This is a quiet residential neighborhood. The lake and the casino are a couple miles away.

This is a single story home with 2 bedrooms with queen beds. There is also a basement with an additional queen bed. There is one full bathroom on the main floor. The kitchen has a small table for 2 people

The back yard has a firepit, hot tub and grill. There is a starter supply of firewood in the plastic storage bin in the back yard. Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

Cute little place to stay! House had everything you would need. Fenced in yard was so nice for our pup. Close to beach and many restaurants. Perfect for a little getaway!

We enjoyed our stay, the house is situated in a subdivision so there are neighbors on both sides, when we arrived we were a little confused about the parking but were able to find the alley way and garage to park in front of at the rear of the house. There was a distinct smell (musty) but it dissipated when we opened the windows. The house provided plates, glassware and silverware along with some other cookware but was missing somethings, for example plastic cups (needed if you want to use the hot tub) and a baking sheet or platter (but that may be our preference). The location is great to get to multiple beaches or stores (like Meijer). The hot tub had a some sand in it but wasn't horrible and relatively clean. The Adirondack chairs were cracked and one was broken completely but the property management company rectified that by dropping off a new one, the beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Over all this was a good property to stay at.

This was a nice stay close to the Dunes National and State Parks. The house was clean and comfortable. Backyard was quiet with a nice area to spend the evenings. Would recommend this house to anyone traveling this way.

Such an adorable lil house for a girls weekend getaway...loved the backyard such a great lil setup for lounging & relaxing...this is where we spent most of our time...nice short drive to wherever we needed to go...had a lil hiccup with getn registered but the host was prompt & nice

This house was a nice small ppace in the heart of michigan city. It has a nice little kitchen with ameneties. We did not use the hot tub but it was very inviting. The drive the beach is reasonable and the beds were comfortable. Disliked that the house wasnt completely clean upon arrival.

The house is very well kept, clean, and has everything you need. It’s in the perfect location to have beach days and even travel to nearby Michigan towns. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, it was perfect for what I needed. Only stayed one night. Only disappointment was the condition of the screens in all the windows. Front door screen frame didn't fit the door (big gaps at the edges) and several screens in the windows had tears in them and were quite dirty, but those are easy fixes. It's also easy to shorten those blinds for a more polished look. Loved the hot tub. Light fixtures were cool! Thank you

This was a very cozy and clean home. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly. While this is in a side neighborhood, it is 5-10 minutes from about anything you would want to do in the area.

This place was so cute! We were in town for a wedding and it was in the perfect location for a super quick Uber to get around!

This house was very clean, and the hot tub was the cleanest Ive seen. Owner was super friendly and made everything very easy, with clear expectations. Cleaning fee was a little pricey for the length of stay. One of the bedrooms could use an end table. I really loved the quality of the ceiling fans. Overall, could one day stay. Only minutes from the east side of the National Park.

Great house and just as listed on the site. We had everything we needed and were comfy. It was a short drive to most spots with this great central location. Hot tub was just right for 3. We enjoyed this place and will rebook very soon. Washington Prak Beach was great as always.

Over all good. House was exactly what it looked like in pics. Neighbors were a little on the loud side.

Home was very clean but I felt that the purity of the hot tub water wasn’t up to standards. Water seemed filled with debris and dirt was in the bottom. Didn’t seem like filter mode was working properly during our stay. The parking wasn’t specified in description listing unless I missed that part. Saturday night in the neighborhood we heard gun shots nearby and the entire weekend I was not a fan of leaving my car parked on the street. So we stayed inside after dark brought our own meals to make. Surrounding area amenities are great we went to the beach for a quick walk and lots of surrounding outlet stores were nearby with restaurants we didn’t get to try. It was a great time for most part spending time with my bestie!

Wonderful little house with everything you need for a little getaway. Since I prefer not to drive to and in Chicago, we stayed in this house and took the train to Chicago… We used the hot tub after our busy days… Also if the weather permits, sunset on the beach is gorgeous!

We chose to stay at this property because of the space, amenities, and proximity to restaurants and shopping. The beach is close and easy to get to, and it provided us more than we needed during our stay. The house was clean, welcoming, and the host was great at communicating details of our stay. 10/10 would recommend and come back again

The house was perfect and comfortable for a nice weekend away. Enjoyed the hot tub after a long day . Michigan City was fun and New Buffalo had a cute little downtown area . The dunes were fun and our dog loved swimming at the beach . We will definitely come back again .

My adult daughter and I stayed for two nights and were very pleased with the facilities. Unfortunately, it was very hot so we didn't use the hot tub or fire pit but they looked wonderful! It was very close to restaurants and to the lake. The communication was great! I would definitely stay here again!

It was a great place to stay while we checked out the Indiana Dunes on a little family vacay. A couple nice breweries (Shoreline and Zorn), as well as ice cream (Bubbles), in the area too!

Nice well maintained house. Great location to the areas lakefront, shopping and restaurants. Celebrated my birthday with a friend. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing in the hotub after a day out and about shopping the outlet mall.

The house was cozy and cute and fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, updated with modern furnishings, TVs, and light fixtures, and had comfortable beds. Owners supply all the essentials: linens, paper products, coffee, etc. The teenagers enjoyed the hot tub. Everything we needed was within 10 minutes drive.
