About this house rental
Pet Friendly! Max 2 dogs, no cats. Non-shedding breeds only. Max weight 40 lbs each. Due to insurance, no aggressive breeds allowed: Pit Bulls, Dobermans, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Cane Corso, English Bulldog, among others.
Pet fee is $75 non-refundable. I provide a large dog crate for your convenience since pets must be crated when left alone in the house.
Fully equipped and remodeled kitchen with stainless appliances & granite counters.

Both bathrooms are accessed through the queen bedrooms and there is no half bath so anyone staying in the twin bedroom and/or sofa bed in the den would need to share the en-suite baths (walking thru the bedroom). Please ask if you have questions about this :)
