We had a great time. The only problem we ran into was the grill ran out of fuel. The house was big and everyone had plenty of room. It was very quiet and peaceful.

We had a wonderful stay! I was met by Scott who took me on a tour of the property. He was quite gracious and even checked up on us via text since he doesn't live near the property. A book with suggestions, places, and how to check out was available for us, so we had no questions. The bathrooms are updated and quite nice. There are three bathrooms and plenty of space to spread out. The surrounding land is perfect for hunting. We weren't there to hunt, but I can see why hunters in particular like this location. The decor is dated, but the bed linens and beds were clean and comfortable. I did notice that previous guests had not cleaned up after themselves, so I did run the dishwasher with the kitchen ware and/or washed any kitchen ware before I used it. I also did a quick clean of the kitchen counters, sinks, etc. I am a bit of a snob when it comes to cleanliness, so other guests might not be as particular about the kitchen as I was. However, I really enjoyed the area and a chance to reconnect with friends. Thanks for a memorable stay!!

A group of friends and family needed a place to sleep during an ice fishing/ spearing trip on Lake Sakakwea. Nice, clean, spacious. Nicky was ready for us and kept in touch to make sure we were doing well. This was the perfect place for this group.
