About this house rental
Newly built Split Level home. Main floor features open kitchen and living room area with a half bath off the kitchen. Also, one bedroom with private bathroom. Lower lever features two more Queen bedrooms with private bathrooms. All bedrooms have Roku TVs so you can stream your favorite shows after a long day exploring. Also on lower level you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer for your use.

This place is clean and supplied well. Very stylishly decorated. close to shops and restaurants. Trolley pick you right up at the door. We had no issues whatsoever highly recommended, would stay there again

Wow!! Such an enjoyable property to stay at. Everyone kept saying how they want to come back to this property with family/friends who have maybe never been to Hermann. It was clean, inviting, practical, and in the perfect location. Thank you for hosting us!

The house was so inviting and beautifully updated! It was a short walk away from all of the bars and shops downtown and the Trolley picked you up right outside which was fantastic!! We had such a fun birthday weekend and the house and amenities made the stay that much better!

We can't say enough about how great this place was! From the host being amazing with every communication to the place being even more than what we expected! It was beautiful in the pictures but just stunning in person! Immaculate, bright & so comfortable! This host and this place will definitely be our go-to anytime we're in Hermann! We were staying in Herman to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. While looking for a VRBO many of them were very nice but only had one bathroom which makes it difficult when getting ready for rehearsal dinner and the wedding day. This 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath home was perfect for all of us! This VRBO was updated, clean and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

We loved this property for a girls’ getaway for a friend’s bachelorette trip! It was super clean, well decorated, and spacious. The beds were so comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! It’s also in a perfect location that’s close enough to the shops but also far enough away that you’re not parking right in traffic. The only thing I would caution others on is that the steps are the only way into the property. It makes it difficult for people with mobility issues or even just to carry luggage into the house. Overall an amazing property though!

The home is fabulous! We will definitely stay here again. This was our first Vrbo rental and it was flawless from start to finish. Our son was getting married in Hermann and we needed a location for 6 of us in our family, including my 80 yo mother. Although this home has several steps and is a split level, it is completely and beautifully remodeled inside! Every bedroom and bathroom is fabulous. And the kitchen and living room …oh my, fabulous!!! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. So comfy. So inviting. Every detail is well thought out and you don’t need to bring a thing except for food! And the beds were so comfy!!!

This house is within walking distance of many shops, bars, and restaurants. House is very nice and spacious. We had 6 adults staying (3 coupes). Love that everyone had their own bathroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Cute backyard outdoor space.
There are a lot of steps leading up to the property and it is split level, so indoor steps as well- someone with mobility issues may not do well here, but thankfully we didn’t have that problem.
Would definitely stay here again.

The house is newly decorated/renovated. There is a lot of room, 3 large bedrooms and common space and a large kitchen. Very clean and within easy walking distance from Hermann downtown. We enjoyed our stay.

This house was perfect, it really has the wow factor. 3 large bedrooms, all with attached large bathrooms. Open floor plan with a huge table that we all fell in love with. Sitting area in back was quiet and the perfect place to hang out and drink our coffee in the morning. The beds were super comfy, and the bedding was so soft….we all slept like babies. Had no problem with hot water with 6 of us taking showers. The location was close to restaurants and bars, we walked everywhere, but the trolley did pick us up a couple times at the house to go to the wineries. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative we had was the stairs. We knew there would be a lot of steps, inside and out so it didn’t bother us at all but if someone has a problem with steps, it’s hard to avoid them.

It was the perfect stay. It was very clean. Street parking was just fine. Three master bedrooms with bathrooms and an additional 4th bathroom. Even the pull out couch mattress was comfortable. Thank you again for the great accommodations for our weekend away❤️

We stayed at this lovely property for a birthday getaway! We had a group of 6 and this house was perfect! We ultimately chose this property due to the number of beds/baths (3.5 baths!) and because it is close to everything. The trolley will pick you up right in front! We loved the large kitchen table and patio in back. I would recommend this house for your next Hermann trip! The requirements before leaving were also fair and reasonable!

We stayed at this house for my friends bachelorette party weekend. It was such a wonderful find and the house is spectacular. All bedrooms have closet space and their own bathroom with a large walk in shower as well as double sinks. We loved this a lot since we all had to get ready. The house also comes with everything you need. It is centrally located so we walked to several local bars that were nearby. It is a fantastic house and if we go back again we will book this place again.

House was perfect for our girls trip. It had everything we needed and was in a great location. You can walk to many places or have the trolly pick you up right out front. Would definitely book again!

Process was easy. Great location. Floor plan ideal for 3 couple stay. Would be great if the sidewalk was finished on the property. A lot of stairs to get in, anyone with mobility issues would not work. King size beds and a little more noise reduction would make the place perfect.
