There is a workspace desk in one of the king bedrooms. 1 full shower bathroom, and a great room (living room, dining room, kitchen all open). The living space has a TV, dining table seats 9, kitchen island that seats 4, fully stocked kitchen, large sectional couch. The space also has a sliding glass door out to heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge space.
2nd Floor:
The 2nd level has large Master bedroom with king size bed, TV, workspace with a desk, sliding door to cover deck access, and a full shower bathroom. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full tub/shower combo bath. Spacious family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and two chairs that make out to twin beds. The family room also as double sliding doors to two covered decks.

The house was very clean. The house looked to be fairly new.
The location is ok. It was a little piece to the beach but we rented the golf carts (a must) and that worked good. Grandchildren loved the pool. About the only thing I would say needed help was the pots and pans and not many knives for cutting up steak or anything else for that matter.

My family had a great stay. We rented and enjoyed the golf cart, but beach parking was so convenient, you could easily drive your car. The house, pool, and hot tub were very nice. Several beach towels were provided, which was helpful, as well as some floats, beach toys, chairs, etc. Tamara was quick to any questions and even came to the house to help us with a slow drain.

We all loved it especially the grandkids loved the pool. Just wished it had been a little closer to the beach but it all worked out. The shower door for the two bedrooms downstairs needs a sliding door, that was the only suggestion I could make.

This gem is all it is advertised to be. Super clean, very well stocked with lots of extras. The heated pool and hot tub were both well used due to a few cold days that surprised us. We rented the golf cart so that made beach access and several very good restaurants easy to get to. We loved this place and will be back

We rented this place 100% for the pool and when we arrived it looked like the pool had been abandoned due to all the leaves falling off the trees in the backyard. The pool guy came by 3 times and told us the owners should have told us how bad the leaves are from Mid-March to Mid-April…. Huge disappointment! In addition the house felt cheap / you could hear anyone in any other room in the home and the downstairs looked like it was decorated straight out of an IKEA! Get your money back if you still can - so many nicer places to rent. We have been gone 24 hours and still extremely disappointed the owner was not honest with us. We approached him and he tried to buy our silence if we did not leave a review. Pool furniture was garbage too and the umbrella in back was broken…. Also you stare straight at neighbors home from the kitchen looking out as well from the backyard.
Finally - when we arrived it was dark out and zero lights were left on for our arrival and air was pushed up to 75 degrees. Vilano Bliss = Vilano Miss!

This property is perfect for multiple families or couples. We were traveling for a family wedding with little kids, grown ups, and elderly grandparents and it well suited all of us! The downstairs master suite was great for the older folks who don’t do well with stairs. Home was clean and well stocked. Decor is simple, modern and tasteful. Host was communicative but we didn’t need much from them- everything was all there and all directions were clear! And the area is lovely! Peaceful old Florida beach town. We hope to come back!

We stayed at this property for a long weekend with 7 adults (ages 29-70). The house was wonderful - open floor design made it easy to socialize in the kitchen/living room, well maintained/new EVERYTHING, plenty of sleeping options with lots of extra bedding/pillows/blankets available, equipped with great "extras" (spices, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, etc), and very clean. Walk to the beach was an easy 5 minutes and there was ample room to park 2 cars in the driveway. There is a Publix that is about a 4 min drive away and we loved eating at (walking distance) Aunt Kate's as well as doing take-out from the Chinese restaurant next to Publix. The drive into St. Augustine was quick (12-15 min) and easy. Everyone on the trip agreed that this VRBO was perfect. Communication with the owner was prompt and easy. Highly recommend!

What a great house for our family of 8! We came to St Augustine for our daughters wedding and this home was perfect! Well stocked, beautiful pool and hot tub, pool towels, a working grill, and plenty of space! About 7 minutes to Publix and 10 minutes to downtown we could not have asked for more! The home was spotless when we arrived and there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shower towels and even spices in the kitchen! So nice not to have to pickup those items for our stay.

What a memorable 60th Birthday celebration! This home had it all and more… plenty of room and fun for 5 kiddos under 8. The room above the stairs was the “Cousin’s” room. Beach and pool were perfect for them to expend energy. The many porches with rockers were relaxing lounging for adults. A nicely stocked kitchen made family cooking a treat. The large table was a great gathering place for crafting and togetherness. “Caps on the Water” restaurant was an excellent meal choice. Historical and tourist spots were nearby, but we just enjoyed our “home” and family time!! Thank you for being a part of our family memories!

There was even a basket of beach towels (plenty for our group of 11) and toys for the pool, the beach, and for just hanging out at the house. There were boogie boards and a beach wagon that made it super easy to bring everything to the beach.

Great house! Pool and hot tub were awesome. The house was clean, had great water pressure in the showers, and the washer and dryer were large capacity! The only suggestion I have is rent a golf cart for carting to the beach. This was a must for us, especially with having kids and grandparents!

I booked this house for a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. The house was spotlessly clean, and had everything you could possible need to have fun. The pool and hot tub were awesome, and it was a short distance to a really beautiful beach. We rented a golf cart, which I highly recommend for convenience in getting everyone and everything to the beach. It was a 10-15 minute drive to the city of St.Augustine, with it's historic sites, restaurants and shops. Our contact, Tamara, was truly awesome. Any issue we had (such as locking ourselves out of the house!), she immediately responded to and helped us to resolve. Truly a wonderful place to have a family vacation.

Had an absolutely perfect trip at this lovely house. We all agreed it was THE BEST HOUSE we have ever rented for a family vacation, and how it was decorated made for a lot of cute photos. Lots of very thoughtful touches, especially for people traveling with children like a pack n play, a highchair, beach and pool toys. We cooked a lot, and the kitchen definitely had everything you would need to make a wonderful dinner. Usually, I feel like the cooking stuff in these rentals are pretty bare bones, but not this house! Loved communicating with Tamara throughout the week. She was beyond helpful for little things here and there, and she made our stay very special as well. Would highly recommend this place, especially for big family trips! Our stay here was amazing. Home is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything that suits all vacation styles. Close to the beach to the east and the inter coastal to the west. A couple of really nice restaurants, both on the water, a mile or so away. Grocery store, pizza restaurant/bar less than two miles away. This home was very clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. Pool/spa/patio is spacious and incredibly relaxing. Historical St Augustine is a short two mile drive or ride share company away.
The home host Tamara was amazing. She was very attentive, responsive and made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and if we ever revisit Vilano/St Augustine we’ll definitely stay here again. Give it a go…you won’t be disappointed!
