended and redeveloped, evolving over the years until 1868 where it was completely transformed into the building you can see today. In 2008 the church was converted into apartments whilst still retaining its appealing external appearance as well as some beautiful original features internally. The Townhouse was extensively refurnished in 2022 to welcome guests on an exceptional stay on the Yorkshire Coast.
