View from the Adirondack chairs, from the deck while barbecuing your supper, from the outdoor hot tub, while playing Cornhole or even from indoors!

Other things to note
-MooseRun is an easy drive in and an easy drive out on to a state maintained and plowed roadway. This is a great location for families, skiers, boarders, VT Adaptive athletes, GMHA (Green Mountain Horse Association) participants, mountain bikers, hikers and all wanting to enjoy Vermont year-round. Just minutes to Killington, Okemo and Woodstock.
-The first floor is guest friendly with 3’ wide hallways/doors and 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths on the main floor with bathroom grab rails. There is no handicap entrance to the home. To enter, there are 2 stones you can safely walk around and there are 3 outdoor steps with a handrail.
-The house heating system is one of the most technically advanced heat-pumps providing both heat and air-conditioning. The central air-conditioning is delightful and rare in Vermont for the hotter months. There is a propane backup heating system for the colder nights. You might hear odd air noises as the system flushes out the used air etc. Recommend using the white noise machines on the bedside tables.
-No need for water filters as the artesian well water has been tested and is pure and clean, drink away!
-All electrical outlets are childproof, thus you need to wiggle your plug side to side to get it to seat properly in the outlet.
-All exterior lights are on timers or are dusk to dawn, please leave these light switches and timers plugged in and in the on position for proper functionality
-MooseRun is on a popular Vermont State Route and it can be noisy with traffic at times, usually Friday nights. While sleeping, the white noise machines at the bedside tables can help with this.
-The TVs at MooseRun are Internet SMART TVs. Please bring your favorite logins and passwords for services such as Netflix that you like to watch. Also, you can always mirror your iPhone to the TVs for seamless TV viewing.
